The technician that visited our home was named Mike L. His customer service was outstanding. He established himself as a professional by presenting courtesy in his greeting, sharing with me the service that would be imparted, and educating me with the issues that were at hand. At no time was I rushed, pressured, or felt misled. I would describe him as genuine and sincere in his manner and conduct. His arrival was prompt and as scheduled. My complete experience was excellent. Today I was treated respectfully, I was educated and gifted with understanding, and a lifelong HVAC provider. Thank you Mike L.

Service Today! got to my place right on time and Chuck was very personable. He did an outstanding job of educating me on my current furnace and AC units. We have been without an AC for a week so we needed someone good to guide us through the replacement process and Chuck did exactly that. He gave us some great options in regard to pricing. Highly recommend these guys, very reputable and very personable.

First off, they scheduled me almost immediately, which was important as I had a modest degree of urgency considering another home improvement project. I had one plumbing issue, to install a turnoff valve for the water line going to my refrigerator. Ryan Johnson from Service Today was exceptional in identifying the issue and also discovering that I was using soft water for the fridge, which made the ice cloudy and icky. So, he saved me having to get a water purification system. Also, while we were wrapping up, one of my toilets started to leak. He quickly fixed it and helped me in the process of getting a new toilet. Very positive experience. Highly recommend Service Today!

This is the second time that I've used Service Today, but the first time I've used them for plumbing. During the recent cold snap, the floor drain in my laundry room backed up and left 2 inches of water and sludge in my basement. I first contacted a plumbing service that I had used in the past and had a warranty with, only to find out that they no longer had anyone on staff who could snake a floor drain...a plumbing service that couldn't snake a drain!! I then quickly called Service Today because I had such a great experience with them when I was having electrical problems. Much like before, they were able to get me scheduled pretty quickly, they sent a reminder the day of my appointment, and called me when they were 30 minutes away. Garvin, who was the plumber that came to my home was beyond fantastic. He was friendly, professional, and very thorough. After assessing the situation and listening to my concerns, we were able to come up with a plan of action that would take care of my immediate problem and that I would be able to afford. After this second encounter with Service Today, I am convinced that they will be my "go to" company for ANY future home repairs. A very special thank you to Garvin, who was able to take care of my plumbing issues and put my mind at ease, while also following all COVID protocol and leaving the affected area much cleaner than it was before he arrived.

I just got an estimate for HVAC duct cleaning from them so far! The technician arrived on time having given me a half an hour heads up which I very much appreciated! He was very professional and put shoe covers on before entering my home as it was snowing outside. He evaluated everything and then thoroughly reviewed all information with me and then followed up with an estimate detailing what exactly their service provide. I am very pleased with the whole process! On a side note, I am a new home owner and really have no idea how much a service like this should cost. I balked at the $79.95 price to come out and give me an estimate. They waived the fee for me!

Vlad was professional, efficient, and did a great job of explaining the plan and finished duct work. He took before/after photos of the outflow static pressure and it was 50% lower when he was finished. He was as quiet as possible and cleaned up thoroughly when he finished. Service Today should give him a raise! Thank you so much, Vlad, for your help today.

We contacted this company because our furnace went out later in the evening in January at the start of a Minnesota winter. Not sure who we originally talked to on the phone but she was very professional, helpful, and asked a lot of questions to better access the problem with our furnace. Jake S. did an amazing job and was upfront about all costs and problems he detected. He was very informative and explained the issues with our furnace thoroughly and without being pushy so we could make an informed decision of what we wanted to do. Great company! Would highly recommend!

Things were found with my furnace today during the routine, annual checkup BUT repair were suggested & parts were found and repairs were made. Also was happy to have many discounts that apply. Will have another repair done next week and Tyler scheduled the repair and explained everything that was needed and why. Both workers (Tyler & Dan) were good about explaining issues and what might help. So appreciated the guidance in selecting repairs.

Update: We had a fantastic experience today with this company. One year after having our furnace and AC replaced, our furnace had an issue. We called and asked for a tech to come out. We scheduled it a couple days out since it wasn't an emergency.

Mike L. called on time and said he was on his way. It was evident that Mike's focus was on the customer. He was pleasant, honest, charming, and a joy to have in our home. He fixed the issue (some sensor) and went through a full diagnostic. He thoroughly explained the issue and what our next steps should be. He is a great ambassador for Service Today and it was clear that he enjoyed working for them. We have 100% trust in Mike and Service Today and will be long term customers.

By the way, this company is under new management as of 3 years ago, so the negative reviews from years ago no longer apply.

Our furnace went bad. Our AC was 30 years old so the technician gave us a fair price for both. Installation was professional and fair priced.

Our furnace broke down and it was -10 degrees below 0. I called Service Today and they came the same day to evaluate the situation and offer us options. Tyler arrived on time and went right to work. He offered options (repair or replace) and we decided to replace the 21 year old furnace. Tyler gave us furnace type options, going through all the differences and pricing. He was very knowledgeable.

The next day Dan and Dylan installed the new furnace. They were friendly, considerate of our home and worked hard to complete the job. They ensured everything was installed up to code. Once installed Dan went through all the details about the furnace, including a fact about furnace filters that will save us money in the long run.

I can't say enough about Service Today. I'll definitely use them again!

They were able to fit me in quickly to repair my AC on a hot, hot day. Scheduler was friendly and easy to work with, and they were the only company that answered after hours and was able to schedule me. The repair technician Mike was incredibly professional. He arrived on time and was clear in his communication. It probably wasn't the cheapest but I felt I was in good hands. So happy to have my AC back.

Ron Is the BEST! Ron was extremely knowledgeable regarding every aspect of plumbing! He explained everything in detail about why things went wrong with my plumbing. . His attention to detail was amazing! I’m actually proud to show off the work he did! . . *We need more skilled tradesmen like Ron!

Called to diagnose and repair a problem with thermostat. Alex, the Technician actually arrived early. Truly professional, courteous and respectful of my home and property. Dispatch charge was reasonable total repair was within norms. Everything was top-notch. Thermostat was replace and recommendation was made for a follow-up on furnace without a dispatch charge. The total experience went very well.

Repair origin story is long. The first guy thought it was good, but it didn't work out. They sent another crew and made the repair under warranty. That part was great.
I was duped by a sales guy to get voltage drops checked. That took the electrician less than an hour and cost 439 bucks. He wasn't super transparent about the results of the test either. But that's on me, not them. I should have known better. So, they get 5 stars for quality of work and making it right.

We are very pleased with the work done by Matt, the Technician who came to our home to repair our AC. He was professional and very knowledgeable. Before he started the work Matt did an initial exam of our AC unit, advised what he thought the issue might be and fully explained what his plans were before he started the diagnostics. Once the diagnostics were complete he again provided a detailed explanation of how he would repair the AC and the cost. In addition, he noticed other issues that we needed to be aware of and gave us options if we wanted to pursue the repair of those issues. We never felt like he was trying to up sell us for anything. We were very, very satisfied with the work he did. We definitely recommend Matt and Service Today.

Service Today sent a furnace technician to troubleshoot/repair an old furnace. After working with different gauges and meters, Pedro was able to diagnose the problem. After talking and showing me how he came to his diagnosis, we decided to price new ones. Tyler, who we knew and liked from a previous purchase, showed up and gave us a few options. It took me a while to decide what to do. Tyler was patient with us, and finally we made a deal. Good experience all the way around.

We were contacted by Mitch R of Service Today and advised that he would arrive at our home in 45 minutes. He was prompt and friendly upon his arrival. He had been briefed on the work he would do so I promptly took him to the basement so that he could review the manifold that he was to replace. He explained that he was to move the manifold from the furnace and mount it on the wall to eliminate vibrations. He worked nonstop for approximately 4-5 hours then took me down to view the new manifold. He is a very courteous and friendly young man. We are totally satisfied and impressed with his work and would gladly have him back if needed!

Service Today does excellent work! Jeff came out for a plumbing inspection and was thorough, honest, and friendly. He helped us best decide what was needed and what wasn’t. Then Mark & Jeremy came out the next day and completed the job. They did great work! Everything was done to our satisfaction in a timely manner. I would highly recommend Service Today!

Absolutely wonderful, honest and considerate company that makes you feel like a valued customer! I had furnace issues and Kevin came out same day. He walked me through everything he was looking into to figure out the problem and answered many questions. His exact words "I'm here to educate. The more you know about all this, the better" which is absolutely amazing and made me feel even more confident in choosing this company. The prices are fair and consistent, no last minute fees or anything of that nature. I highly, highly recommend this wonderful company!

We had an absolutely amazing experience with our Service Today! team. We had a complete house re-wire that simply couldn't have been more of a challenge, but the team was professional, approachable, and provided an incredibly high level quality work. They took our questions, provided us options, and always followed through on execution.

Wouldn't imagine using another team after our experience. They were consistently communicating, always on time, and respectful of what we wanted to keep/what we would demo in the near future. They worked around our work from home needs and made sure our home is perfect for the future.

I recently had a new water heater and softener installed as well as some electrical consulting. The techs for all of the services I used were helpful and answered any questions I had. There can be a lot of overwhelming information, especially when it's combined with $$$, but they took their time to explain things. I had some items not labeled on my breaker box that they helped me identify. I do wish the invoicing was more clear and had itemized pricing for each piece of the service. I had to call to get a receipt that gave more than a total amount due. It would feel more comfortable if you knew exactly what you were paying for. All in all, people-friendly.
