Alexina and Jessica did a fantastic job at my house. Made a couple trouble areas look like new. They were also very personable and fun to talk to. I would hire them again.

Sarah from MaidPro is the best house keeper I have ever had! Everything has a bit more shine and detail than the work done by my other home helpers over the years....and I have lived on 3 continents and several states: Texas, Maryland, Kansas and Minnesota. I am picky and a registered nurse who understands "clean" done in the right order, which means moving from cleaner areas to dirty areas: kitchen food prep areas first and bathrooms are done last. And dusting begins top to bottom: ceiling areas done first and baseboards last. Another plus is Sarah's unobtrusiveness: I hardly know she is cleaning if I am at home. The whole family has been home at times when Sarah has been cleaning and we never feel inconvenienced. If I ask for special cleaning like dirty dishes in the sink, windows and blinds she is always willing. I do not hesitate to highly recommend Sarah and MaidPro Bloomington-Edina.

LaQuita did an amazing job cleaning my home. We had construction recently and she helped our house feel like a home again. It was so great to come home to a clean house. Thank you so much Maidpro!!!

Jessica Kania was just the person to help us reclaim our space. She did a terrific job. She must be a mom because she knew how to order our kid’s stuff and wipe the hidden spots at the breakfast table where the kids leave messes. Mattie and Julie did a great job for us on 08/19/2021. We really needed the cupboards and base boards cleaned, and it was a pleasant surprise to find the microwave cleaned in and out!

Maid Pro cleaning did an outstanding job! My home was sparkling it was so clean. Cost was comparable to other companies. Best thing I've done for myself in years!

We've been using MaidPro for about 5-6 months and have had a quite a bad experience. We like to get our apartment cleaned once a month. 2 times out of the 6 the coffee table was left un-dusted, and basic areas left uncleaned. Last month they cancelled our cleaning due to staffing problems, and claimed they couldn't reschedule until December 8th. Today is December 8th, (a whole month later) and they did not show. We intentionally made sure to keep our dog, and ourselves away from the house during the day so to come home to an uncleaned house -- you can imagine why this was a final straw with MaidPro. I do not recommend using this company.

A long story short, I would highly recommend Maidpro! They are professional, courteous, friendly, take pride in there work, customer oriented, and flat out the best cleaning service I have found!!! I was having a competitor "clean" my house before I found Maidpro, and I can tell you Maidpro is not at all like the other cleaners out there, because my house is finally clean!!! Maidpro doesn't just keep giving your house a spit and a promise, they actually clean! Give them a chance, they are worth it!

I had MaidPro Edina come clean my house recently. The owner, Travis, met with me to talk about what my expectations were and then conveyed them to Caitlyn and Sarah, who definitely delivered! I love how they paid attention to the little things like dusting under some of my clutter and the deep cleaning of my carpets. Caitlyn and Sarah were very friendly and courteous and really know how to do a thorough cleaning.

I hired maidpro to deep clean my newly bought house. I told them that it needed some cleaning love and that I had celiac and would love it if they paid extra attention to the kitchen!
The person who cleaned did a great job on the floors, walls, and bathroom (except for the knob that they broke off of the shower.)

However, the night before we moved in we went to give the kitchen a once over, and it appeared nearly untouched. There was grime and gunk in the drawers, mustard stains in the fridge, and other yuck that should have been cleaned. It seemed like the kitchen had been skipped completely. I'm really disappointed!

From start to finish, MaidPro has impressed me with thier smooth and easy experience. They are curtious and professional in every interaction. On top of the customer service, Caitlyn, our cleaner does a great job cleaning and tidying the house and leaves such sweet notes that instill trust. Well done!

Sydney and Caleigh did a fantastic job on 9/19. Very efficient and professional.I hope that we have her all the time. I highly recommend maid pro for a very professional and excellent service.
