Excellent cleaning crew, they did a tremendous job of deep cleaning every nook and corner of the house. Very happy customer.

Have been using Cottage Care for at least a couple years now. Their cleaners are generally thorough and responsive to our needs. Not always the same person each time, which would be our preference, but even new people seem well trained and supervised. There seems to be good communication from one to the next regarding our expectations and nuances of our home.

We very much enjoy the Cottage Care Team, who visit our home every two weeks. Our place is always wonderfully fresh and clean when they are done. Katelyn has been cleaning our home for some time now, and she is the absolute best! We very much appreciate the good service.

We have been very happy with the people that Cottage Care has sent to clean our cottage (home). The staff is well trained. The products they use are good, no over-powering odors or residue. But the best part is we have had the same cleaners for the most part for two years. They are cheerful. They work hard. They do a very good job. And we have grown fond of them.

CottageCare provided cleaning services for our condo this week for the first time, and we were very impressed! Communication up front was clear and consistent throughout, the cleaning team arrived on time and prepared, and when finished our house was cleaner than it had ever been before. We definitely give 5 stars to John and his team, and look forward to our next cleaning session!

We started working with CottageCare 2 months ago and they have been great. Bella and Mikinna have been wonderful and are great at cleaning, organizing, and with our cats! The Company has been flexible when we need changes, accommodating of requests, and we are very happy with our cleans.

You are able to modify the parts of your house you want cleaned and they take the time to customize your clean (e.g. we have a split level house so they only charge us for 1 staircase instead of 2 because there are only 5 steps each). The team also takes as much time as needed to clean your house - so there’s no time limit or rush.

We definitely recommend working with this Company and plan to keep working with them for a long time to come.

Owner is professional and thorough. She takes pride in her work and it shows. Happy to recommend her to anyone!

Told me they were sending four people. Showed up with two people and tried to charge me more because it was too big of a job for two people.

Cleaning lady is not good cleaner .... I saw dust on my center table. At the entrance I have a mirror and frames . She put everything unorganized.... they cleaned the bathroom nicely....

There products smell amazing. They always do an amazing job! When I come home, the bathrooms, bedrooms and kitchen are perfectly cleaned! Thanks you guys!
