While the staff on the phone was helpful, the overall result of my move-out cleaning service was extremely disappointing. She cleaned the bathroom main parts, but missed things such as cleaning the mirror. She also attempted to clean our blinds, but then left all the dust piled on the floor and did not clean that up. Additionally, I had requested that all baseboards be cleaned and many rooms still had dusty baseboards.

To top it off, she used my floor cleaner (which was nice hardwood floor cleaner) and only worked for 2 and a half hours when the service was for 3 hours (she arrived at 9:30am and checked out with my husband at 12pm). While my husband did do the check out, he did not check the areas as thoroughly as I would have as he was on his lunch break from work.

Cottage Care did an excellent job. cleaners were friendly and efficient. They did everything I asked and more. What I really liked is the company is locally owned. I highly recommend and will have them back again.

CottageCare did a great job for me on a move-out cleaning in Bloomington. They provided an accurate estimate, worked really hard on the job, communicated well, and were on time showing up. The outcome exceeded my expectations, and I would definitely call them again.

Overall, I had a great experience. The ladies were polite and worked efficiently. My only negative comment would just be that a few things were missed in dusting but other than that I was satisfied with the service. I will use the cleaning service again and just make sure that my expectations are clearly communicated. Again, overall they did a great job!

i have been using cottage care for 6 months now and have not had a bad or even a mediocre cleaning. the cleaners are always on time, very courteous and professional. They know where to start and the best way to get to the end without leaving any trace that they were there - except of course that the house is spotless. pricing is very reasonable especially considering the quality of work performed and the high level of professionalism and courtesy exhibited. To me, Cottage Care is the best, there is no other cleaning service that even compares. The cleaner that comes to our house regularly is Gert, she does an incredible job, also works very quickly while still paying attention to the details. she is very personable and is very knowledgeable on many topics.

Highly recommended. Great work. Great service and wonderful management. Not only did I use them personally but they are one of our vendors for our properties that we manage throughout the Twin Cities. Thanks again for a job well done!

I contacted Cottage Care to come clean our house after my mother in law had passed away and our time was spent handling all that comes with the passing of a loved one. The job they did was outstanding. Our house was maticuously clean and our bathrooms looked like new again. My wife and I also appreciated the fact that all the cleaning solutions they use are all natural. I would highly recommend Cottage Care to any and all. Even the most discerning eye.

Cottage Care has been taking care of us for the past 15 years, and they do an incredible job of cleaning! John has also been very flexible when we have needed extra services or date changes, etc. They are all very nice and trustworthy.

The two ladies who cleaned my new house before I moved in were very prompt, very friendly, and did an awesome job. They brought their own equipment to include non-toxic cleaning supplies to sanitize and wipe down the bathrooms, kitchen, and the tile floors. They also provided great tips and tricks as they moved through the house (considering I was just moving in myself!). I would highly recommend.
