Jerry arrived on time and was courteous, professional and got right to work. We have older carpets that are looking very good now. Jerry responded to a question I had and also checked in with me the next day. I would highly recommend his service.

The owner, Gerald, did a terrific job. He was prompt in returning my call to set up a service time. Then he showed up right on time. He did an excellent job in cleaning my large area rug and sectional sofa. The price was very fair for the work he put into getting everything so clean. I will use this company again.

If you want a person who understands carpets to clean for you, you need to call Jerry at Bloomington Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning. Don't be fooled into thinking you will get a better deal from one of the chain companies. With Jerry, you will be getting the owner of the business and the price will probably meet or beat what you would end up paying another company. He was able to take huge dirty wear areas and make them look very good again. Jerry will be our "go to person" for future needs.

Jerry did a great job cleaning the carpet at our small office building. We had a huge stain that had been there for some time, and he was able to get it out! He was also helpful in meeting our deadline that we needed the carpet cleaned by. And he charged a great price. I can't reccomend Bloomington Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning enough!

We had Jerry out to clean our living room, master bedroom and a hallway - and he did a fantastic job. He was easy to work with, and got us scheduled within the week that I called! My only tip would be to discuss the add on treatments, as I wasn't aware of those and added another $100 on to my initial quote. It was definitely worth it, and I'd definitely hire Jerry again!
