Can’t recommend enough! They have been cleaning our house for 5 years and are incredibly reliable and do such an amazing job! We went through several house cleaners prior who never were as consistent and thorough!

They got one star because I read a google review in which they responded VERY unprofessional to a review instead of staying positive, anytime someone threatens to post where you live as retaliation to a bad review is untrustworthy to me in so many way and on so many levels, UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!!!

Unprofessional. We had some work done in our home, which gave us a couple months break of having cleaning people here. They wanted to charge more to come back and start over for the biweekly cleans. There were some specific spot they wanted money for I showed pictures showing them that it wasn't very clean. Must've been offended or something because now they won't schedule with me or return any text or calls. It's unfortunate. NOW some photos attached of this business owner. He says low ball his work but he was trying to charge me more than my normal rate and as you see in the photos this is how it was left...

We have used a few different cleaning services but when we found F&L we stuck with them.
The women provide such care, quality and attention to our home. They even cleaned out the microwave! When they come our kids run upstairs to see how they’ve organized their stuffies. They are always on time and efficient.
As a mom of young children, their attention and care make us feel enormously cared for when they come. Highly recommend to anyone!

One of the best service providers has been F&L Cleaning Services LLC. I was searching for a replacement cleaning service that offered flexible scheduling and reasonable pricing. They performed brilliantly right from the outset! Even now, I still maintain a monthly contract with them, and I suggest them to anyone searching for a new provider.

F&L Cleaning Services is phenomenal. We have tried plenty of cleaners, but none of them can compare to this team. The Twin Cities Maids make it so easy to book and pay! Completely online using the dimensions of your house, with no seemingly arbitrary pricing. And the cleaners, Kate and Gloria, were fantastic. Not only did they leave the house immaculate, they were friendly, enthusiastic and so respectful. Would 100% recommend.

Great experience from start to finish! Communication was exceptional, a manager came to the house first to go over our wants and needs. I was able to get a full house cleaning super last minute! The house is spotless! We will be returning customers.

The owner is very nice, the cleaners are super polite and did a great job! When the owner did a walk through the first time, i said sorry for the mess. She said "oh no, that's what I'm here for, to help you" Those words stayed with me, and I didn't feel ashamed about my messy home (I'm super busy). Instead I felt like I was going to get the help I needed, and I did. When I'm looking for a cleaning company, I don't just want the job done but I want nice people in my home and to take their time. Thank you for accomplishing both! Job well done and I will be using the service again.

My wife and I have been very happy with Esme and her team. They have done a fantastic job with our house. The attention to detail has been great. We had company over this past weekend, and they commented on how great our house looked.
An added bonus from my perspective is the fact Esme gives back to the community. She is active in the Chamber and Rotary clubs and is committed to making a difference.
