Great service and value! I spilled a container of beef gravy on my ivory color carpeted stairs one evening just before a major holiday. After spending a lot of time trying to clean up the stain on our own, my husband and I decided to call a professional the next day.

I called several cleaners, but due to the holiday it was very difficult to find someone to come out to our home. I contacted Jerry and he was very helpful right away. He shared some tips over the phone that actually worked in the meantime and came to our home right after the holiday.

So glad Jerry fit us into his already busy schedule. He quickly got the stain out and our carpet looked like new! His rate was very reasonable even with the stain guard upgrade. We plan to call on him again to clean carpet and upholstery throughout our home this summer.

Jerry was quick to respond to voicemail and arrived promptly within the time frame he had said he would. He was quick and efficient cleaning our carpet and his work on our sofa left me speechless. Excellent and professional service. My off-white carpeting with eight years since its last professional cleaning looks like a fresh installation after the work was completed. My kitchen tile and grout was also done with excellent results. I even had Jerry clean my car's cloth upholstery driver seat as part of the job and it looks as good as new now. Excellent professional service! I had the upholstery cleaned on my off-white couch and he did the most amazing job! It looks brand new! He was very professional, personable, conscientious and genuinely cared about doing his best work to make my couch look the best that it could. I am so impressed with the cleaning of my old carpet and especially of my sofa. Jerry arrived when he said he would and called prior to his arrival. He did a careful assessment of the condition of my carpet and sofa and gave me a very fair price.

I have used other more well-known carpet cleaning companies in the past and it took them 1/2 hour to clean. Jerry was MUCH more thorough. My old carpet was stained in places and Jerry was able to get many of those stains out. I never thought my sofa would look clean again and it is now beautiful.

Jerry did outstanding work at our home. He was on time, efficient and followed up. We will absolutely cal him the next time we need carpet cleaning.

Jerry's communication is terrific. Prompt responses to both phone and email messages. My building requires proof of insurance, which Jerry supplied within a day! He was exactly on time and called when he was on his way. He was careful about the rest of the home, while he did a fantastic job giving my 30+ year old sectional and love seat more good years of life. He gave special attention to old spots and made them all but disappear. I recommend Jerry for prompt, professional and personal care of your upholstered furniture.

Jerry cleaned our carpets yesterday. I called him because we were looking for a local business owner and he had great reviews. Jerry did not disappoint. Even though we had some staining and wear, he worked hard to get them clean. Jerry did the best job cleaning our carpeting that we have ever experienced.

Very enjoyable experience working with Jerry! He came out quickly to get a stain out of a new recliner chair, and cleaned carpets while he was here. Jerry does great work, everything is spotless, and he followed up afterwards with a personal phone call to make sure we were satisfied. Will call he back again!

We have used Jerry and Bloomington Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning several times, and every time, the experience has been excellent. In short, he is efficient, professional, knowledgeable, and follows up. This most recent need was urgent due to a new upholstered sofa badly soiled and required professional help. Despite his busy schedule, Jerry came the next day. He quickly addressed the difficult stain and cleaned the entire sofa. It looks new again, and he even applied upholstery protection to help prevent this problem in the future. He will be on our schedule for Spring carpet cleaning. Thanks, Jerry.

Jerry is a terrific to work with and provides excellent service. We used Jerry for the second time to clean the carpet on our lower level. His service was excellent again and the carpet looks great. Jerry works efficiently and worked with us to clean around and under two pieces of furniture that were not practical to move. We would hire Jerry again. Highly recommended.

The service man was very good. Some stains that were left after another company cleaning were removed when Blooming Carpet had finished cleaning.
