Five Stars for Bloomington Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning, LLC! Jerry went right to work steam-cleaning our carpet, never cleaned in 30 years. Using all-safe non-toxic solutions, he restored the color and appearance. Scrubbing spots and every square inch, Jerry worked up a sweat. He also applied sanitizer. I look forward to having kids come over to play and I feel good that they will be safe in our home. I highly recommend Jerry to all.

This was one of my best experiences with any home project work. He cleaned our nice couches & rugs and made them look & feel like brand new. And unlike other cleaners, there was no crunchy residue on our furniture or rugs. He was extremely trustworthy and I could leave him alone to do his work. He's also a very polite and pleasant to work with.

Had two bedrooms and stairs cleaned. Jerry did a great job. Stains from pet were
gone completely and other stains also were gone.

We have had several vendors clean our carpet over the years. By far Bloomington Carpet was the very best. High traffic areas were cleaned and old stains removed at a reasonable price. Jerry did a great job getting each and every stain our of our carpet. He was also willing to come out on a weekend which was great. The job was done in just a few hours and the carpets look great!

Had my carpet, a rug and a sectional cleaned on the 18th of Dec. Had it scheduled for an earlier date but needed to change it. There was no problem with picking another day, it was still able to get done prior to Xmas as I had wanted. Jerry did a beautiful job, took his time and explained everything. He was great to work with and he'll be hearing from me again.

He did an awesome job. We had cat cat issues and he spent a lot of time just listening and talking through the best solution to deal with how to handle our carpet. He spent a lot of time making sure they were cleaned and then he followed up the next day just checking in on how the areas were. There were no hidden cost, he told us the amount and then stuck with his price and even did some extra areas that we found during the process. Jerry cleaned my 10 yr old sofa and pet stained carpet. He did an amazing job- looks and smells like new. Jerry was very professional, timely in responding, explained how to manage future stains, and even checked back the next day to see how all was after complete drying. I have animals and kids and my carpets could not have looked any worse. Jerry did an amazing job quickly and effectively. He also cleaned a chair and it looks brand new. My couches and ottoman have never been professionally cleaned. I have three teenage sons, three dogs, and I dogsit often. My couches were disgusting. The gentleman who came out was professional, polite, worked quickly, and did a fabulous job. My couches look ten times better, and smell a million times better. I will definitely use them again!

This is what a service business should be. Jerry did a great job cleaning the carpet in our home in Bloomington and is just a wonderful, nice person. He's a one-man show - he returned my initial call promptly, arrived at the scheduled time, did a great job cleaning and the rates were reasonable. What more could you ask for? Highly recommend.
