We were very pleased with our first cleaning and have decided to start on a monthly schedule. Our cleaner arrived promptly, did a thorough job and was pleasant to interact with. John followed up within a few days to make sure we were happy with our cleaning and to see if they could do anything better. We are very satisfied and would recommend!

Fantastic service and reliable staff. The cleaners show up on time as scheduled, do a thorough job and even take the time to make friends with my dog. The cleaners can come while I'm at work, in which case I just leave specific instructions with the booking receptionist, or they can work while my wife is at home. The are always happy to clean whatever rooms we request, in whatever way we prefer. Honest staff, detailed cleaning and highly recommended.

We have been with CottageCare for many years and Chris has been cleaning our home for the vast majority of that time. I believe it is their model to have the same person clean your house unless that person is away, sick, etc. Chris has always done an exemplary job cleaning and leaving our home in great shape. We have never had problems with her being here, things being out of place or broken, etc. I receive a text message from CottageCare the day before a service is scheduled - this is great because I'm not always that organized! Also, they are very good at rescheduling if there is a holiday or we're not able to make the usual day. I haven't called around to other companies so really don't know whether their prices are competitive. I do know that they seem reasonable and that they are not always increasing them. In short, they do a good job and are fairly priced.

I've been using Cottage Care for over a year and they are much more reliable and consistent than other services I've used in the past. Great customer service as well any time I've needed anything or had questions. I find the price to be reasonable for the work and care they put into the cleaning.

Cottage Care does a wonderful job cleaning my house for special events. Their service providers are punctual, polite and very thorough. They have always been willing to clean my house the way I want it cleaned, and do not use harsh chemicals so the house doesn't smell unpleasant after a cleaning. The cleaners are even super-nice to my chihuahua! I am very pleased with their service and will continue to use them!

It took a long time for me to get through on their phone line, but once I did we received a very reasonable quote to clean our home and they helped me set up recurring visits with very transparent pricing. The local manager John has been very responsive and follows up on whether each clean was satisfactory. Bathrooms and floors looked great after first cleaning.

Our family of four has used Cottage Care on a biweekly basis for ten years. I am very happy with their service. They do a good, thorough job. We moved houses about five years ago, from a small older "starter" suburban home to a larger relatively new home. Cottage Care has done a great job on both. I appreciate that they use products that leave the house smelling clean but not an overpowering "cleaning products" smell. They are reliable and punctual, and adaptable about working around my family's schedule when needed.

Second time we had our house cleaned. Impressed with the first cleaning and very impressed on this cleaning. There was some missed things on the first cleaning and when I was going through with Gracie she said that she was aware of those 2 items. Very bubbly which I enjoy to see. Will have them come monthly!

Our regular cleaner Tenisha is the best we’ve ever had, and we make sure to tip her each visit. When Tenisha can’t make it or we need to reschedule, Cottage Care always promptly gets someone else in based on our needs. And if we are ever disappointed with the cleaning (which seldom happens!), we just have to mention it and Cottage Care happily makes it right.

Cottage Care crew members do excellent work, arrive on time, and are pleasant to deal with. Abi is finishing up right now. It's easy to cancel a visit if we're going away. We get a helpful reminder the day before they're coming. We had one concern a while back, which was treated with great consideration by the manager and resolved fast. We're very happy.
