I hired them to clean my home for my house to go on the market as a one time deep cleaning service. They did a poor job, missed many things like dusting or wiping off shower spouts, dirt still left on cabinets, etc They threw out my shower hooks, not just the curtain and took one of my brooms. It felt like it was just a quick job to get done. I had to clean again
I called them and asked for a refund, only to be told I would get a call back that day. But I never did and had to keep calling back. The 4th call i was told i would get a full refund and woild be callrd the next day regarding that i had to call again only to be told i would only get half the refund when i was told i would get a full refund the prior conversation
Like the other person said on here, communication is awful. I was trying to give a local place a try and not go with a chain

We have been using Professional Home Cleaning every month for about a year. We have been pleased with the service, and the cleaning team does a good job every time they come. The cleaners arrive on time, and we love that they make the beds for us.

I don't use a regular cleaning service, but I do use Professional Home Cleaning for pre-party cleaning and have used them for move-out cleaning. They were very responsive (the decision to hire out has been last minute), reasonably priced and did a good job. It was great to off load the cleaning so I could focus on other things. A strategy I highly recommend!

We have used them in the past and recommended them family and friends. They are usually good. This last time they stained our kitchen floor with some of their chemicals. After arguing and emailing pictures of the damaged floor the manager finally agreed to have a crew come out and try to clean the floor. They were supposed to my at my house at 11 today. I got a call at 10:30 stating that they are not coming until 2. I had taken the morning off of work just for them. I am totally fed up with this company and would not recommend anyone do use them, They are unreliable and horrible customer service.

I tried to hire this service to do a move-out cleaning near the end of the month. On the day of the appointment, they arrived late. Then, after showing them around my apartment and pointing out what needed to be done, I excused myself to go get some lunch.

I came back about an hour later to an empty, still dirty apartment. I was confused; the cleaners were nowhere to be found. I called the company, and was informed that because they thought it would take too long, they had walked off the job. This was done without contacting me in any way. There were still chemicals in the oven that had not been wiped off, the bathroom was literally half clean, etc.

I had to scramble around to find a replacement outfit, seeing as they had just walked out on a move out cleaning 3 days before the end of the month (I found a good one - if you're reading this use Angels Cleaning instead of this terrible company). I will never use this company again, and highly recommend you don't, either.

Worst company to have ever existed. Promised me a full move in /out cleaning with 8 people for $500. Showed up with 6 people, none of whom spoke any English, who decided they didn't want to clean the house because all the cabinets weren't empty and the house was dirty. I told them to clean only the cabinets that were empty and forget the rest (essentially paying them the same rate for less work). Also who hires anyone to clean a house that is already clean? They drove off with no explanation. I called the company and no one answered. I called again and the rep told me they didn't want to clean the house so they left. I had a showing scheduled that afternoon dependent on their scheduled cleaning appt. DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE!!

We've been customers for well over five years and we'll never use anyone else. The team does a great job, they are very fast, and very friendly. Completely trustworthy! We once tried a deal on Groupon for someone else and were so disappointed, they weren't nearly as good Professional Home Cleaning.

I hired Professional Home Cleaning, Inc. to clean an apartment that was vacated by a 93 year old gentleman. I was his guardian, and the apartment hadn't had more then a light cleaning in 15 years. Lots of greasy cabinets and appliances, filthy oven, dirty shower, cobwebs, dust, dirty windows, etc. PHC sent over 4 cleaners, who did an amazing job of cleaning the apartment. The windows sparkled, the appliances shone, the oven was clean (a miracle). They even cleaned the light fixtures. The management company of the complex was very happy, and my friend received 100% of his security deposit back. The cleaners arrived on time, were very nice, and went to work immediately and diligently. It took them about an hour to completely clean the apartment. They did such a good job that I gave each of them a tip. Highly recommended!

They showed up 45 mins late, I had to call twice before they finally showed up. They were there for about 2 hours and the house was clean, but we found that they broke the shower head in our master bathroom. I called to let them know, they then called me a liar, and wouldn't refund the purchase price of the cleaning, only offered 1/2 of the price of the new shower head. Totally unacceptable.

This place was terrible!!!!! You’re better off doing it yourself. If it doesn’t come off with one spray of 409 and a dry rag, well... that’s all you get. I asked for a “deep deep clean almost like move out, for home listing pictures”. I was rushed on the phone saying it’s the same price $450+tax. Ok, I’ll take it if it’s worth. I had to ask them to rewash the kitchen, they only had to wash the floors, counters, fridge(no walls cabinets/nothing). All 6 of which, were not saying very nice things (I speak some Spanish). After my husband came down and said he had to wash the front of the cabinets in the bathroom, then had to wash the walls from drips they made, and wash the bathroom handle. He asked “what DID they even do?” I decided to go around and take pictures. Not even worth one star. I should’ve waited for Merry Maids to have an opening. SO UPSET!! I took pictures, but I’m not sure how to put them up.

I've used Professional Home Cleaners at least 3 times now, and they've always done a great job. In my experience with 4 cleaners in the twin cities, they're the best. It's been different folks every time, but they have all been thorough and conscientious. Why 4 stars? I do have to say that communicating with them can be difficult at times. In addition, while they are the best, their prices are among the highest, and they can be inconsistent with pricing. The house that's $100 to clean today can be $150 tomorrow.

I have been using professional home from a long time and I have recommended them to many of my friends. but last two times my experience is really really bad. They cancelled on me on the last minute as the cleaners cannot come for some reason. The customer representative is very rude and they showed really unprofessional behavior from past couple of times. I use to really like them but looks like they don’t need their loyal customers anymore.

My husband and I moved into a new house and needed it cleaned. Professional Home Cleaning was able to get our house cleaned within a week of my contacting them. Their staff was very friendly and very good. They cleaned all of the appliances, the cabinets, the bathrooms, the floors, the closets basically the whole house in under 2 hours. I will use them again if I ever need my home cleaned.

They used an abrasive (brillo?) pad on my stainless stovetop and completely scratched it up. I called and sent photos immediately. My emails remain unanswered and the response to my calls were: "it's okay since the oven still works" and "we can offer you a discount on your next cleaning". Very unprofessional and irresponsible. Don't let them near your appliances! Postscript: I complained to the BBB and the company didn't respond to them at all.

The worse experience I have had with cleaning services. I was quite disappointed with the cleaning experience as follows:

1 - Cleaning team did not arrived as per schedule. I called to office to find out the appointment had been recorded for 5:00 pm instead of 9:00 am. Fortunately they were able to send a team an hour later

2 - The team left 1/2 hour early. Therefore I received only 3 hours instead of 4 hours of cleaning as advertised

3 - Garbage bag was left in the back porch right outside the door. I tripped on it on my way out. They never told me or asked me where the garbage was

4 - They turned on the radio quite loud without asking, and even when I knew I was in my office working

5 - One of the cleaning lady asked me who I voted for. No matter who I voted for, it is absolutely not acceptable.

6 - The bathroom floor still show some stains I asked one of them to go back and redo it. I got the rolling eyes and a paper towel was used to just wipe to spot I pointed to.

7 - They were a lot of spots where dust was still showing

8 - When they left, they pretty much ran out of the house, that I did not have time to inspect the whole house.

Needless to say I was extremely disappointed with the whole experience and will not use their services again.

The cleaners were awesome! Top notch. Fast, efficient, great qulaity. Will always use them. Look at the shine on that floor!

I booked this company to do some move-out cleaning on a Thursday. Before they arrived I clearly stated that we had done some painting and that I would be working on removing the tape. When the team arrived I asked them to please focus on cleaning the bathrooms, washing windows, and cleaning the fridge/freezer. I also stated that I was happy to get out of their way and remove the rest of the tape later.

The team lead encouraged me to re-book my appointment for the following Monday when "the house would be more empty". I told them that was not possible because we needed to be out of the house on Friday. I was told three additional times that I should rebook for when "the house is more empty." I then told them to just leave and that I hoped they enjoyed their evening. I got a follow-up call confirming I wanted to cancel the appointment and to say that they were sorry they "couldn't do the job for me."

Frankly, I would give them 0 stars if I could. Do not contact this company if you need assistance cleaning.

Although we've been a MaidPro customer for years now, Maggie from MaidPro cleaned our home for the first time today and I'm happy to say she continues the high standards we've come to expect. Thank you Maggie!!!!!
