They missed the entire appointment. I called and he told me ‘the plumber’ forgot and couldn’t get to me. He said he would call me back to reschedule - he never did. I called again and he told me he’s still waiting on the plumber. They never called; they never rescheduled. Terrible service.

Dee was fantastic to work with and got things done quickly and professionally to install a new dishwasher and replace/fix a fridge water line. Strongly recommend.

Excellent work, had several plumbers come out who didn't fix a sink clog that I had. Mr. Maison plumbing came out and cleared my sink drain in an hour and a half. Very friendly staff as well! They left my sink cleaner than when they got to it.

I've used many plumbers in and around Bloomington over the years and Dee from Mr. Maison is absolutely the best. Very responsive and focused on doing a good job. We have had a recurring issues with blocked drains lately. Clearly blockages were opened but they would regularly come back every year or two. Following my call to Dee, he arrived the next day and set to figuring out the problems. He addressed my concerns and nailed down the problems, thoroughly checking the whole drain system, not just clearing single problems. He was here for many hours and was tenacious in finding and getting through the primary and stubborn blockage. I can recommend him to handle your plumbing challenges. I'm keeping his number at hand for addressing our needs in the future.

Dee has been so helpful. He’s been doing the plumbing at my rental property for years now. He’s easy to work with and very efficient. He always makes sure to explain exactly what the problem is how he’s going to fix it. I will definitely always be calling Dee with my plumbing needs.

Dee did an excellent job unclogging the main drain and was able to replace an old water heater - all within the same day. Both services were competitively priced and workmanship was excellent. What set his work apart was that he cleaned the area after he was done. I will be using Dee again.

I had a steady leak in my basement that was filling/overflowing a gallon bucket every few hours. Dee was very flexible in scheduling and he was able to come out within the week. He made the process very easy and his pricing was fair and trustworthy. He never tried to push a sale or extra pricing for things that weren't necessary. He was very honest and forthcoming along with giving recommendations on what to do regarding the wet support beams that were now soaked due to the leak. I would highly recommend Dee as it is hard to find a trustworthy and reliable plumber (in my opinion). I will definitely be having him as my first call for any plumbing issues.
