My main line was backing up. I contacted several plumbers and Dee reached out, same day, to discuss my need. He came out to assess the problem and gave me clear options, as well as helped to educate me in the process. Due to the complexity of the problem he needed, a higher end tool. He obtained it came back the same night and spent two hours clearing my drains. His communication was exceptional and his work exemplary. He took extra time and care to go over the work as well as clean up after himself, leaving it better than when he arrived. Without a doubt, I would use Dee again!

Had a great experience with Mr. Maison Plumbing and Drain LLC. Dee and his apprentice came out today to replace a lead pipe in our bathroom sink. He showed up right on time, explained everything he was doing, and made sure I understood the process from start to finish. Super informative and professional. Fantastic experience with this company! We hired them to do the plumbing for a new basement bathroom, with my wife and I doing the rest. Dee was very helpful through the entire process, as we had never done a project like this before, it felt very much like a team effort. Dee was Great! Very knowledgeable and explained what he was doing and why. He installed a dishwasher (through American Home Shield) in record time, but then also upgraded the water shut off valve which I hadn't even realized was poorly made until he showed me. Also I've got a cat who won't allow any stranger to pet him but he enjoyed some scratches from Dee, I was truly amazed by that!

We were in the midst of replacing our bathroom vanity when we discovered the water lines and drain needed to be moved to fit the new sink. Mr Maison was able to come out quickly (within 24 hours) to get the job done so we could put our bathroom back together. He thoroughly explained what needed to be done and gave me the opportunity to ask questions. The job was done before we knew it. His pricing was less than half that of a competing bid. I would highly recommend Mr Maison and plan to use him for future projects.

On Friday, December 19th Mr. Maison Plumbing & Drain sent a staff member to do a home warranty dishwasher installation. While the staff was installing the dishwasher he had damaged my counter. In my opinion it was due to blunt force. Immediately the staff stated it was there when he arrived but did not take actions to inform me prior to installation. I overheard him telling his boss he believes the damage was due to weight. However, if this were a true statement, when you apply weight on the countertop where the area was damaged you would see the damaged area split and it does not split when applied with weight. My counters are brand new, installed May 21, 2025. There was no damage prior to his arrival. I was patient with them as the holiday weeks were approaching and the person answering the phone stated the owner was on vacation the week of Christmas. I called the week of New Year's and he stated the owner was out until that Friday and I would receive a call upon his return Friday or Monday. I spoke with him one last time Tuesday 1/6 stating they will get back to me once a review meeting was had. I called back a few more times and left voicemails with no return call. I called my home warranty company on 1/13/25 to reach out to them for response and they have been non responsive. I would like my counter fixed. At this point I don't trust this company to do what is right to schedule fixing it and would like to ensure it is fixed appropriately independently. I filed a complaint with the BBB on 1/16/26 to try to get a response and no response was completed. Would not recommend this company. They do not take accountability once they have wronged their customer.

Where do I start? Timely, professional, transparent, knowledgeable , observant, trustworthy, sensible…Dee did rough in and finish work on a new installation of a bathroom and a repair on existing problesome toilet.i am so impressed by the quality of work and my experience as a home owner.
Dee, and the dispatcher, Walter, kept me scheduled, informed of his arrival, informed of the progress of the job, and promptly responded to my questions!
From the moment Dee stepped goot on my sidewalk, he spoke with me respectfully: he introduced himself and actively engaged with me by carefully listening to me. He carefully explained each step of the work in advance with its purpose, and then reviewed what he had completed and was patient with my questions. He was always willing to discuss options and explore alternatives. I really appreciated that he was willing to listen to me.
I feel like i understand so much more about my plumbing system and how it works because of the way he explained how the various pieces work together. He shared such useful information in a way that eill help mr be better at maintaining the plumbing. He was able discuss the longevity of repairs which is so critical for me with my plan to age in place.
I really appreciated that he could prioritize and carry out the repairs in a way that incorporated my current mobility: a am touched by hid compassion, and I respect his good sense. I will certainly trust him with my plumbing needs going forward.And I most heartily recommend Dee for plumbing piece of mind!
