Jacob came out for a complementary HVAC tune-up and did a great job. He was very professional and personable — took the time to explain exactly what he was doing and walked me through all the measurements and readings on his equipment. His assessment felt thorough and accurate.
What I appreciated most was that he didn’t try to upsell me on anything. I had a few HVAC improvements in mind and asked for his input — he gave me honest, straightforward pricing on all three without any pressure.
