Had a great experience with Alpha Mechanical! Chad and Carter came to fix our leaky faucet. That was an easy fix for them, but they also fixed a couple other issues we had at a very good price! They are now our "Go To" plumbers!

Everyone from reception to the plumbing & HVAC teams were kind, thorough, and answered any questions I had. Fair price and the issues were resolved within a few days. Would hire again!

Andy checked on the boiler a few days later and answered our remaining questions. Alpha Mechanical replaced my Laundry tub faucet. The team was responsive and easy to work with. They also provided a ballpark estimate for the costs before scheduling, upon me asking (I needed to compare to another quote I had). Chad and Carter arrived on time to complete the work. They were friendly, professional, and respectful of my home (wore shoe covers to protect carpet from dirt). They were also quick and efficient completing the work, especially considering some minor additional plumbing work was needed to retrofit the newer style faucet (lengthening a pipe to make it correct height). In the end, the work looks great and robust, I've had no issues with the replacement faucet. The cost came right around the ballpark estimate, no surprises. The best part was the price. More than fair. No joke, it was 66% of the quote from my usual, well rated 5-star plumber. I saved a couple hundred bucks. Definitely will use these guys again! (Pics are before and after)

Hey All. I had your Technician Jacob out this afternoon to take a look at a forced air central heating system. Jacob impressed me with his knowledge, his professionalism, and his character. Unfortunately, the news he had regarding my heater was less than what I had hoped for, but as soon as I can afford to make the repairs, I am already as good as sold on Alpha.

I sincerely hope the Management at Alpha knows what a great representation of the company they're putting out into the field. You can not train what this Technician came carrying: a well reasoned sales proposition, with the technical know-how to close. NO PITCH INVOLVED.

He is very professional, skilled and a pleasant representative of Alpha Plumbing & Heating. I highly recommend them for good customer service and quality services.

We hired Alpha for HVAC/furnace maintenance. They were quick to respond, got scheduled next day, and Jacob was great to work with. He was very thorough and explained everything he looked at and potential areas of concern to watch out for in the future. Also a great price for quality work. We were recently offered a free AC and heating tune up. Found out we have issues with our furnace and was needing a replacement. Jacob the technician was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. I appreciate the attention to detail and the care taken to ensure everything was working safely. Reached out for a bid on a new furnace... Joel swung by and was super friendly and was extremely informative on suggesting what I needed. Their pricing and customer service is fantastic. Do not hesitate to use these guys, they are phenomenal!

Today was the second time that Joe Villavicencio did maintenance on my furnace. He is a very pleasant and professional technician. He represents K & S very well. I am also very satisfied with his work.

I went through my HSA to have my AC unit fixed. I was assigned to K&S. They came out on a Friday and took a look at my AC unit and determined the motor was fried but stated the other components were fine. They ordered a new motor and told me it would be in on Monday. They arrived on Wednesday and installed the incorrect motor for my unit that was too large. They recognized this, ordered the correct motor, but then told me I could run the AC in the meantime. Due to this, all the other components in the unit are shot. They came back and installed the correct motor and indicated that now the condenser would need to be replaced. Now, because they aren't willing to own thier mistakes have determined that the unit needs all new items on top of the condenser that are conveniently not covered by my warranty and are shaking me down for $750. Do not use this company. They make promises they cant keep, screw up your appliance and then deny its thier fault when they make a mistake so they can milk as much $ out of you as possible. Scum bags

Update regarding response:
I had multiple contractors out and all confirmed along with the previous owners of the house that the unit was 2 years old. These contractors also confirmed that running the AC with the incorrect sized motor puts stress on the compressor and this caused the failure. Regarding the "Verbal Assault". Swearing once on the phone is not Verbal Assault. It's a pretty typical and appropriate reaction to a contractor breaking a 2yr old $4000 AC unit, not owning up to their mistakes then blaming the home owner for the damage. It's clear from your reviews across the internet that this is a pretty common tactic of your company. You can expect a demand letter from my attorney in the mail for the damages.
