Excellent job by the JunkLuggers taking away some pieces of furniture that I wanted to get rid of but glad that someone else may make use of them.

They came out the same day I inquired. Price was as expected and the guys who came to pickup were very friendly and professional. Highly recommend!

They did a great job on very short notice and were very easy to work with. My only complaint is that the price seemed high based on the fact that everything was in the garage so very easy to load. However in all fairness I don't know what their

competitors charge so that may have been standard. I love the fact that they take anything that could be useful to a charity and send a reception for tax purposes. That is a plus.

The phone operator was good with scheduling and rescheduling the appointment. had a 2 hour window setup and waited an extra 30 minutes after the window before calling the them. The phone operator apologized and said that the guy was a few minutes out. I waited an extra 30 minutes until we closed for the day. No one showed up. Only giving it a 2nd star for the phone service.

Great job, quick to arrive. Removed our broken fridge efficiently with good customer service. I do recommend.

Awesome service!!! Saw Junkluggers info online at 8AM Saturday morning, booked an appointment for 10:30 the same day. They looked at what I wanted removed, provided an estimate & got to work. The two young men were personable, professional, and hard working. I like that my “junk” will be donated and reused when possible. I highly recommend Junkluggers!!

This is a GEM of a service. I have tried other methods of junk hauling, but had I known Junk Luggers were so great, I could of saved myself time and money. They are punctual, professional, quick and extremely hard working. They clean up after hauling and will take what many others won't. Also those vintage and antique items will find new homes along with your everyday items. Cleaning out my moms home of 60 plus years, so this is stress free for those who don't want to do any packing or hauling. Best part their pricing is far below other quotes. Very upfront pricing on tires, mattresses etc. And way way way below any competitors. My only regret. Not finding them sooner. Good part is I got more to haul. Highly recommend.

The guys were great. On time and took everthing we had out for them. Definitely recommend.

We would of given a 5 star but the quote we were given online was $129 but when they arrived the driver said it would be $289. The excuse we were given was that quotes are done in NY and often they are not correct!!!!
On a fixed income household we didn't appreciate the surprise!!!! FYI the drivers however were very professional.

Excellent experience. The company called to update us on the arrival time and then the driver called a few times with updates. The two guys arrived and quickly provided the appraisal and got to work. They were fast, efficient and very courteous. The job was clearing out a condo in downtown Minneapolis. Well worth the money. Thank you.

Called Junkluggers to remove my hot tub. They came out and quoted $450, but could not remove due to electrical needing disconnected. I confirmed with the crew lead that when they came back out, the price would be the same. Once I removed the electrical and they came back out, the quoted price increased from $450 to $760. I called the office and all they would do is offer a 10% discount, so $684. I informed them they needed to do it for the price they confirmed it would be on their return and they wouldn't budge. I sent their crew away and am hiring another company. Steer very clear of Junkluggers for their low standards and unethical pricing. They deserve lower than a 1-star rating.

**I'm editing this review to answer the company's response: All of your information is wrong. It is a two person tub and there is a 4ft gate to remove the tub - plenty of space for the other company I hired in your place to remove the tub WITHOUT cutting it into pieces. I have an email from your company stating the $450 price, which was confirmed by the first crew that came out, so there is no misunderstanding from me. Instead of honoring the $450, your company gets $0.
