The team that arrived was amazing and did such a good job! The only disappointment that I had was paying $100 more for what I thought was a small job. The couch that I had them take, I thought would be $150, but it was more like $250. It was worth the cost on short notice… if there is a way for the customer to be more clear on costs ahead of time, that would be great.

We had this company pick up our items in October. I have called them 4 times to see where our donation slips are or where are items went and no one will give us a call back. We had 8 RH dining chairs, mirrors and tons of perfect items to be donated. This company advertises they will donate your items, which clearly they don’t and they will not get back to you. We paid them $600 to dispose of perfectly good items. We asked for a full truck and they showed up with it half full. Would love a response to our calls!

JunkLuggers charged my credit card for 3 trucks when they only dispatched 2 trucks for 2 days work. I paid in advance for the 3rd truck partial load, plus a tip, to be picked up same day (yard debris removal), but they did not return for the partial load. They called next morning to see if I still needed them to come out, but I had already told the mover that next morning would be too late, and I would not own the house anymore. They also charged me $75 for a water heater which I never had removed. I requested the refund due me, and they never returned my call when they said they would, and they still have not issued my refund. I am out roughly $500 plus sales tax, including the tip. I used JunkLuggers before and had a positive experience, but after this job, I would never recommend JunkLuggers to anyone else ever again. I am now being forced to dispute the charge with my credit card company.

Highly recommend. This is the business to choose: woman-owned, eco friendly and dedicated to keeping things out of landfills ! I had a nice couch set that had been in our family, but none of us had room for. I was so happy to know that this set would find a new home through them, rather than be wasted to landfill like it may have with other companies and certainly would have been if I had put it out by the trash. The workers were timely and kind, and they took care of everything!

We took down an old wooden swing set that our regular trash collection service wouldn’t take because it was treated lumber. We chain sawed it into manageable pieces and Junk Lugers came the next day- carefully explaining their pricing including the fact they’d give us an estimate once they saw what we wanted removed. They came within the window of time specified, quoted us a figure and took everything away. Nice crew.

We’d recommend them wholeheartedly. Our only option would likely have been several trips to the dump and paying their charge each time.

Junklunkers to the rescue! We recently moved and had “leftover” furniture and and miscellaneous items from the garage, basement and crawlspace that we no longer wanted or needed. Disposing of these items can be very difficult, but Junkluggers made it easy. Cole and Josh were great. Highly recommend Junkluggers for all your disposal needs!

We just had the guys here to help clean out our house prior to a move. They were fantastic. Fast, efficient, and professional. They loaded a full truck with junk from multiple areas in our house and took just over an hour. We will be using them again for sure.

Honest, straightforward, extraordinarily knowledgeable. He and or family members have been treating my trees for 15 years so I would 100% recommend over a commercial service.
