Super happy with my experience so far with Showcase. Last year my grass was literally all dirt, and with their help and my Tech Brandons help today, it is thriving!

Update #4: To reply to recent reply from Showcase. Ummm. I have a text message here "Hey Steve, I talked to my operations manager and we're giving you 10% off the aeration to make up for those spots ~ Jacob Mokszycke", and recording of my conversation with Mike and a nice young lady. Glad I did as it was stated that a refund couldn't be refunded to my credit card as it was past 30 days which was not a problem for me. Then, the conversation went into Mike stating "he would send a request to the Financial Dept on Friday then for me to wait 7 to 10 days for a check." I did wait patiently for said check as promised. Nobody ever said that credits would be posted to my account. Good thing I keep notes. Thank you for closing the account so I don't have to call ya. You guys did great when I started in 2023. What happened? As I told Mike "I am not your average customer" he agreed. Sorry things went downhill. Another star loss for not telling the whole story as recorded.

Update #3: Methinks myself and Showcase will part ways in 2025. They lost a star today as I was promised a check to refund for a cancelled service, and a 10% refund on a halfway spring aeration job hence it hasn't come in the mail. I am about to give up with this company.

I had talked to a gentleman named Mike who at first said I was a "problem" customer for asking that a job that I PAID for was done right and wanted to refund my full amount for services in 2025. Apparently, they don't like complaining about their services if they aren't done right is my impression here. Mike stated to me quote, "We don't want people who complain as it isn't worth the hassle, and wish employees stop accepting people who complain". Take this as you may. But, to me it isn't professional to do sloppy work then tell a customer he/she is the "problem". See the pics and judge for yourself.

Update #2: June 9, 2024: Unfortunately, this company's chemical services are lacking as I had dandelion weeds that covered 90% of my property. The manager I spoke with said, "it takes time for their chemicals to work", and they only sprayed like every 4 to five weeks plus we had a lot of rain lately hence the said chemicals were most likely diluted. Not something I wanted to hear as I was spending $600 on there services. I had no choice but to buy chemicals from Home Depot to kill the infestation of weed that I had. Being in a wheelchair as a disabled veteran is a pain as it is, but I pay vendors for services to keep my home maintained as I can't do it myself. But in this case I had no choice. Me and my wife finally killed all the weeds and had to call Showcase to cancel any further chemical services. The only services I did retain from them are Spring aeration and dethatching plus fall aeration.

Update May 2, 2024: Just one ding here was a over seeding service I ordered from Showcase Lawn care. It seems if I am not at home sometimes things can and will go South on me. I had to go help my Mom get her sprinkler system up and running thru another company, but while I was gone a tech came to my house hence proceeded with the over seeding service. When I got home my wife told me that the tech didn't do the job. I was confused by this, and so I called Showcase and ask why this happened. The young lady was polite on the phone, and a operational manager came to my house promptly the next day before a med transport van picked me up to go to the VA Hospital for appointments. He said that the tech did a "half arse job at seeding my property" and "would talk to the tech Monday". Then he promptly pulled his equipment out of his truck and reseeded my property. When I got home from the VA hospital noticed that my property was seeded properly. In the end I respect this company for owning the situation and making right what was wronged.

Had aeration done to my lawn recently. Just wanted one service. My Mom uses Showcase for 2 years now for weed control and over seeding. Cost me $235 for a double pass aeration with a military discount. The employee was professional, and helpful. Keep up the good work.

Jason is great. When he comes out he always talks through any issues he sees and helps setup a treatment for that. I really appreciate when he is the technician that comes to service our lawn.

Allen and Bryce were a great team in getting their job done. I had the aeration done to my yard. Allen was very respectful and polite. He engaged in a comfortable conversation about lawn care and shared some advice I inquired about. He was very personable and enjoyable to interact with that day. Great job you guys!

If you live in the Dayton/Maple Grove area and have had trouble keeping your lawn free of dandelions, crabgrass, clover, etc. look no further! Showcase offers fantastic services and cares for your lawn at a personal level. No two lawns are the same and Showcase recognizes this. Dayne was very friendly, professional, and waited for me to gather up my two dogs from the backyard before spraying it.
He was training another fellow, and I could hear him explaining different procedures to the new guy.
Sounded knowledgeable, professional, and patient. He is someone I would welcome back anytime.

Showcase does good work. I get a text a day or two before they come. This give me an opportunity to move items in the lawn if necessary. I feel their price is reasonable and I will continue to use them.

We have had showcase since we moved into this house. Have gotten multiple compliments on how nice our yard looks. Thank you for helping take care of our lawn.

I have been using Showcase for several years and have been very satisfied with their service. They provide excellent notification when scheduling applications. Each application is very well applied and they explain what is applied and its purpose. My lawn looks great since I started using Showcase.

My yard was a shame in the neighborhood until one day I stumbled on Showcase crew in the neighborhood and asked if my yard would ever have a face again.
