I have never posted a review for any business, but my experience with these guys was so bad, I have to. After requesting they spray for weeds in May, TWO separate times this summer they killed huge sections of my lawn. After killing my lawn in May they showed up admitted their mistake and were eager to fix the issue. They attempted to dethatch and seed but communication was utterly ridiculous and only about half the lawn came back. I told them to never set foot on my property again. They sprayed again midsummer without incident, but again told them never to come back again. After returning home from the fair a week ago, saw they sprayed again. About 2 days later half my lawn is again brown and dying. I called and nobody has come out. Never experienced anything like this.

Dj was so helpful in explaining what I was doing right as well as tips to help get what I want from my yard. He wasn’t trying to ‘over-sell me’ on anything which I appreciated so much. Just informative, kind and honest. Having a lawn can feel overwhelming without support and I feel like I have more info and help now. I’m so thankful that I switched to Showcase!

Kyle and Colton were awsome. They did a great job core aerating and overseeding our lawn, were very professional and a delight to work with.

Showcase is the best! Not only do they communicate, but they show up! We've booked a number of services with them and I would absolutely recommend them to all my friends and family. They've helped us get our creeping charlie under control (like non-existent!!) and always tell us when something else is going on with our lawn (like fricken moles!!!) and are now going to help us treat for those. We also use them for mosquito control and its so much more enjoyable sitting on our patio without those buggers bothering us!

We started with Showcase three years ago when we moved into a townhouse with a thin worn out lawn full of weeds. It took a year to eliminate the weeds and a re-seeding to take effect. The past two years have thicken the lawn and it’s greened nicely. I recommend them highly. They are timely and thorough.

Riley was very pleasant and helpful in answering my questions. I had an appointment so he adjusted his route to make sure I was home when he arrived. I’m really excited to work with Showcase Lawn Care again this year to get my yard looking amazing! They provide top notch service and their employees are lovely.

I have been with Showcase Lawn Care for about 4 years now. They spray for weed control. They do a great job. I recommend them.

I had some problems with communications early on, but showcase has doon a good job or resolving those and working through my issues. It dook a bit longer than I wanted at first but they have helped me to turn my yard aroround.

Beware! Actual application is fine, but the documentation, communication and follow up is nothing short of appalling - virtually non-existent. On multiple occasions, I've texted, called and emailed and got slow to non-existent response, requiring me to call yet again in the hopes of reaching something other than a recording. You know there's a problem when on the first application, they do the neighbor's yard and subsequently overcharge you and neglect to apply the senior discount promised. I should have saved myself a lot of headache and cancelled right then and there.

I have received a call acknowledging the mishandling of my account. I will revise once action is taken.

I have amended my initial rating. Showcase has absolutely done everything they can possibly do to have a happy customer! Their crew came out yesterday and not only covered the services I initially requested, but expanded the scope and included irrigation to accommodate my injury which would have made it difficult to do the watering required to make the seeding successful. Thank you.

Service has been except they did dethatch on a dayl my lawn was very wet. Some areas got a little torn up. instead of just grouping jobs by area they should be aware of correct laen conditions.
Also, communication totally died on trying to get description of new services and cost quotes. They have not been scheduled for next year.

The Showcase people worked fast and covered everything completely. I was always very satisfied every time I got an application. (fertilizer and weed killer) Great Company and People!!!
