JunkLuggers helped us out when we were in a bind. We needed to move a 200 lb. pig smoker, and we had a 2-day window to have it moved or else we would lose it forever. We were able to schedule a pickup without an issue, they even showed up early! The price was right, and the guys that moved the smoker were very nice. Highly recommend!

Max and Allen were on time and efficient. Very professional and definitely had the “lugging” down to a science. We were emptying mom’s memory care apartment following her death. They were polite, considerate and patient as we encountered other residents on the locked floor and had to deal with the extra security of getting in and out. They were kind to my sister and myself after our loss. I was very pleased with Junk Luggers.

Excellent service. I called in the morning and the girl said she could have someone out here that afternoon. Then a while later she called and said she could have someone out within the hour.
They got here within 40 minutes, gave me the estimate and hauled everything out our front picture window because the furniture wouldn't fit through the doorways.
I would surely call them again. Two very nice guys too.

Great experience, they price matched a competitor and were able to do the work quickly and professionally. I wasn’t home so my wife was the one home, she’s hot and a smoke show so it was appreciated that they resisted hitting on her. I know it’s tough.

Driver called 15 minutes before arriving. Upon arrival, the appraisal was carefully done. I had estimates from two other haulers, and in the end, they came in right where they should have -- just barely above the lowest. Given their professionalism and commitment to recycling and donating. I was very pleased. They were excellent at packing the truck -- photo attached.

My experience with Junkluggers was wonderful! I called for information on a Monday morning. The customer service rep on the phone was knowledgeable and friendly. Antonio and Pedro were here in less than two hours (same day). They had 12 years of junk removed from our basement in roughly an hour. They were kind and hardworking. The service isn’t inexpensive but their pricing is competitive and their service from start to finish was great. It was worth peace of mind as we prepare to finish our basement. And I love that they attempt to donate to charity prior to disposal. Highly recommended this company!

Great experience. A team of three (Chris, Ashton and Noel) made quick work of cleaning out a basement/garage. Very professional and hard working. Competitive pricing and we liked that the truck was a little bigger than the competition. Highly recommend them for your cleanout.
