The installation went very good. It was done in a timely professional manner. We are really happy about our new furnaces & our humidifier. We haven't used the a/c yet but anticipate that it will work great also.

I just had an Air-It employee come out to fix my AC this morning, his name was Jake Smith… and my experience was nothing short of amazing!

Here’s my review:

Jake was knowledgeable, helpful, answered ALL of my questions, and fixed my AC super fast!

But above all, he was friendly to me, friendly to my neighbor (who happened to be in the driveway right next to us while working on the AC) and he literally double & triple checked that everything was running properly, even after he fixed the initial issue.

To say the least, I’m very grateful to have someone who was not only thorough with the work they do, but actually cares about the work they do. So I would definitely 10/10 recommend.

Air-It installed my heating system and thermostat communicating extremely well and promptly as I was away on business for the majority of the installation! They did a great job and worked with me and my parents to get the job done and scheduled the inspection as well. Thanks for keeping the place warm!

The team at Air-It are fantastic!! Jason and team did all the work on our new home, came out to do a very thorough walk through showing us how everything works. They also installed a garage heater after we moved in and were very thorough, clean and neat. The thing that impressed me the most is the their customer service. When I had questions, concerns or things that needed attention, Jason was either on the phone or in-person with me to make sure everything was taken care of to my complete satisfaction. Would highly recommend Air-It!!!

We had Air-It install a new furnace, clean air ducts, and perform the Aeroseal service for us. We will also be having a new AC installed this winter. Jason and Jake were awesome! They got us scheduled very quickly, and the whole process went very smoothly. They are both professional and super friendly. It was a pleasure working with them. They’re going above and beyond to help us (technically challenged!) get our thermostat up and running. I will recommend them!

I was on the edge when I realized my old furnace was not working and no one would even look at it because it was installed over 25 years ago when the regulations were very different or non-existent. I reached out to Air-IT along with several other companies and although the initial response was slow, they were by far the most enjoyable to work with and I could feel the honesty. They got me in quickly, replaced my furnace and set me up with a duct cleaner. They were professional, efficient and friendly. I am looking forward to adding in central air next spring.

Update on the A/C
Jason and his crew were efficient, clean and courteous. They were able to get my AC unit installed on VERY short notice so I wouldn't bake in the crazy Minnesota humid heat. The price was competitive and they even completed my warranty information.

Jason and crew installed 4 "mini-split" A/C units at our house. Since we have radiator heat in this more than 100-year-old house, there was no option for central air, but this has given us almost the same effect. It is no exaggeration to say it is a life-changing difference to have this system providing cool, comfortable air throughout the house! Our summer has been much more pleasant since we got it installed.

Everyone who came to work on this project was polite, friendly, and hard working. I'm sorry I can't remember their names individually so I could give a more personal compliment. They were on time each day, and were great about keeping us updated on their progress. There were a few times when they had to change the plans slightly due to new information coming to light, and they were able to adapt quickly to solve the problem. While working on the roof to run ducts down the side of the house, they found a wasp nest in the gutter and even took care of that too! Jason also followed up with me after the installation to see if we had any questions about operating the units.

I highly recommend Air-It for any A/C installation. I would hire them again in a heartbeat if I needed any further work done.

I called Air-it for an estimate to replace my aging furnace. I needed a quick response as the existing furnace was having issues. Jason got back to me quickly and was out to look over the situation. This was not going to be a straightforward replacement due to very limited space and existing access issues. I received other bids and Jason was the only one who presented me with a creative solution that left me with a fully accessible furnace. The install was tricky and adjustments needed to be made but Jason and Ethan stuck with it and got the job done. I am very happy with my new Bryant furnace. Thank you and I highly recommend Air-it!

Our 5 year old AC unit wasn't working right and it was going to take a week for anyone to come out...during 85+ degree weather! Air-It was the only one that was able to come out within 2 days. Jason came out and diagnosed a bad compressor motor issue and helped walk me through some things. He had to order the parts so it took another few days, but then Chris came out and installed the new parts, double checked everything was working and answered a few more questions I had. Both Jason and Chris were very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I definitely recommend Air-It Indoor Comfort!

Air-it installed a garage heater mid-winter at our new home. They were very price competitive and performed good work. Before the bid, they took the time to discuss exactly what we wanted, and what was needed to provide the best outcome. They provided timely updates on when they could perform the work, right down to expected arrival time. They came prepared and accomplished the installation in a very cold garage and colder outside environment in what seemed to us a short window of time. After the installation, there was a good walkdown and tutorial on operation of the new unit. The clean up was great, with nothing left for us to tidy up.

As a project manager for a residential home builder we have hired Air it indoor comfort on several homes over the years. When I needed a new furnace and AC in my home there was no question on who I should call. Jason at Air it indoor comfort was my first call. With in a couple days the parts were in and his crew showed up on time and went to work. They had the old furnace and AC removed and the new ones installed in a day. They did a amazing job installing and cleaning up the site once completed. It can be difficult to find a company now a days that ether tries to bait a switch or installed the wrong item .

I had the AC and Furnace replaced. I’ve used Marsh before on the old AC in 2004. Marsh is the best in the business. Afterwords I had a couple of concerns, they came out immediately. Always super nice and respectful even repairing a piece of duck causing major loss of AC to the house. He fixed it at no cost. Great Company excellent employees 🏆

I have used Marsh previously and trusted their work, also felt their cost for service was reasonable. Went through Costco to replace the furnace and air, and was very impressed by the job the crew did. I am an engineer and it takes quite a bit to impress me for the quality I expect. I have recommended the Costco route and Marsh to many since.

From beginning to the end of the job the experience with Marsh was exceptional! The crew arrived at my house at 7:15 and were done by 1:30. They left my house cleaner than when they began. Everything that was touched or moved was put back in better shape than when they began. The guys were so friendly and knowledgeable with there job. When I called Gordon and he found out that I would be without heat in my house, he had someone deliver 3 portable space heaters within 30 minutes. I couldn't have had a more positive experience with Marsh Heating and will readily recommend this company to anyone!! Thanks so very much!!

Recently purchased a home in Minneapolis. It didn't have central air and needed a new furnace. Gordy came out to look things over and give me an estimate. He even took a few minutes to get to know my dog, Zeus. The installers came and were very friendly yet professional. If you have HVAC needs, this is the company you hire.

High highly recommend Marsh. Everyone I dealt with from sales to installation were very friendly and professional. The installation team put down floor coverings and throughly cleaned up when finished.

We went through Costco to replace our Furnace and AC. Costco put us in touch with Marsh Heating and Cooling. From start to finish they were Awesome! From Leigh to Gordon to the install crew. All top notch and and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to get a new furnace, AC or both.

Marsh Heating and Air installed a new furnace and air conditioning package in my home on 6/18/19. The price was less expensive compared to two local vendors that had provided competitive quotes. More importantly, the service we received was superior to other contractors I have worked with in the past.

The sales manager equipped our home with correctly sized energy efficient units and took us through the entire process beforehand explaining exactly what to expect with the installation. The service representatives that conducted the installation did a phenomenal job. The sheet metal work was perfect, the pvc connections were all very clean, the pump system was neatly plumbed to our basement sink and the exterior connections were carefully done to avoid any issues with our stucco exterior.

I would highly recommend this company to others for heating and cooling related work. They are competitive in price but the attention to detail and workmanship is what sets them apart from other organizations. They take a lot of pride in their work which is evident in the finished product!

We had Marsh Heating install a new furnace, air conditioner and humidifier. They were very professional and had good pricing. When there was a problem with our rebate from Lennox, they took care of it promptly. We would certainly recommend them.

Our 20+ year old furnace needed to be replaced and we had 3 different estimates. Gordon, from Marsh came out and spent over an hour looking over current furnace, determining needs, and putting estimate together. He was extremely professional and insightful. The cost was comparable to other companies, but Marsh planned to do additional updates to allow us to be up to code, which other companies did not have as a standard. Dave and Bill completed the install and exceeded our expectations with craftmanship, insight, and professionalism. When they arrived they quickly recognized it was going to be a more complicated furnace replacement. They updated our gas lines, replaced all of our furnace components, and ran venting lines to exterior of house. It was a full day of work and they brought excellence to their work. My teenage boy was impressed with stating "that is the sexiest furnace I have ever seen." The guys also took time to share insight with my son about different trades for careers. Marsh covered requests for different rebates. I also took advantage of Costco discount. THANK YOU Marsh for coming through and exceeding expectations for our furnace install!!!
