They had the best price for a better furnace and air conditioner. They did a great job installing. The whole process was smooth and quick.

My AC unit broke down and I reached out to Vector Services online on a Saturday. Mark came to my house that same afternoon and gave me some quotes and after a little back and forth I went ahead and the install happened on Tuesday the following week. It was a big deal and took a while but the technicians took their time and did everything which was needed to make sure it was safely and efficiently installed! Vector came out the same day I called. My furnace had been out for three weeks waiting on the company I had a membership with that couldn’t come out until December 22nd. Eric worked alongside 3 other technicians and they all did a great job with the install of my hot water heater and laundry sink. They also did an amazing job at explaining the warranty on parts and labor I would recommend these guys for any of your plumbing needs!

Solidly impressed with Vector. We had kind of a complex electrical issue with our commercial hot water system that needed a lot of troubleshooting and part-finding and creative problem solving. Electrician Aaron saved the day. He traced and diagnosed the issue very quickly and dove right into navigating the kinda messy solution. He was super enthusiastic and helpful and had a whatever-it-takes attitude to get us back up and running again. He also followed up the next day to make sure everything was working as expected. Really appreciated his service oriented manner and professional help.

Vector gave me an awesome deal on my AC install. Very competitive. Better than competitive. On the day of install— Tory my AC installer from Vector was awesome. He worked so hard and really busted his hump all day. End result was a great job- everything works great now. He was patient and so nice with all my weird questions. Dan the electrician was wonderful also. They both deserve recognition and probably a raise. Thanks guys!!

We had a very odd situation occuring with our furnace, due to shifting internal insulation. The tech, Eric, came out several times to troubleshoot and due to his persistence, was able to resolve the issue. Thank you for continuing to dig in and get to the bottom of the problem. Aaron was so knowledgeable, efficient, professional & courteous. He really took the time to explain how my electrical system works & what was causing the problem. He also explained to me what my next steps would be if changing out the faulty GFCI didn’t solve the problem. I would highly recommend Aaron for any of your electrical problems or needs. Vector Services was very timely & responsive. I called them Thursday evening & they had a technician at my house on Friday early afternoon. It doesn’t get much better than that!
