Yesterday I had an unexpected plumbing problem when a pipe under my sink came loose. I realized I had a bigger problem than just the loose pipe when I took a closer look. I knew I needed help, and fast, so I called Vector. I’ve already had great experiences with Vector and their technicians, having had work done in the past, and this time with Justin was even better. Justin’s clear expertise and grip on the problem’s cause and solution quickly put me at ease. He fielded my many questions kindly and effectively, and was upfront with the estimate for cost, both of which I appreciated. It was easy to build a rapport with Justin and having that rapport made me comfortable enough to trust that he’d be fine working without me hovering. This feeling of trust was highly beneficial to me as I was able to do urgent tasks around the house while Justin worked under the sink. He was very respectful of the space and it looked tidy and dry when he was finished with the work. The work itself looks neat and efficient, and Justin explained the process and reasoning for each part fully and patiently. I am so thankful to have my sink drain in working order so quickly and with such a kind person having done the work. Thank you again Justin! And thank you to Vector and the office staff! I talked to a very nice person when I called in for the appointment but I can’t remember their name. Having a friendly voice on the other end of the phone line makes all the difference when I’m stressed out by something like a plumbing problem, and I feel very fortunate that the person I talked to worked to find availability for the same-day appointment. When I’m in need in the future I’m definitely calling Vector! Y’all rock!

Vector had my old water heater out and replaced easy as could be, made navigating my small hallways with the units looks effortless! I want to send a special thank you to Leon who did great and quick work.

My service through Home-smart and this company as a provider. Accept the job through my service agency as an emergency request because our heating is not working and the temperature is below 30s. They accepting the job knowing need to be done within 24hr. Pass 24hr, no call to confirm service, i had to make the call to them and they said nope, our next appointment is the day after my call which is 3 days after while they agreed on when taking the job as emergency. DO NOT recommend them at all!

There was no real effort to diagnose the furnace issue, and they immediately suggested replacing the entire unit. I decided to get a second opinion from another contractor, who correctly identified the problem as a faulty motherboard. The repair resolved the issue completely. I’m glad I sought a second opinion instead of proceeding with an unnecessary replacement.

Vector is an excellent company. Heating, cooling, plumbing, and electrical. Kevin was professional, knowledgeable, and took time to explain the problem with the furnace and options. He was honest and didn't try to sell up.

Kevin was here today to do routine maintenance and was extremely knowledgeable. He helped with a couple issues and was very polite and considerate when explaining things.

Matt showed up early for completion of an HVAC repair which was started by Tareq a day and a half prior. Barely a one day turn around for parts due to it being a Sunday saw the work completed early Tuesday morning by Matt. Very fast, courteous & professional job done by Tareq and Matt as well as Mark in the scheduling/parts aspect of the job .. A well earned 5 Star performance!! A great choice by HomeServe contracting out to a reliable Company!! Thank You!
