They do not seem knowledgeable about many things. I'm a contractor and had a simple question on a Lennox residential furnace. They could not answer and gave me the Lennox technical support number. After almost 2 hours on hold with support, I finally hung up. As a contractor, I just don't have time for this. I'm very busy. Lennox needs to redesign their whole system so a contractor can get a quick answer without spending hours on hold.

By far the most reliable location. Zack is a good guy and knows his stuff. All the other locations lack knowledge of the HVAC industry and take for ever to figure out parts and never have will call ready. Brooklyn park is the opposite. Keep it up.

I prefer this location over the others. Ronnie and Andy are great. Both helpful and knowledgeable. I'm always hassling them for quotes and placing orders. I always get a timely response to my requests and my orders are always ready to go. They also help me get everything out to the truck regardless of weather without me asking for help. Great service here.

What an unprofessional and unhelpful company. Do not call them asking for help! You will get a door slammed in your face.

Will not do service calls unless you have a contract.

Unfortunately I was unlucky and just so happened to call them thinking that I was going to get good service or even mediocre service technician was very rude and disrespectful spoke to me like I was some kid and I supposed to know what he's talking about when I was asking questions then come to find out he charge me over $100 more then even the most expensive service providers out there I do not recommend

We contract them to work on our chillers. Every technician I have encountered has been extremely knowledgeable and trustworthy. I have never seen any of their technicians rush and they always take their time. We have never had a single issue with them. As someone who worked in the HVAC field for 10 years I honestly believe they are the best HVAC service in the Twin Cities. I highly recommend them.

This company has questionable business practices. They invoiced my business for work that was supposedly done under a "service contract". When I asked them to provide the contract they could not produce it, as it does not exist. They could not produce any proof they were even here or any proof that the services were ordered for this year. When I questioned them further they all the sudden provided what looks to be doctored up documents that have date discrepancies and a signature from an unknown person. They refused to correct the issue. Watch out for fake invoices. DO NOT USE THEM!

South town are the guys to call. Had them come out to a property I work at as a second opinion on the boilers/ heating system. Had multiple unit without heat. They came out quickly and figured out what needed to be done with a crew working late to resolve the issues. Gage knows his stuff. I will use south town for future plumbing/ heating needs.

TC Heating and Air are my go to guys.
