Mark One of Maddox Heating & Air Conditioning service specialists did a great job at fixing our air conditioner on November 20, 2019 . He was accommodating, friendly and explained to us the cause of the problem of our A/C. He also advised us what to do next in order to maintain our A/C in good condition.

Mark serviced my A/C today and could not be more pleased. He was courteous and responded to all my questions. He also gave me his thoughts on what to expect when going to the new units that use the different coolant. Thanks Maddox Heating & Air Conditioning for your service.

Great company. My heater was not working properly and I scheduled an appointment to fix it. Due to weather conditions the technician was a bit late, but they called me in advance and notified about that. Tech quickly identified the issue and fixed it. Very smart, polite and great person. Had a positive experience overall and will definitely recommend to my friends and relatives.

Great company, from the salesman to the installers! Very thorough/honest with explaining how everything would be installed, pictures to show how it all works! Called them because my ac quit working. Having knowledge in HVAC, I told the technician i thought the capacitor went bad. He tested the capacitor which was bad and replaced it. I highly recommend.

Scheduled an appointment for furnace fix was told the technician will contact me shortly, no calls. Called 2 hours later was told “let me talk to a technician and will call you back shortly” no call 2 hours later. I called back again and was told they can only have a technician over on Tuesday…two days later????

Jeff was my technician he arrived on time, easily diagnosed the issue, and worked quickly to get the repair completed. He is very friendly and helped me better understand the type of system that is in our building. Jeff is funny and professional at the same time. He is very pleasant to work with and seems to enjoy what he does. The pricing was upfront, so no surprises.
