We 1000% recommend Derek. My ducts are so clean and my house feels so much better! Derek was so friendly, and an all around great person. He accommodated my scheduling changes which I appreciated so much. He is also was very honest about the work needed to be done and his prices are fair. I will definitely be recommending him to my friends and family.

We just had our ducts cleaned after a solid 5 months of a kitchen renovation and other sheet rocking and dust everywhere. Called Derek based on a reference. He communicated quickly, set out appointment and had great pricing. He arrived on time, kept the house clean while working efficiently. He was so kind and down to earth and explained what he was doing along the way. Before and after photos. Will absolutely recommend him to anyone and will use him again for future needs!

I am very happy I called Duct King. He gave me 30 minutes notice before arriving, he was extremely courteous of my wife and I, explained the process well and was overall very professional. The best part was he cleaned our ducts and dryer vent for half of what other businesses quoted. Couldn't be happier with his service.

Derek is the BEST! He did such an amazing job cleaning our ducts and dryer vent - amazingly timely and very meticulous! He went above and beyond to make sure our family was taken care of as we worked to get rid of pet dander in our house for our son’s allergies. He even looked out for us in making sure things were running efficiently and set up the best way they could be for our vents and dryer. Can’t recommend him enough!!

Derek was great! He did a wonderful job cleaning our ducts and provided excellent customer service throughout the entire process. He used drop cloths, corner protectors for the vacuum hoses, cleaned out the furnace, and even cleaned our electronic air cleaner. It’s absolutely worth hiring a certified duct cleaning company that cares about doing the job the right way. Highly recommend!

My cleaning specialists David & Lynell did a fantastic job cleaning out my furnace, ducts, dryer vents and carpet. Rasmussen accommodated us on short notice and accepted our discount from our coupons.

the tech was on time and explained what is needed to be done to clean heating duct. John the tech showed me camera view of the duct before and after cleaning. job well done. comparing to previous cleaning companies, this i will give perfect ten.

Mediocre service... Trying to give the company the benefit of the doubt because I've heard good reviews. Was getting two carpeted rooms cleaned in a new house and the lead guy was a little unprofessional. The floors definitely looked better afterwards, but didn't seem as fresh and clean as I expected.

The big dissatisfaction came when there was a very obvious stain on the bottom stair and it was still there after he wrapped up. I pointed it out and asked if he'd tried to clean it. His response was, "Yep, ran over multiple times and it wouldn't come out." I knew he was lying, but didn't want to challenge him. After they left, I pulled out my Bisson Little Green and got the stain out with no issue. All in all, it wasn't too expensive and I probably just got what I paid for. Probably wouldn't use again though.

Hector and Aiden did a wonderful job of cleaning our air ducts and dryer vent. Hector showed before and after pictures. They also cleaned an area rug and our entryways. We appreciate all that they did. Thank you!

It was not a good experience for the first home buyer.
Before we bought a house, the previous owner already contact the Hoffman Heat and Cooling service to do an inspection on our Central Air on June 2021. Then, we do another inspection when buying a house. All the inspection report our A/C still working good.
We call Rasmussen Cleaning Service for carpet clean up, air duct cleaning, blower motor and A/C coil.
They look very professional when doing a inspection all my A/C and stated that our A/C need to be clean.
It was a first time we contact a cleaning service and we believe that they can provide a good care on our A/C.
They came to our house around 10am and left around noon.
Around 2 or 3pm, we just want to take a look on our A/C to see if the A/C is working better or not. We came to the A/C and we saw it has a something wrong on the A/C. We came out the house and saw that the coil is frozen from outside to TXV valve.
We called them back on Thursday to ask them what happen when they did the cleaning on the A/C.
On Friday Jul 2, we called them again and get the manager or the owner phone number.
After many phone called, the guy from the other side pick up and told my husband that he need the inspector to come to check on my A/C and stated if they made the mistake they will pay for fixing.
We called the Hoffman came to inspection and Hoffman told us company clean up damaged my A/C when they blow evaporator coil. The inspection suggested to change the new A/C coil.
We called the manager of Rasmussen Cleaning Service and told that the inspector find out. After taking with the inspection guy, the manager refused to let him change the A/C coil because the price is high. The manager only order 3 ibs of gas for our A/C, so we can survive during the hot weekend.
For the next week, he told us to contact the guy from K&K Mechanical came to check on my A/C. After checking he told me that the cleaning service didn’t do anything wrong to made damage. In addition, he told us the guy from Hoffman company didn’t do a good inspection. So, he stated that he will fixing our a/c and we had to pay for him. He was trying to emphasize that the cleaning service didn’t involve to my ac. Well, I just believe whatever he said because I just want my A/C back to normal.
We were at house while he replaced our TXV. After that, he wait about 1 hour and told us that the problem was fixed and asked for payment. He also told us if anything happens, just call him.
After he left about 1 more hours, my A/C was not working correctly, it was same before. We call K&K Mechanical and Rasmussen Cleaning Service to let them know they didn’t fix my A/C problem. Both of them declined to fix my A/C, and blame Hoffman. Relly bad service. Not responsible for their job. Not recommend. Specially with A/C cleaning.

Hector and Teniel cleaned the carpets in my entire house today. They were on time, professional (and super nice), and did a great job. My carpets are clean and look like new again. Thanks guys!!

I had an appointment for duct cleaning. I called the morning of to get an idea of what time to expect them. I was then told that they had left me a message a week earlier cancelling my appointment since apparently they no longer do work in Minneapolis (their website says they "serve the entire Twin Cities metro area," and I had only heard about them because I got a mailer from them, to my home in Minneapolis...). I checked my voicemail and my call history - not only did I not have a voicemail from them, but I don't even see a missed call from an unrecognized number between when I scheduled and when my appointment was supposed to be. They were nice on the phone, and maybe they do good work if they actually show up, but I feel hung out to dry by them.

Quoted one price for a repeat service and when the tech showed up he quoted me a price nearly $100 more. Then all the sudden they could honor the price but couldn't service my ducts because of another issue that was going to cost more money to address. Repeatedly tried to upsell, don't honor return customers and customer service was lacking.

We used Rasmussen to clean our carpets. They did a great job and got out a lot of stains and made my carpet look better than ever! We will definitely look to use them again and have recommended to friends and family already!
