Jonathan and Lynell came to clean my vents and carpets. They were friendly and kept me informed every step of the way. The carpets look fantastic considering they hadn't been cleaned in a while. They even got some of the ground in dirt out. I'm thrilled with how things look.

Pros: Friendly staff, and efficient

Cons: they didn’t get high traffic dirt out of the carpet though and left behind dog hair and other dirt, ect was pushed to the edges of the rooms. we needed to vacuum again after they left. Hopefully our landlord will give us our deposit back for the dirt left behind

They did a Great Job!! Hector was very professional and was quick to get the job done. I can already see the positive impacts around our house getting this work done. Would highly recommend to family and friends.

Antione and Jedediah did a wonderful job cleaning our carpets today. Antione went above and beyond, helping me carry furniture downstairs so the bedrooms could be fully cleaned. Jedediah worked quickly while remaining very thorough. The whole job was done in less than an hour but the house smells so clean! They also immediately alerted me to the asbestos issues and helped document them for our landlords. Fantastic job all around, thank you Rasmussen!

I had Rasmussen Cleaning Service come out to clean my vents and they did a great job. However, there was some accidental damage and they did not hesitate to remedy the situation. I got a call directly from the owner Rick and we came up with a fair solution we were both happy with. It's nice to know there are still ethical people and businesses out there. I would recommend this local business.

Service was great! Hector & Drake were very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. They didn't try to push any extras on us, but thoroughly explained the how each could benefit us. They got to work right away, and returned everything to how they found it afterwards! Very satisfied, and would highly recommend!

We had Tenille (sp) and an assistant come out and clean our carpet, it looks great! They were professional, friendly and quick. It was a great experience, a great value, and we will definitely use Rasmussen again!

Just wanted to give kudos to Mark and Lynell, who spent 2 hours at our house doing a great job of cleaning our carpets and area rugs. They were respectful and strived to do everything we wanted done. When I requested they wear face masks, they put them on without complaint and wore them the entire time they were here. The phone staff were also friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend Rasmussen!

Rasmussen came out and were on time, courteous, and extremely honest. Hector the technician was very honest. Did not try to sell me something I didn't need. Very trustworthy business motivated by doing what is right for the customer, not by making money. I found my cleaning service.

They did a good job, though I wish they would have cleaned the registers themselves as well. I deducted one star as I had a new furnace installed a couple weeks before they arrived. After the job there was a coating of dust along with some large dust balls in the furnace and on the blower. I vacuumed most of it out myself but wish this would have been handled or prevented during the cleaning. I also didn't request pictures for before/after as I thought they were included. After they were done I asked if they had pictures but they didn't provide any except one at the supply trunk where it was hardly dirty, as expected.

I do appreciate that they were able to handle both flex and rigid ducts. I wish they would have done my laundry exhaust but since it is on my second level they said it was out of reach.

Jonathan and Lynell were great! On time, very nice, and showed concern for our dog trying to get outside with them in and out of the house. With the completeness of the job I would recommend them in the future. Also a 4 year warranty on the clean. Thanks!

Hector and Lynell were very professional and thorough with the cleaning of our ducts and vents. They explained what they were doing and asked if we had any questions. I have never experienced this level of quality related to the cleaning of our ducts and vents. We will definitely use this company again!!

We had purchased our home 9 months prior and I was having issues with my eyes gunking up and feeling itchy all the time. We could tell that the previous owners did not have the vents cleaned in quite some time as the return air ducts were caked with dust when we looked at them with a flashlight through the vent. We needed to have them cleaned. We had seen a mailer coupon for Rasmussen and called for a price estimate. We were told the price could be higher depending on what additional work needed done. If you have had this done before, you know they MUST see the work that really needs to be done before they can give you a final price. The team of Jebediah and Antwan came, walked through gave a final price for all we would need done. The price was still within our budget so we decided to have them clean the vents. They cleaned all of our vents (which were way worse than we had even expected) and did the additional work needed. They were both Very Polite and they did a Phenomenal Job getting everything out of the vents, doing the other work and ….. Cleaned up TOO. I will give it a few days for the air to clear after the dust flies to see how my eyes are, BUT, after seeing all the dust they took out, I am positive my eyes will feel better. I work in Customer Service and say that from the moment this team walked through our door till they left, the Customer Service was Top Notch, And their work was also. Thank you Jebedia and Antwan!!

My husband and I had just purchased our first home and new that we wanted some cleaning service done. We had seen a coupon for Rasmussen in the mailer we get every month and decided to use them for both our carpet and duct cleaning.
1. The carpet cleaning was perfect. No complaints. The smells of the past owners and their pets were obviously removed from the carpet it dried quickly after.
2. The duct cleaning is where this review really comes from. Their crew came in a cleaned all of our vents which had obviously not been done by the previous few owners, even after one of them performed construction inside the house. They did a wonderful job getting everything out of the vents. After, it was clearly easier for my husband to breathe in the house (he has asthma) and the heat was running much more even throughout the house. A hiccup arose when we suddenly had no heat the following day. Since we are new homeowners, we were at a loss for why this would be so we immediately called Rasmussen and spoke to Rick (owner), who was extremely kind, helpful and quick with his responses. He completely took care of us by helping us set up an emergency appointment with a furnace repair company and helping us with financially with the repair.

My husband and I REALLY appreciate the quality of customer service provide by the OWNER of such a large company and his willingness to take responsibility for the small hiccup when most companies would have told us, "There's no way my guys did that" and forced all the burden on us. We felt thoroughly cared for and taken care by Rick. He seemed to genuinely find it more important for customers to have heat than for him to be right or whatever it is that makes so many other companies feel so defensive. He made it easy to communicate with him by giving us the option to text him and call him in the afternoon/early evening and he didn't make us feel bad for furnace situation.

We will definitely continue to use rasmussen for all of the service they provide knowing that Rick takes care of his customers while also taking pride in his employee's work.

I was extremely pleased with Hector and Jesse today (Monday 11/9/2020). They were at our townhouse complex in Buffalo performing vent and air duct cleaning. I had told my manager that I had an appt today earlier in the morning and that my dog was uneasy about any men being in my place without me there. They arrived right on time which was 8 am and both guys were awesome to talk with, very knowledgeable and efficient on their vent and duct cleaning. I made it to my appt on time and I couldn’t be more pleased with both of the guys. Your company is super lucky to have Hector and Jesse on your team!!!

Today Jonathan and Harley came out to do air duct cleaning. My husband called for a quote this morning and they arrived, fortunately for us, hours before they could. we had some foul odors coming out of our vents and most companies were pushed out to sept. they cleaned our ducts, did a free dryer vent cleaning, and added in some minor repairs. Very nice techs and we're grateful for their fast service.

John snd Lynell were awesome! They showed up on time, were friendly, worked efficiently, and gave us a fair price. Our carpets look great, and smell so fresh and clean! Highly recommended!!

I had my carpets cleaned today and I couldn’t be more pleased. JP an Lynall were both courteous and professional from start to finish. They did a great job and didn’t leave a mess for me to deal with after. There were no hidden cost either. I’m happy to recommend them.

Hector and Justin were just great. Explained the process and got the whole thing done with care. We just moved in to our first home and did not have everything in place yet, but they took good care of ensuring that there were no damages and did their work like thorough professionals. Johnathan came to clean and sanitize our system today. He was incredibly thorough, did a wonderful job, and was professional and kind. He let my son walk around with him and learn, something he will be talking about for weeks! He was sweet to our dogs and despite how much of his day we consumed, always seemed happy to help and answer questions. Absolutely consider Rasmussen for your next service!
