Very pleasant to set up appointment & tech arrived within the scheduled time period. But the charge for a job that took less than 8 minutes was $369 for replacing a capacitor in a Lennox heating and air conditioning unit. When I asked the technician about the price of the part he said there were different prices for the part. The part cost was less than $15. Even with the trip charge of $100 the price was seriously BEYOND what it should have been. When I called the office I was told they charge a flat rate and that was what they charged. I then called several other HVAC companies and NO ONE would give me a quote unless they sent a technician out. Maybe a little price fixing among the HVAC companies.

Twin City Heating and Air did a great job for me over the last year on multiple projects. The last project was extending the gas line to the detached garage and installing a garage heater - loved working with these guys. Wymond and his team are timely, respectful and cost effective.

We were in need of someone coming out for my parents home. The heat was not working on one of the coldest days of this winter. Within 24 hours the company sent out someone to diagnose and then troubleshooted the problem. Ongoing communicate and persistence were their strengths. Even though the heat was not fixed the first time around, I was very satisfied with their service. 24 hours availability was very helpful. In the meantime of troubleshooting, the tech. even came back to bring some space heaters for my parents (after work hours) and was willing to communicate with our home association to explain the problem. I would recommend Twin City Heating and Air.

February 2017-woke up to a cold house!! Called a few places to come out and give me an estimate. Twin City Heating and Air came out gave me an awesome price and were able to install the next day : )!!! (unlike some of the others- a week really :() They even brought heaters to help us get through the night without frozen pipes! The installers were clean and professional. They even dealt with a "surprise" behind the old furnace! Yeah. Highly recommend their service!!!!! Call them!!

Dan came out to the place and was very professional. He did a great review of our problems and laid out the options in a easy to understand format. Would have him to the house again.

Excellent! Was able to get on their schedule in a very reasonable amount of time. The service person who came to the house was polite and conscientious. He was honest about the problem with our furnace and was able to get us going. Very satisfied. Will call again if/when the time comes.

My furnace went out on a Friday and they were able to come that same evening to repair it. Unfortunately a part they put in was faulty so it worked great for a day but we woke up Sunday morning to a freezing house. This was also New Years eve so I was very impressed that they were able to send over a tech right away to resolve the issue. They second and then 3rd tech that had to come that day with new parts were extremely nice and friendly. I even told them I had plans to go out that night so they made sure everything was done in a timely manner and of course at no cost since it was their part that didn't work the first time.
So, a small hiccup but the furnace has been working great ever since,

The follow up was incredible. We were able to get an appointment scheduled to have our furnace tuned up. Once it was completed I got an overview of what was done. They did a great job and the service was excellent!

Our furnace went out the first real cold snap we had this year. Wymond, the owner, had a repair person out the next morning. He was professional and cordial. Best of all he fixed the furnace! All for a reasonable price! I highly recommend Twin City Heating & Air.

Keith came out to look at our AC unit and was on time, professional and laid out our options. He was able to replace the capacitor and get it running in an hour. I would also recommend the monthly subscription of only $11/month. Gives a free service call and 5% discount. Definitely needed with an older unit.

Got flipped off by one of their employees while driving. Very unprofessional if this is how their employees are allowed to act.

Major Mechanical has done work for the building I manage for multiple years now. They are responsive, communicate well and have great technicians. I would easily recommend them to others!

Second experience with Vector for electrical and once again providing excellent service. Prompt, courteous and quick to fix for a reasonable price.

Wether it's Riley, Leon, Kevin, and the rest of the great gentlemen Vector Services captures on their team(I'll edit names to be sure they all get their recognition). All very professional and knowledgeable about their industry. Very respectful when entering my space. The conversations had during them addressing minor or major issues in my home are always appreciated since I enjoy learning what I do not know whenever I get a chance from another human. I called Vector after getting an insane quote from another company whose techs work on sales commission. Trent walked through the house with me and very patiently explained how we’d do everything I needed or wanted to do. At the end of the walkthrough he asked what was most important to me to focus on, and we started there. Vector’s price was literally half the original quote and with materials included. No oversell. Trent and Jason were great and done quick. Fixed multiple leaks, replaced old copper piping, main shutoff value, 2 faucets and a toilet. Very strongly recommend and will call again!

Everyone at Vector Services has been outstanding. In the short period of time that I have known them they have put in a new hot water heater, have found the solution to my air conditioning unit and we're on top of my electrical challenges. They are quick, they are on the spot in most importantly you don't get AI when you call especially when you are operating in crisis. They are nice people to work with they don't ride around and raggedy trucks. They are professional and I found them to be very competitive to even reasonable in their pricing. I have already referred them to two people within the one month that I have worked with them. Hands down if you go anywhere else you've gone to the wrong place.
