Christian Brothers Concrete & Foundation Repair has done work for us at two different houses. We had a foundation issue that caused our garage floor to crack. They repaired the garage foundation, then sealed a large crack in the floor and topped it off with an epoxy finish.

When we moved to Northfield we called them again and had them come out and replace our front walkway and add a parking extension beside the garage.

They do excellent work. They left the worksite clean and neat. They were courteous, dependable and worked through the process with us to make sure we got the results we wanted!

I could not say enough nice things about the work Christian Brothers did. We recently bought a house and found out the foundation was in severe need of repair. Christian Brothers went out of their way to help us, along with navigating the bumpy road of us trying to figure out what to do. Their work was meticulous and they were extremely transparent with us along the way. I would recommend them to everyone I know. Thank you so much!

We had some water trickling in our basement and Tony came out promptly to take a look. He quickly identified the problem and offered a solution that was very reasonably priced and took our concerns into account. Would 100% recommend for any foundation or “water in the basement” issues.

Christian Brothers rebuilt a large planter on the front of our house and offered up suggestions to the design. They also replaced brick on our chimney. They came out near the date originally scheduled and were able to complete the work in a couple days. They were respectful and professional and did a good job cleaning up after the work was completed.

We hired Christian Brothers to lay a concrete foundation for a shed. Overall we were pretty disappointed in the workmanship we received.

The pad we ended up with was not square nor was it the proper measurements all around; inches short and long all over the place. If we had known it wasn't possible for the pad to be poured to specific size all around we would have had them pour it larger. They offered to either cut the pad even smaller to make it square or pour a extra little strip of concrete. Both of which we did not want to do.

We had also asked if they would be willing to put in our wall anchors which they said was no problem. We printed off a diagram with exact measurements for placement and gave it to them. When finished my husband checked one of the anchors and it was nowhere near the right placement so he had them fix it. He did not double check the placement of every single anchor. (His bad after the first one he checked was so wrong). We started checking measurements the next day and found out how off everything was. Once we started building we realize all the anchors (except the 1 my husband made them fix) were all pushed too far into the concrete so they were all unusable. When we contacted the company they said it should have been my husband's responsibility to double check all the work. We would have to pay them to come out and cut all the anchors off.

So if you are going to hire these guys be aware the pad may not be square or even and you have to be on top of them double checking all their work because they won't.

It's really sad that a certain pride in your craftsmanship doesn't really exist anymore; we've noticed this across many trades.

Mike was great and was able to come out same day for an estimate. He was sure to take his time explaining the plan of action for the concrete work we needed and gave his honest opinion on what needed to be done. Will definitely be using them for future concrete work!

I have had a lot of work done over the years by Christian Brothers and have been very satisfied with the results! Very professional, quality workmanship. They weren’t the cheapest but we didn’t want the cheapest—I’ve done that before and it didn’t work out. They got the job done and I didn’t have to worry about it. They were straightforward. Honest inspection and honest bid.

I had two chimney's repaired by CBC and I couldn't be happier. They gave me an estimate w/in 24 hours of calling, we schedule the work for their next open slot (they are busy guys) and the crew came as planned to complete the job. My neighbor used them on his repair needs during the same visit. The job site was cleaned with little evidence of masonry work leftovers. Highly recommended.

Had Christian Brothers repair both our driveway apron and garage foundation a few weeks ago and are very satisfied with the scope of work on both projects; even with additional work needed!! Update: The owner called me and said he would recommend replacing anyway since the system was old and had failed. He also agreed we should have been informed that we had the system and why we should have been informed why he would recommend to replace. I would have been much more happy had we been told that in the beginning. Transparency is helpful for trust. I do appreciate you reaching out to clarify though. That says something as well.

They came out for an inspection for water retention in our basement walls. They quoted us on what it would cost to install drain tiles. Not once did they inform us we had a current drain system and maybe a plumber could help to clear out our clogged one or at least scope it to ensure it was collapsed. They just told us how much it was gonna cost to put a drain system in. For someone who doesn't know much about basement drainage they almost got away with it until another contractor told us to bring in a plumber first. The company who saved us about 15k was Standard Water Control.

We used them for a second project and from Mikes recommendations on design to Peter's outstanding management on the project was amazing. The workmanship and respectfulness on the job site is customer service at it's best. Would strongly recommend Christian Brothers.

Tony came over for a consultation and I was extremly grateful for his expertise and honesty. He told me my basement did not need any additional work done and was in good condition, even though 2 other companies told me it needed $30k-$40k of work. I was some what suspicious that the other companies were just trying to sell me stuff I didn't need for a massive price and Tony was kind enough to confirm this for me. He wasn't just out to take my money like the others, he truly wanted to help me make the best decision. I am very grateful for his honesty and I would recommend him and this company to anyone else needing basement work.

We recently had our driveway and retaining wall re-done by this company and they did a fantastic job! The retaining wall had to have a permit pulled for it as the size of the wall was 8 feet tall by 16 feet long. The team was very respectful and just really solid people. I highly recommend.

Tony and his team did an awesome job. We had 4 jobs that needed to be done; a chimney repair, a foundation repair, a garage apron replaced and the garage floor epoxied. Each of the jobs were done on schedule and per the quoted price. All the work looks great and everything was picked up at the end of the job. From the beginning Tony was readily available and kept me updated. We had a small issue after the job was completed (no fault of Christian Bros) and Tony took care of it. I hired Christian Brothers Concrete to power wash my pool patio and auto cover and then put a sealant over the concrete to refresh its appearance. They were outstanding from start to finish. Christian Brothers Concrete And Foundation Repair was top notch from the first contact with Tony to the end of the project! When Tony came out to the house, he assessed the situation and gave us a lot of valuable information. Then, he broke down the quote so we could make informed decisions about the scope of the project. We sought out multiple quotes and Tony's was the only one that addressed all, not just some, of the issues. We were able to choose, with confidence, which issues to address now and never felt pressured into doing more.

Zack, the on-site project manager, was incredible! He is THE person to have running the project. Polite and positive, he was an excellent communicator and was always on top of the project. He answered all of our questions with impressive knowledge and a genuine smile. Zack and his team (John, Julio, Trevor, and Curt) were knowledgeable, hardworking and always courteous. They each had expertise in different areas and worked amazingly well together to provide quality throughout all areas of the project.

It was a massive project with many different types of work being done: multiple concrete pads, a large driveway apron, reinforcing failing garage walls, core filling and rebar, removal of a large concrete patio, removal and replacement of select deck footings, extensive tiling and correctly grading the land around the back of the house.

Tony assured us that if any issues were uncovered as they dug into the project, they'd be discussed with us before any action was taken. As with any project, hidden concerns were uncovered. We were notified as any concerns arose and we were informed about options for if and how to fix them. There were no big surprises and each item was quoted fairly. Pricing for the changes was reasonable and in line with the original quote. Again, we were able to make informed decisions and didn't feel pressured into adding any additional items.
