Emma is great to work and is very knowledgable about the work they do. Had some delays because of rain but work was beautiful and completed quickly once the rain stopped. I would definitely use Mission again.

Working with Emma and Mission Contracting is amazing. She is extremely knowledgeable, helpful in bringing me along in understanding, clear about the timing and logistics and more. In the midst of global supply chain challenges I could see how she personally advocated for me and my project going above and beyond to try and mitigate delays. I can't recommend Mission Contracting highly enough.

We've used 3R by Mission for multiple projects at our home and have been impressed with the attention to detail that Andy and the team has! We would highly recommend Mission, a local business ran by a trustworthy management team, to others!

I really enjoyed working with mission when we needed a new roof! They were professional, communicative, and quality focused. I’d recommend them to anyone who is looking to have exterior work done on their house.

We hired Mission to re-side our garage when it was in need of a facelift. The team at Mission was very knowledgeable, friendly, timely, and they were always available to answer any question I had. The crews were also very kind and considerate of our space. The whole project was finished in two days, including tear off and dumpster removal. Our garage now looks new and modernized, and I couldn't be happier with the quality of work done. I look forward to working with Mission on my next home project!

Mission worked on my duplex after my home was damaged from a storm in 2023. They were great partners with my insurance provider ensuring all details were covered and addressed, which quickly showed me their experience and knowledge in these situations. The team was great at communication and provided consistent, transparent updates during the insurance claim process. Mission installed new siding and roof shingles to my early 1900's duplex, and it looks incredible! Not only that, Andy was able to tackle a few exterior projects to help completely update my exterior along with the new siding and roof. This company truly went above and beyond and I trust them for any future job!

Over the years my spouse and I have had a number of remodeling projects. Titus has been the best. They listen, treat women with respect, have skilled craftspeople and stay on time. Excellent communication. We recommend them highly!

Full kitchen remodel project and I couldn't be happier with the results. Titus was outstanding to work with from start to finish.

The design for the remodeling was creative and reworked the spaces to meet our needs. This project greatly enhanced the livability of our place.

I am very happy with the work they did on my basement bath. They were able to work through several issues; low ceiling, heating and air conditioning vents, drain location change and electrical. They made everything work perfectly and look great at the same time. They kept to their schedule even with the COVID-19 shut down and social distancing. I'd recommend them to anyone looking for a good contractor.

The sense of dread that can accompany major home improvement projects can be a deterrent. Who do you trust? Will they complete the project within a reasonable proximity to the original time estimate? Will the contractor listen to what you have to say? And most importantly, will the result be of the quality and realize the vision that you want?

In my experience with Titus Contracting...and specifically, Scott Rajavouri...all those things were realized in the most positive sense. The projects we contracted were spread over a three year period (from 2007 thru 2011 with a year off in the middle) and the continuity and communication always met or exceeded expectations. Mr. Rajavouri is not only personable, his expertise in the field is comprehensive. He knows how to attain the result you are aiming for. He is a problem solver...and that's very important. For the creatively inclined, who tend to think outside of the box, this is an additional asset. He gets it...and can then make it happen.

In the time period involved, the subcontractors that Mr. Rajavouri employed were not only highly skilled in their specific field, there seemed to be a mutual professional respect between them. That is one of those ineffable things that you can't always define but you know it when you see it...and the results are first rate.

So...as you can already tell...I would recommend Titus Contracting for your residential home improvement/remodeling projects...particular if Scott Rajavouri is heading the team.

The management and install team with Titus Contracting have performed wonderfully for Key Land Homes. Their responsiveness and dedication has been truly exceptional and I would recommend them for any new construction or remodeling.

    NEVER IN A MILLION YEARS!

We chose Titus based on a recommendation from Mingle, and they were one of the more expensive contractors that we talked with. What a terrible decision that was.

    1. Project Duration: we were promised a 2 months delivery of the project, which ended up being 6 months.
    2. Bad management: management is quite terrible, after the deal was signed - no one from the delivery team or management ever thought to pick up the phone to checkin and provide any update, nor did they stop by and check on the status of the project. Lee mentioned that he stopped by a couple of times, but that was bogus given I work from home.
    3. NO Project Management Skills: my wife and I spent our time managing the entire project as title lacked tremendously on how to manage this. Multiple times we hear 'we have not done this before'. Some times days would go buy, no one would show up and we are not even informed. We often how to guide the team on how to install specific items. For example, after the kitchen countertop was installed, no one bothered to seal behind the faucet. As a result, water leaked into the cabinet causing damage to the new wood in the cabinet. Titus did nothing about it.
    4. Rude: one day I called the so called project manager at Titus frustrated, and his response was ' you are ridiculous'. Yes, the Titus project manager called me 'ridiculous', then hung up in my face. And guess what? Management did ABSOLUTELY NOTHING ABOUT IT. After that, Lee just called us to ask for a status on the payment.
    5. Quality of finished product: there is absolutely no quality that goes into their work whatsoever. The cabinets were installed fine, but they there cracks everywhere, and whenever we asked, we were told that this is how it is supposed to be. However, when we go to other show rooms, that is not how it should look at it all - and we ended up having someone else come complete the finish.
    6. 6 months later, some of the work started cracking again, one of the lights stopped working, our refrigerator shifted at least 3 inches (we were told it should never shift). It took Lee 2 months to send someone to check it out and help resolve the issue. Actually, Lee only sent someone to fix the issues after I threatened to report them to the BBB
    7. They dinged two of the cabinets and they will not even bother to respond to my email about how they will resolve

I can keep going, but will stop.

Be cautious, don't waste your money or energy on a company that does not care about their customers.

As a response to the reply below -
    1. Titus never reached out on a weekly basis to check on how they were doing. In a matter of fact, they would only call to ask for money.
    2. We NEVER recommended Titus to our neighbors.
