Titus has an invaluable employee in Steph Morris, Sales & Interior Designer. After we initially contacted Titus regarding a kitchen remodel, Steph reached out to set a time that worked for us, even suggesting a 730am visit to our home which was perfect for our busy schedule - what flexibility! She took the time to both listen, and provide thoughtful insight toward our renovation project. She is passionate about her craft, knowledgeable, a joy to work with, and is a true asset to Titus. Through no fault of Steph or Titus, we did not move forward with this particular project, however my wife and I would be glad to have the opportunity to collaborate with Steph in the future.

We have had Titus do three major re-modelings to our townhome in Edina, beginning with the whole main floor when we bought the unit, then the lower level, and finally the master bath. We continued to use them because of the incredible quality of their work, the professional managing of the details, and the talent and integrity of all of their employees.

Over the years we have done several major remodeling projects to our homes and vacation properties; and as a result have experienced "the good, the bad, and the ugly" of do-it-yourself, handymen, and professional re-modelers. As a result, we can say without exception that Titus is the top of the line. From the start of the project to the final walk through, they are professional but personal, always available to answer questions, ready to make changes (or advise not to do so), and truly caring about our results.

From the beginning of a project, Titus's crew is exceptional. At our first meeting, their designers met with us to walk through our home to get a "feel" for our style and needs. Then at our first planning meeting, they had several choices all laid out ( all within our price range!). Not only did that process save us driving from supplier to supplier to look at a myriad of possibilities, their samples had hit our style "on the head."

Throughout the process, all the workers - from the project manager, to site manager, to sub-contractors, to Titus' crew members - were exceptionally accessible, responsible, professional, and skilled. They were a pleasure to work with. It is clear that Titus cared about our project, and cared about the quality of the people on their team.

I have worked with many contractors through the years, including designing and building a home and doing many major remodeling projects. We hired Titus Contracting to do a total remodel of our new home. Without reservation, Titus Contracting stands well above the rest. Lee, a co-owner, was responsive, knowledgeable, and good humored. He patiently responded to my countless change orders and took good care of us. Loren, our project supervisor, did a superb job managing the many parts of this big project. All of the workmen were friendly and respectful. The quality of workmanship was exceptional as Titus completely transformed our house. Titus saw my vision and exceeded it. We could not be happier in our beautiful new home. We strongly recommend Titus Contracting.

My experience with Titus was wonderful. I had never worked with a contractor before and I appreciated their hands on approach; working closely with me on the design of my laundry room, suggesting materials, etc. and adjusting costs as we went forward. We had a schedule, of course, but I don't remember ever feeling rushed to make a decision. Everyone involved in my project - whether they were employees or subcontractors - made it very clear they wanted me to be happy with their work. In fact, I was awed by it! In a couple of instances, workers returned weeks after the completion of the project to make minor tweaks; additional examples of Titus's attention to detail. It is a testament to the quality of the work and the experience that I missed not seeing the Titus crew come in on a near-daily basis.

We had Titus do our kitchen remodel . It was quite an experience . We are very happy with the end result . I smile every time I walk into the kitchen . I love cooking in it and the before and after photos are dramatic .

I went with Titus to have them do my long overdue kitchen remodel. I cannot say enough positive things about the entire experience working with them. They were genuine, professional, and very detail oriented. They delivered every aspect of my kitchen remodel I was wanting and even added some really cool other features that they recommended. I am so happy with my new kitchen and have gotten so many compliments on it. If you are needing a kitchen remodel or any other service they provide, they are definitely the company to choose. We chose Titus to remodel our master bathroom and powder room. We chose them because they had on staff interior designers. They made great suggestions and were within our budget. The new custom cabinets were beautiful. The project manager and crew were professional, experienced and did excellent work. They were flexible with changes I requested during the project and finished on time. We are so glad we chose Titus for our project and highly recommend them to others.

We did a two story home addition with Titus Contracting. They did an amazing job making sure everything was covered and thought of in detail. They gave us plenty of time to go through all the documents, review them, ask questions, adjust plans. Titus' designer Ksusha gave multiple ideas to our mudroom/laundry, bedroom/closet/bathroom addition, and their 3D visualization tool really helped us see the space beyond a drawing on paper.

One part that really stood out were the carpenters. Dillon (project supervisor and lead carpenter) and Brian (project manager) really treated the project like their own home. They looked at what the designers wanted, and what looked best once the project was actually being built, then combined the two to make it look great. For example, we had a transition doorway from our addition to the existing living room that Dillon took the time to adjust a make it look amazing. Furthermore, when we saw an electric fireplace mount was off-center by about two inches, Brian had a carpenter adjust it the next day. Titus had the mindset the entire time that they wanted to work with us to make our addition right. Their subcontractors were always respectful and on time with their work. After our project was completed, we noticed a small air leak between the dryer vent and dryer letting cold winter air in. I contacted Titus, and they had the HVAC subcontractor out to fix it (no questions asked). Titus really wanted to exceed our expectations, and their team is setup to make it happen.

I would absolutely go with Titus Contracting for any home addition or remodel project in the future!

Since we moved into our home we found sloppy or unfinsihed items however worst of all we got to our first winter and we have had to sit with a jacket on in our home as the windows leak so bad there is a breeze and we get ice on the insode of the wndows. They claim they are an energy star builider?? They were kind enough for me to fight my own battle with the wndow company and Brandl didn't do anythign to correct except play guessing game or go radio silent!. GO with a pro not Brandl.

Brandl Anderson made buying and designing a new home so easy and seamless. I am moving across the country to my new home and it feels like I am moving down the street. Their constant communication with me was incredible which made building with them even better.

I purchased a spec home shortly before completion and after all selections had been made. I love the design choices and all the little extra touches included in the home. Purchase, closing, and move-in process was a breeze. Have received a quick response to questions after closing, as well.

Awesome agent to work with: Curt. He was very helpful throughout the entire process from A-Z! We picked Brandl Anderson from the Parade of Homes and fell in love with their homes. Highly recommend going through this builder if your looking at building your own custom home!

Should actually be zero stars. They were our “custom home builder”. What a joke. What set me off today was ANOTHER leak from our pipes in the basement. This has happened MULTIPLE times and the house is 7 years old. From the beginning of the tear down of our original house, where the abatement team stole a ton of our tools and tried to break into our garage…to the end project where our contract stated Poplar wood and they used ALL MDF. Horrible builders, horrible experience. Could go on and on about how terrible they are.

Brandl and Anderson made our dream come true by building us a home within our budget in Bloomington. Once we signed a purchase agreement, process was seamless. They worked hard to meet requests and deadlines, quickly responded and resolved and issues that came up. Special thanks to Matt .
