I am overall disappointed in customer service provided by Brothers.

I had an estimate done for the house. I thought the estimate went well. However after the gutters were up I noticed they forgot to do about a 6 foot section on the side of the house. Instead of coming out and finishing the job, they insisted that putting gutters on that section of the house would need to be a whole new job, and charged me $200 to do it. If they had quoted me $200 more, I probably would have gone with another company, because the quotes I got were all pretty similar.

I expected that when I got a quote to put gutters on my roof, it would include the whole roof. I guess I was wrong.

Shout out to AC and Blaze on their high quality and efficient work on my gutter system. They identified problems and made recommendations to address them before they became much larger for me. Grateful for their efforts. A++ service and a satisfied customer!

Dan dye was so easy to work with from start to finish. After our first phone conversation I have a new roof on my house with a week. I highly recommend working with him if you are looking for any home restoration.

My experience with MNRC and Dan Dye was excellent. Dan helped us through the whole process of a full roof replacement. He was prompt at answering phone calls, setting up appointments, and he always showed up on time. He took the time to answer all of our questions. The roof take down and installation took one day and cleanup was excellent. I recommend MNRC.

Thomas was a joy to work with. He is very knowledgeable, respectful and a true professional. He always answered his phone and responded to messages immediately. The roofing crew was also impressive. They completed the roofing job in one day and cleaned up as if they weren't even there. Definitely a five star company!

My mother who is almost 80 had her roof replaced by MNRC extremely late in the season last year and the roofers were great but ran out of daylight the shingles were on but screwing down the gutter gaurd was over looked ( No Big Deal) so it got. over looked by MNRC and myself. I remembered it on Thursday of this year 10 months later and called the office . I spoke with Frank and he said it would be taken care of at 8:00 am Monday morning great right! Next thing i know Frank called me back and told me Tony would be at my mothers house in a half an hour.Tony showed up and was one of the most personable persons i have ever met i felt bad because i can talk for ever, but any way i found out he is a veteran and an extremely hard worker who showed up at 5:00pm and he was happy to help and tie up a couple loose ends no questions asked. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND TONY, FRANK and the rest of the crew at MNRC!!

MNRC initiated the offer to inspect my roof for hail damage. The field respresentative was very professional, extremely helpful and very personable. He was on the roof with the insurance company inspector and helped to get the claim approved. The resulting replacement roof looks great. Highly recommend MNRC.

This review is regarding the service and production team, specifically Frank Esbaugh- We had our roof replaced 2 years ago with MNRC (who did a great job) unfortunately in seeking out another claim, for damaged siding, it was found our shingles have a manufacturing defect (not MNRC related) and we need to get them replaced. I have been working with Frank for the last 6 weeks who has consistently gone above and beyond to assure that our claim is getting moved along with GAF (the shingle manufacturer). He has communicated with me regularly regarding the process and next steps, taken it upon himself to send out additional team members to complete tasks that were necessary for the warranty claim and has been extremely responsive when I have reached out with a question or concern. We had a great experience with MNRC two years ago and as a result of Frank's thoroughness and assistance we will be using them again.

Kevin O’Meara did a great job assessing our roof, working with the insurance adjuster, helping with all the paperwork, assisting with scheduling, and even went over our yard with a magnet afterwards. The crew came in at 7am, completely covered our landscaping with tarps, moved the deck furniture, covered our windows with wood sheets to prevent any issues, and were done tearing off the old shingles and putting on the new by 3:10pm. MNRC was very good about rescheduling when we had a conflict and sending information about what would happen and when.

MNRC did a great job on our roof, siding and gutters. Dan Dye our representative was very accommodating.
We love the final result! Highly recommend.
