Excellent crew. Excellent service. WATERStreet Realty LLC. of Excelsior MN recommends AAA Reicks to our customer to handle outside waterproofing that handles inside problems. Thank you to All at Reicks!

AAA Reick's was thorough in their investigation of waterproofing problem and supplied a proposal within a few days. Their work was outstanding and the premises were left exactly as they were prior to their start.

Let me start by saying I have never posted a negative review about any business. I realize people are human and make mistakes- generally if people take responsibility for those mistakes or genuinely apologize I don’t believe in rough criticism- however this business I believe deserves some scrutiny as I chose them for our project based on positive reviews.

We had a foundation leakage in the lower level of our home due to some grading issues and heavier than normal rain. I looked at the slope from the windows and determined it would probably need regrading- looked up people specializing in this and Reicks seemed to fit the bill. He came out and looked at the site and gave us what I think was a fair estimate, and determined he could do the work October 26th. I will say I worried about weather issues, but figured they would factor that in. Roughly a week before October 26th they contact us and said they had to reschedule. No explanation. Okay, so one reschedule. Surely they won’t cancel for a second time, I thought. Well, the second date comes and at 7:30/8:00 am I get a text saying they can’t do the work that day and he will call to reschedule. I panicked because we had our house contracted to be sold and they were expecting the work be done before purchase. I texted him asking why the work could not be done- he stated because the ground would be too hard/frozen. So- weather. I guess my first thought was- it’s Minnesota and it’s cold here, so why wouldn’t they let me know this was a possibility? I texted back and forth with him and he then asked could I please write an email because he had meetings all day🤔. Interesting. So somehow he had planned meetings all day when he was scheduled to work on our house. He was very curt in texts, never really apologized and never offered really any solution other than calling to reschedule.

I wrote an email after that saying that it was unprofessional and why- and he said he could give me a refund,. Again, no “I’m really sorry and how can I help remedy the situation.” While I waited for their call to reschedule I frantically called other companies. I found someone to come have a look and he said that his crews were out that day, so NO, the ground was not too frozen, in fact they continued working for two weeks.

All I can say is that if something goes bump in the night, and you are upset, this guy won’t care.

Do yourself a favorer and find a company that will treat you right. It is not this one. One that you can trust they will do the work right the first time and stand behind their work. After my phone conversation with the owner of AAA Reicks. I no longer wish to have AAA Reicks work for my business. I didn’t appreciate the way I was treated on the phone when I was asking questions about the work to be performed at my business. The tone, disrespect, and condescending is unacceptable in today’s work world. Maybe it was 50 years ago but not today.

We've used AAA Reick's waterproofing services three times at two different houses. Both times they quickly identified the problems, answered every question I had, and were able to make permanent fixes for far less than I expected. I would be happy to recommend them to others.

I had them come and provide a quote to fix a water issue with an egress window. They did not provide a quote because as soon as they say they might have fo work under a deck to do the regrading they said their workers are too big to fit. They also were very rude and never provided a quote when all was said and done. They required $250 to get a quote stating they refuse the work.

Jerry is the one who came out and quoted and was very rude and does not want to help customers. Stay away from this crooked company.

I have recently been re-quoted by another company who is very willing to provide the work needed and is confident in the solution and work they provide. That will never be said about AAA Reicks.

Great team to work with! We were stunned at out easily the team handled a major water issue we had in an old well room. They came in quick, on price, and put all our landscaping back better than it looked when they came in.

We've been experiencing water problems for at least 5 years. We had tried everything that we could. I contacted AAA Reick's Landscaping and Waterproofing and we contracted with them for this spring. Even with the large amounts of rain, the problem areas have been waterproofed. They also did the landscaping for us afterwards and we were very pleased with the results. I would give them the highest of recommendations.

Tony's crew addressed some MAJOR foundation cracks at either end of the house that were causing water issues in our garage and basement. The entire team was responsive, answered all our questions, and followed the schedule they promised. Both repairs stood up to the massive amount of rain we got earlier this week - I would have been mopping up in the middle of the night if not for AAA Reick's! I highly recommend.

Reick's was able to handle our waterproffing on very short notice as timing was very important. The clean-up was excellent was like they were never there (but had the pictures of the work to prove it). Both Barb and Tony were very responsive and personable. I would recommend Reick's to anyone.

I highly recommend AAA Reick's for waterproofing. They waterproofed six window wells for me. They showed up on time and the work was done professionally. The crew was efficient, took great care of my landscaping, were hardworking and courteous. I was very happy with the results. The cost was significantly less than I expected.

It would be great if they did all types of projects, we would only work with them if we could. It was so easy to talk to Tanner and his team, they answered our questions, gave us reassurance, explained in detail and kept us updated... It's weird to say I can't wait to work with them again. This is the best contractor relationship we've had, ever.

Had AAA Reicks come out to fix some issues we were having with water leaking into our basement during heavy rains. They assessed and came up with a plan. Originally the job was going to take 2 days instead of 1 because a concrete sidewalk along the house needed to be removed but Tony was flexible and allowed me to remove the concrete before hand and his team disposed of the rubble after the waterproofing job was done, which overall lowered the cost of the job.

Haven't had any troubles with water getting in since.

My well room was a wet mess. Took a quote and found AAA Reick's had expert knowledge of these situations and had a solution for my unique site. Scheduled work promptly, showed up on time, did a quality job. Haven't had a problem since (but Spring will tell the story). In my case digging around the exterior (the recommended process) was not practical. Special concrete and sealing were performed inside the room. Based on rains we've had since then, the project was a success. I'm well pleased with the outcome.

AAA Reick's they came and did a very thorough evaluation of our issues. They were prompt with their estimate and scheduled us fast. They did the job in one day. Everyone was friendly and very easy to talk to and reach. Communication was amazing and the BEST... after a few hard rains we do not have water in our basement (not even a drop)!

Issue: Stagnant water on a big area of lawn.
Tanner assessed the condition of the lawn and around the house. He came up with a french-drain solution and, couple of days later, provided me with an estimate with a plan. The crew started the work and kept me updated with the progress. Even though the project took longer than originally planned because of some incorrect information available to us at the time, and a major underground gas line a crucial location, Tanner and his team replanned the work and continued. The crew was always willing to answer any question I had and willing to take suggestions. So far, the yard doesn't have any stagnant water any more even after heavy rain.

AAA Reick's went ABOVE AND BEYOND for our project. We had a brick planter on top of our well room (previous owner moved front door and they decided to throw the planter over it. Nothing but problems. Caused mold, many cracks and holes in the foundation, etc. If you live in Richfield, you know about well rooms.

They not only removed the planter (which was something they had not run across before), but ran into more problems with how the planter was built on top of the well room cap.

Great communication.Tony came with his photos of work they had done (especially on well rooms), explained everything very well (to someone who has no idea about these things). I didn't feel like I was being sold or pressured on anything. We had a contractor who didn't seem to do exactly what AAA Reick's does and tried to charge an insane amount for drain tile. AAA Reick's got right to the source of our water problems WITHOUT having to do a $17k drain tile project.

I thought the cost of this project was very reasonable.

Real deal. No fuss company. Great work. Family owned. Small Business. (And was actually recommended by another company in my search for a solution to our problem).

Water was leaking into my basement. AAA Reicks rep came out and gave me an estimate immediately. Contract and clearly drawn proposal helped me see work plan and location. When I had questions about window wells, the company boss phoned me to discuss and help adjust the job to my requirements. He also connected with my hired concrete company to be sure their work was coordinated. That was very reassuring to me. The crew arrived on appointed day and worked steadily. They were friendly and willing to answer my questions during the job. So far, no more water leakage.

I have a finished basement that was getting water, so i was looking into exterior solutions. AAA Reick's specializes in fixing cracks from the outside and regrading the soil to lead water away from the house. A lot cheaper than a drain tile and from research just as effective.

Tony was super responsive. Got back to me within an hour if not immediately. When a hitch in the plan arose, he called and walked me through a solution

The crew did an excellent job. They were actually able to get me in almost a month earlier than scheduled and completed everything quickly and well.

    Highly recommend.

I get yearly flooding in my basement and called a separate floodproofing company than AAA Reick's. I was recommended by that company to call AAA Reick's for my specific issue.

After AAA Reick's completed their job I was blown away by how they went above and beyond. Any plantation we were worried was going to get damaged was carefully worked around during the project. The job they did was not only expertly done, but was far more efficiently completed than I expected. On top of that, they performed some additional outside repair work, unrelated to the project, without charging or asking it. I am very happy with the level of work they've done for this project and cannot recommend them enough.

Our house was built in 1951. Since we began living in it in 1975, water has leaked into the unfinished basement during any significant rainfall. We accommodated the water by keeping property off the floor, leaving a clear path for the water to run out the floor drain, and mopping up puddles that remained.

Tony Reick proposed to solve our problem by excavating along the foundation, installing a plastic water barrier on the outside, patching holes on the inside, and landscaping the ground adjacent to the leaking areas so that water would flow away from the basement, rather than into it. He scheduled the work for the end of May. He and his crew performed the job on time, in accordance with his proposal. We have had no leaks since. What a relief! Thanks, Tony!
