We just completed replacement of our previous cedar shake roof with new cedar shakes due to hail damage. Minnesota Restoration Contractors Inc., and particularly Troy Stoller, we’re great to work with. This was a challenging insurance related replacement and Troy was very helpful as I worked with my insurance company to finally get the whole project covered. The roofing crew that worked on our job did a terrific job and completed the work in 4 days. If I ever need another new roof I will definitely call Troy and Minnesota Restoration.

Jose V. from MNRC was fantastic to work with. He was very flexible and responsive to all my requests and questions. I was kept updated throughout the project, the scheduling went smoothly (no delays), and they did a great job keeping everything clean (from the gutters to the ground). I was very impressed with the quality of service we received. The before & after drone photos were a huge plus! I would definitely leverage & recommend them for future projects.

Had our roof inspected and replaced by MNRC after hailstorms. Jose Vivanco of MNRC did a great job of coordinating with our insurance carrier (including being here to meet with their adjustor during his inspection) to get a full roof replacement approved and paid for, scheduling the work to be completed, and keeping us in the loop as the work was being completed. Jose and the roofers who did the on-site work were very professional and diligent in getting the job done. Jose was a pleasure to work with. We're very happy with the result and will highly recommend MNRC to others.

We had a great experience with MNRC Roofing and especially with our Salesman- John Lopez. John was consultative, honest and thorough throughout the entire process. He worked through our insurance process with us and answered every question. He even came back months afterwards to check on the roof after a recent storm! I worked with Jose Vivanco. He was awesome to work with. He came out and did the initial inspection and also came out and walked through with my claims adjuster. We got approved for a roof replacement and possibly some siding and gutters. He got his roofing team out in a couple of weeks and had the project done in a day. Was a great experience. Due to storm (hail) damage we had MNRC inspect our roof and submit an estimate for replacing the roof.
Once the bid was accepted we worked with Chris and Scott LeBrun for scheduling the work to be done. The roof was replaced in late 2022.
We next contacted MNRC about replacing the siding on two sides of the house. The siding was found to be defective and was under warranty.
Through a very lengthy process and with the assistance of John Kellen we were able to come to an agreement with PlyGen Corporation/Mastic siding on materials replacement and labor costs.
Our home was resided in May 2023.
The overall experience in hiring MNRC for both the roof and siding was excellent.
Their installers were very professional and timely.

We would not hesitate in contacting MNRC in the future should the need arise.

Dan Dye was amazing. His friendly expertise and skill made the process of getting a new roof fun and enjoyable. Our new roof was installed in one day and the cleanup was perfect. We have referred MNRC to two relatives who are now getting new roofs.

Our experience with Minnesota Restoration Contractors concerning the replacement of our roof due to hail damage was very pleasant.

Our field representative, Jose Vivanco, was very professional and friendly. His knowledge of the roofing process, insurance process and roofing materials was very impressive. He was very helpful in finding the damage, assisting with making our insurance claim and meeting with the insurance adjuster. When the insurance company paused in communication, Jose when out of his way to reestablish the lines of communication, getting the process back on schedule.

The roofing team were very punctual and skilled. They worked very hard while protecting all of our windows, doors and scrubs. Our large roof took two days to complete and the crew cleaned up on both days. When completed, everything looked great and clean. During this time, Jose oversaw the project closely and kept me informed in person, text or via email.

Before and after receiving our new roof, Jose flew his drone over our house, providing still photos and a video of before and after. The images were very high-res and appreciated!

With the damage hitting our neighborhood, I recommended Jose and Minnesota Restoration to many of our close neighbors, as well as our son who lives in the adjacent neighborhood. Our neighbor across the street also worked with Jose and was very impressed.

We had a really great experience across with board with MNRC. Many thanks to our rep, Lalo, as he was super responsive and communicated very often and well with us throughout the process. The insurance back-and-forth I'm sure was super arduous for Lalo especially, but he was always so calm and clear with us with where the process was and what we needed to do along the way.

Dan Dye of MNRC facilitated my roof/gutter/garage service door hail claim. He met with the insurance adjuster to inspect my roof, submitted the claim information, brought shingle samples and kept us informed of the scheduling. Roof looks great and was completed in one day. House was protected with draping, chip board panels.

Charlie and MNRC was AMAZING to work with! After a major hail storm damaged our roof and siding, Charlie was able to work with us and our insurance company to get full replacement of both approved. Many of our neighbors with other contractors were forced through color matching practices with their insurance companies. Materials were ordered quickly and crews finished our house before most of the others in our neighborhood. Charlie was extra helpful in picking roof and siding colors, making multiple stops by our place to look at options via physical samples and modeling software. Could not be more pleased and will be our first call when any other home repairs need to be made.

OMG! We just had our house re-sided and we’re so, so, so impressed! Kevin O’Meara was so great to work with and made this all happen. The siding team was just as impressive! Our house looks and feels like a brand new place! Who knew that getting rid of the decorative vent in the peak above the garage door and replacing it with board-n-batten would be such a game changer! The dumpster was picked up the morning after the install and the electrician was here the following morning to re-install our outlets and lights. This whole experience was so well managed and executed! High fivers!
