We have been with City Wide for over a year now. It has not always been perfect but Clyde our Facility Solution Manager is simply outstanding. He is always checking in and on top of anything we need He truly cares about us and making sure our needs are met.

Claude is the best guy in the biz!! He always comes in with a smile and a great attitude, he’s a joy to work with. He’s always on top of his team making sure everything is up to standards and codes. We really appreciate him here at St Paul Eye!

FANTASTIC SERVICE! Our rep is Samuel and he is a great help in all our needs. We are very pleased with the services we get from CITYWIDE. Our regular cleaning is done as expected and on time. We get informed of our upcoming special facility maintenance that we have added onto our schedule couple times a year. Tile floor cleaning, carpet cleaning is done beautifully. HIGHLY RECOMEND!!

Our patients often comment on the cleanliness of our building and how it makes them feel at ease during their visit with their medical provider. Communication and customer service is top notch! No phone calls or emails go unanswered! Emergent cleaning requests are taken care of immediately. When feedback is given concerning any room for improvement (never much), it is taken in stride and well received. City Wide cares a great deal about their partnerships with their clients and it shows! Highly Recommend!

I'm adding an update. I recently had Belen do a move out cleaning of my previous apartment. That manager sent me the final inspection and said "Resident left unit in great condition." this is thanks to to wonderful job they did cleaning my old apartment. Thanks for the great job.

Very prompt. Courteous, friendly. Went right to work. I hadn't really cleaned my apartment bathroom and kitchen since I moved in 3 years ago. They look like the day I moved in now. Great job. I highly recommend them. I'll be calling them again. two thumbs up.

I called them to get estimates for the apartment building that we needed cleaning services. They were fast to come out and fast to send the estimate. Since we hired them it has been an absolute joy to work with. They come quickly, do the job fast and the area is absolutely spotless. They are worth every penny. You will be as happy as we are to have them.
