Can't recommend you waste your time.

List of my problems:
- Poor initial cleaning - some floors were missed, smudged mirrors, no garbages taken out...too much missed for a team of 4
- Team didn't communicate schedule well and showed up late and in different shifts for the first clean
- I gave them a second shot after they offered to give us the first cleaning and they missed the time they gave
- Was promised that a specific team would work on my hours for the 2nd visit (that would do a better job than the first team) and then it changed before the cleaning....which didn't happen because they didn't show up on time

Find a cleaning company who can manage their schedule better and deliver on their own commitments.

Great job. Michelle and Paul, (Team 18) did a complete clean efficiently. Showed up exactly at 8:30 AM and left about 10:30 AM.

Very happy I hired them! I've had team 9 out my first two times and am very pleased with the results and professionalism.

They arrived at the scheduled time and worked diligently, quickly, and quietly. They did a very thorough job and took the time to do it well.

I've had extremely good luck with TCA - Burnsville. The cleaners have always been there on the day agreed upon and were even able to reschedule on very short notice when painters had to come on our normal cleaning day. The team has always done a very good job. They do clean around things rather than move them in some cases, but I can understand that as their goal is to not break things.

Today's team did a great job. The bathrooms are spotless in the kitchen stove shines. I cook a lot so it really helps to have them come and do deep cleanings of the kitchen.

Fantastic clean and friendly service at a great price. My wife and I both work crazy hours from home in Woodbury - so the whole house and office cleaning service from cleaning authority burnsville is a lifesaver. They contact me every week to remind and reschedule when convenient - and will do extra items or deep cleans if you ask them. Can't recommend more highly. A+++++

My house was pretty clean. A little more attention to the kitchen is needed. The grates on the stove had a couple areas not cleaned and the handles on the cupboards were dirty. The bathroom, floors, and furniture were beautiful!

They cleaned every nook and cranny! First clean but so far so very good.

Update. They came out of the shoot very good but since have gotten lazy. 2 hours (2 people at 2 hours each)to clean a 5k square foot house.

We have The Cleaning Authority crew at our house every two weeks and they do a spectacular job. We are very pleased with their hard work, their eye for cleanliness, and their friendliness. They are like family and we look forward to their arrival every two weeks!

They are always on time, friendly, accommodate my work from home schedule and do a good job.

Recently the Cleaning Authority visited my house to perform their usual bi -weekly cleaning. I was very concerned because I generally like to do a little "pre-cleaning cleaning" and hadn't been able to do so. Clutter, parts of a collapsing Christmas Tree, and general unkemptness abounded in my home. As it turned out, I had nothing to be concerned about. I was very pleased with the job they did, and they even made my bed.
Excellent work. And all in quick time.

Overall, I was satisfied with the cleanliness (and fresh, clean smell!) when I got home from work. The only item I would ask for assistance for from TCA is regarding my guest bathroom which is on the lower level of my townhome. Due to 1. My water softener being currently broken - therefore only hard water- and 2. That bathroom rarely being used, I have some heavy duty stains in the toilet I haven’t been able to get rid of. Does TCA have anything that could tackle these stains in one of their upcoming visits? Thank you.

This was not the case with the 2 previous cleans. Rushing to get done in record time means there are things not done or not done well. Sopping wet wood floors, garbage cans not emptied, furniture not dusted and some carpets not vacuumed definitely made me an unhappy customer.

I used The Cleaning Authority to do a a good thorough clean of the main areas of my home. They had a flexible schedule. Came on time. They did such a good job! Exactly what I needed. I would definitely recommend The Cleaning Authority to anyone who asks and will definitely use them again in the future.

Everything was clan and smelled great when I got home. However my mirror dressers were not cleaned well. But overall they did an excellent job!

The clean is not always consistent, sort of depends on the crew. Today they were thorough and did a great job (spent about 1.5hrs cleaning). The other crew spends about 45 minutes and misses spots. The price is good, but quality not always there.
