Please do not use this service. They initially stated that they would send 2 people for 3 hours to clean our house. The first week they came for about 2 hours and did a very mediocre job. I would get home and it would be next to impossible to tell if they had been there or not. Our house is generally clean but they would do such a poor job of cleaning floors and bathrooms that it would be hard to see a difference. They said they would empty garbages but usually on collected about half and then would leave the bags at the back door!!! How is this helpful? They sent different teams but they were all poor. On average they would actually be in our house for an hour which is just not enough time to do any kind of real clean. They leave a note each time of the areas they focused on which just became a joke because they would always still be dirty.

The crew did a great job today. They were very thorough. My house sure looks nice!

We have had issues only one time and realized it was due to a team that had several complaints. The manager was receptive to the feedback and we were offered a re-clean to make it right. The service is quick and thorough and affordable!

I was so excited to find a company with reasonable cleaning rates, and a team of cleaners that promised to be thorough and punctual. Our 1st cleaning went relatively well. There were a few areas missed, but nothing too major. 1 week later we had cleaners at our front door at 7:45am, when they were not schedule that day. I turned them away, and 5 days later they came to my door once again at a time that was not scheduled. I contacted the manager, Karen, and reiterated our agreement which I had talked to her about 5 times prior to this phone call. The cleaners arrived on Friday afternoon, and did a great job. But then 3 days later another group of cleaners arrived at my front door ready to clean. I once again contacted Karen and she blamed the error on the computer, even though I had spoken with her directly now 7 times about our schedule, which was once every 2 weeks. Each time we had a team at our door, it was someone new. Out of the many times someone was at our door, only one time did someone speak a English well enough to understand what I was telling them. We finally parted ways with this company only after 2 cleanings. I could not take the risk of leaving my door unlocked and coming downstairs to strangers in out home without notice. Their scheduling was extremely unorganized, and Karen did not seem to comprehend what was going on, and acted as though we had never had communication about cleaning rotations.

The team did a good really excellent job cleaning my house today. Overall good cleaning. Have used the service for many years, mostly ever time resulted in a good job, quick and thorough. Took about one and a half hours.

Amanda is superb! She’s a parent and gets how to maintain and support a household in a beautiful manner that makes it easier to maintain! Love her attention to detail!!

Had a move out clean scheduled. What they cleaned, they cleaned well. We had asked them to call us if they needed more time. Never got a call, and they had not finished. Left cleaner in the oven. Went a month or two without an invoice. No idea if they sent it to the old address (mail forwarding should have caught it if they did). Finally got the bill settled and their customer service, when they called, was helpful.

My advice would be to stay with the house so they can ask in person, and settle up on the day of the clean when they're in person. They clean excellently, their administration struggles, in my experience.

This is my second time, so good to have it looking good again!

I love The Cleaning Authority. Each cleaning is a job well done. They are so accommodating when I need a schedule change.

Not very happy with the cleaning this time. They missed cleaning the kitchen table. The wood floors do not look clean. They were only here for about an hour which is not enough time. Mirrors have streaks. It just looks like they rushed through and don't feel like this team did a great job or they were not allotted enough time to clean my house. Typically the teams that I like will fluff and straighten pillows and blankets and make it feel like my house got the attention I expect.

Very impressed after my second clean! Easy to access app and easy to manage scheduling. The clean itself is wonderful and so nice to come home to! Our kid toys and things are abundant, but the team manages to still leave everything looking tidy. Thankful to have found TCA!

Overall a great service. Neither of technicians were English speaking so communication was limited. The main bedroom closet was missed so I had to remind the technician to finish it. The crew was a husband/wife team. She was pregnant and I don’t think she was feeling well. I think that he did most of the work. The house was left in sparkling condition!

The cleaners were very nice respectable people. It was their first time here and they did a good job. I was told to look for anywhere they had missed and I did that and they completed those places. I look forward to when they come back the next time!

Wow… best job yet! The floors look great and the kitchen sparkles.

They were on time, worked efficiently, left some cute touches with artfully folded towels in the bathrooms, and cleaned everything carefully. I have lots of knick knacks, and the shelves are all dust free. Everything looks great! Same was true for my second cleaning appointment. My house has not been this clean since it was built!

On my 4th cleaning now, still great service, friendly people, and they will always take care of any areas that are needing special attention. Best thing I ever did for myself!

There was a language barrier as the team that came spoke only Spanish, Google translate was used. Very thorough and pleased overall for a first clean.

Update: After continuing to use their services now for over a year, I am very pleased. They are consistent, always smiling, and with a little guidance/instruction are very thorough. Would recommend the company!

Admittedly, I never scheduled anything but the phone call was so unbelievably awkward I couldn't do it. She just exuded disinterest and all I was talking about was a 1 time visit for 1 tiny room in a condo! I guess I'm sorry for making you exert yourself answering the phone!

1 year in I love my crew. They're fantastic and communicative... This luxury will be the first to go as soon as one of us is laid off but hopefully that day never comes.

Really easy to set up, great job cleaning. Made for a good anniversary present bc no contract+ we'll definitely have them back soon.

Also super easy to reschedule and can call in the day before even after working hours. 0 problems over 6+months now

They did an absolutely fantastic job. Our home looks better than we have ever been able to make it look!
