Edina seasonal services was doing work on our neighbors yard. They did not survey and came into our yard and cut down tree. When my husband asked what they were doing, they puffed their chest out and were rude. Have contacted city of Edina who is not surprised by this. Now waiting to get surveyed so they can replace our tree.

I've used Edina Seasonal Services for their dumpster drop offs multiple times and I can't tell you how great the service has been. I've used them for residential construction waste and yard waste dumpsters.

They are on time, professional and provide me with exactly what I'm looking for every time. I'd highly recommend this company for any dumpster needs at your residence.

When Phil, within management, was asked if he can do residential properties at or after 8am, due to our newborn being woken by their employees, Phil stated that they have the legal right to blow leaves at 7:00am.

When Phil was asked what he can do to be able to change the scheduling so that his employees do non-residential properties at 7:00 a.m, he continued to reiterate that he "has the legal right" according to the statutes to make loud at 7:00 a.m. regardless of our complaints.

I had spoken to Phil's employees previously and about their ability to mow residential properties after 7:00 a.m. and they obliged and had come back at a later time.

Sadly, Once again today at 7:00 a.m. his employees were back blowing leaves once again waking up our newborn. When the employees were asked if they can come back at any later time. They said that they couldn't and it was by their managers directions.

It appears that Phil cares more about his legal right to blow leaves at the earliest
legal time possible, even though,when his employeess had been requested to come back later, they had no problem.

Phil's employees had the common courtesy to come back after 8:00 a.m. Whereas Phil said that he had the right to keep on coming back at 7:00 a.m. because he stated that it was in the statutes.

Finally, Phil stated that he will "look into seeing" what he can do.

Sadly, when management is confronted with people complaining about the service that they are rendering, Phil says that they ,"have the legal right," to harass newborn babies at 7:00 a.m. and "that's just the way that his business is run."

This is another sad example of a business caring more about being able to make money and waking up newborns than not being a nuisance to the communities in which they reside.

Hopefully in the future the management for this business learns better customer service characteristics recognizing that they're not only serving their clientele, but the communities in which they operate and their reputation is the backbone of their business's ability to function and serve as many people as possible.

You can do better Phil.

Awesome experience, very kind guys, first time using, feel lucky to have found them. Skilled in trimming oak tree over driveway, very quality job, knowledgeable about the timing and health of trimming an oak.

Fabulous experience working w Phil, Collin, Lucas and Christian. They were very professional, coordinated, on time, and responsive. They exhibited pride in the work and the results are great. I will definitely work with them again.

We needed to replace an old wood retaining wall that was falling over. The wall wrapped around almost half of our property, so it was a big project. Eventually, we chose ESS's bid. They were excellent all the way through. Zack was the project manager, and Alex was the foreman. Both of them answered my questions quickly and were responsive to our thoughts. We opted for a boulder wall, and it was amazing watching the care they took with the excavator. Our neighbors had lots of precious shrubs and trees along the old wall, ESS took extreme care and managed to preserve most of them, and replanted a few hostas that had to come out. The job took longer than expected, but that's fine because they took the time to get it right. The wall looks beautiful now, and they did a great job cleaning and finishing the project. I would happily hire them again for any landscaping project.

We had a walkway installed in our yard by Edina Seasonal Services. A huge thank you to Jason for his thoughtful suggestions, knowledge of product and quick responses. The crew did an outstanding job, on schedule, and the project completed far above our expectations. Highly recommend.

This summer/fall was our first time using Edina Seasonal Services. Both my wife and I take great pride in the appearance of our residence and we have high expectations for any company we contract with whether it be for landscaping, tree trimming, lawn mowing or seasonal clean up. Frankly, our past experience with other firms has been less than satisfying.
However, simply put, Edina Seasonal Services is a terrific company to work with. The organization is, in one word, "professional". Their crews are obviously well trained, efficient, customer oriented and their attention to detail is exceptional. Phil M, the General Manager, and his crews have met or exceeded all of our expectations and I would not hesitate to give this company my highest recommendation.

They removed an infected ash tree for me. They were professional, efficient and had a reasonable price. I had gotten back a few quotes from others that were 1.5-2 times what I paid. Highly recommend.

They've got great deals on firewood and fabulous delivery service. I've recommended them to all my friends & neighbors!

I had a great time working with Chris and his team at Edina Seasonal Services. They provided me a very reasonable quote and got me on the schedule within a week. Once the work began, they exceeded my expectations. They took care of the dead trees and limbs without harming any live trees or my yard. They were in and out within one day and cleaned up very well after themselves. This is the second time I've used them, and will continue to go back.

Have rented multiple dumpsters from them for various projects. They have great communication, show up when they say they will, are super competitively priced, and have been flexible whenever possible. I can’t stress how great of experience I have had with all of my rentals. Any time someone says they are getting a dumpster for a construction project or home clean out I always send them to Edina Seasonal Services.

Can't say enough great things about how they treat my yard and me! 10/10 would recommend to anyone needing anything outdoors done at their home!

We have used these guys for dumpsters now a few times. They were referred to be by a friend who has good luck with them as well. They are always on time for pick up and drop off and the dumpsters are clean and good looking. Good communication and professional. I would and have recommended them to others. I have a new house two years old and didn't fertilize. My yard being over run with thistle and other weeds. Edina Services started in May and now it is August and all my thistle and other weeds are GONE!!! Lawn looks great, very happy and would definitely recommend!!! Thank you Guys!!!

They failed to treat the entire yard and were slow to respond, but finally agreed to return to treat the areas missed. We will see if the proposed remedies will resolve the issues. It is very difficult to get a real person on the phone at ESS. Their AI driven receptionist is difficult to work with if you don’t fall into very defined parameters.

Did a great job at removing four trees for me today. They were quick, reasonable and professional.

Phil and his team transformed our home/yard. They did so through vision, creativity, passion and hard work. The communication was exceptional, the process was flawless, and each crew member treated our project like it was their own house. ESS has been taking care of our lawn for many years and it always looks great. They always communicate if there is a delay due to weather or a holiday. Easy to use customer portal to request additional services or reschedule.
