This is the best carpet cleaning service that I have had work for me. Very professional. I was amazed at how clean the carpets looked after, then he actually offered to do the tile cleaning and sealing, for a reasonable price. I will suggest this company to anyone I know who needs carpet or tile cleaned.

Mark is a stain remover genius! SLIME is some of the most awful stuff and it was all over our chair along with tough water stains from a home “stain remover”. The cream color chair looks brand new, all stains removed! Mark didn’t give up and I could tell he really cared about a job well done. He was right on time, courteous and friendly. I also SUPER appreciated his responsiveness (all done via text!) and ability to quickly make and fulfill an appointment. Thank you Mark!

Marc is too good at his work. Age is just a number for few men as they say. I am very impressed by his quality of of work and attention to detail. Mine was 1900 sqft and i am super impressed by the outcome..will always recommend marc for carpet cleaning or be it pressure washing..

We had some very dirty steps leading into my basement and Mark did an absolutely wonderful job on them. He also cleaned a couch and chair that the grandchildren had spilled food on which turned out so well. We will definitely use Cleanstar Carpet Cleaning again.

Mark was super nice and did an AMAZING job detailing the interior of my car. My seats are a tan cloth and we’re really dirty and now they look like new!!! Also the rest of the interior was impeccably clean! Thank you for doing an amazing job!

I totally recommend Mark/Cleanstarr over a large chain that rushes through cleaning and misses lots of spots and leaves dirty.

Mark arrived within the time frame we were give. He did a walk through of the area that needed to be cleaned and went over all the options and exact pricing of the work (which we found to be very reasonable). We had a few pet stains that we thought would never come out but now its like they never happened. Our living room and dining room carpet looks good as new.

I would give 50 stars if I could! Mark is exceptional, he was able to get out a very tough red stain out of the carpet in my son's apartment. And what a nice guy! You will never need anyone else to clean your carpet, trust me, give him a call.

After using my previous carpet cleaner for 25 years on my own home and rentals, they are retiring and I needed a new cleaner. I read the Google reviews and tried this company, and I'm so glad I did!

They answered the phone right away, scheduled me quickly, had excellent communication both via text and email and called me when they got to the property to discuss concerns and give options. Their charges were exactly what they quoted me - no bait and switch like some other companies I have used!

Great job!!! I set up an appointment prior to being in the house as it had been rented for 13 years to 3 different renters. I was shocked to see the condition of all the carpets and had to make changes to what would now be cleaned only a couple days prior to the appointment and they were VERY accommodating!!! Pricing adjustments on the spot to tailor things to my budget. Always kept me up to date, informed and the carpets look SO much better than I expected they would. Would DEFINITELY use them again!! I found this company on Yelp while requesting quotes to have a large sectional cleaned. Mark was very responsive, and was the only company to ask for pictures in order to give an accurate price. I decided to go read some reviews and found that nearly all of them were 5-star, happy customers. So, I decided to go with him. Mark was able to fit me in his schedule in less than a week, which made me happy. I wasn't home for the actual job as I was at work and the cleaning took FIVE hours (12 removable cushions and 5 throw pillows). Wow, talk about a thorough cleaning. When I arrived home the cushions were propped up on the floor to allow for proper drying of all components. When I put everything back together, I couldn't have been happier. The sectional looks brand new. The cushions are even fluffy again. Thank you Mark, I'm certainly another happy customer. I'll be calling you again when I'm ready to do the carpets. 🙂
