Wow wow wow! Getting our carpet cleaned is always a highlight. Cleastarr is my FAVORITE carpet cleaner of all time! This company is over the top thorough, knowledgeable, and honest! My husband used to do carpet cleaning and he agrees that Cleanstarr is high quality and does not cut corners!

The carpets turned out better than we thought possible and Mark was great to work with. Highly recommended!

Mark and Christina went above and beyond in the cleaning of the office carpet where I work (General Construction office.) Construction offices can get really dirty and they got some really stubborn stains out. The smell of the cleaning solution they use is not overwhelming and it's 99% Clean/non toxic!!! They were awesome to work with and we'll hire them again at work and I'll be setting up a home carpet cleaning soon!

Mark professionally cleaned our carpets and they look brand new. I am so impressed at his ability to get all stains, odor, and matting out and completely refresh our home! Our carpet looks fluffy for the first time ever.

Top notch. Our doggie had an accident on our carpet so we had to have it cleaned. We decided to also have our carpeted stairs and landings cleaned at the same time. I called Cleanstarr on a Sunday and Mark returned my call the same day. We discussed the situation, he gave me a very reasonable cost estimate, and he was able to schedule us in for the following Wednesday. When he arrived we went over the whole project area (he even found a few dog pee stains we didn't know about) and he quoted me a final price that we agreed on before he started the work. He was very friendly and communicative, and best of all, our carpets and stairs look great! Highly recommended.

Mark Wilson of Cleanstarr Carpet Cleaning did an excellent job of cleaning our cream colored carpet throughout our home. We had not had our carpets cleaned in several years. We had some dog and other stains, along with just general traffic dirt. Mark was extremely diligent in removing all of our stains. He took his time and was very careful not to harm our hardwood floors that had just been refinished. Mark followed all of our requests and was very pleasant to be around.
We then had him return to power wash our patio stones and our deck furniture. Again he did an excellent job.
Mark was prompt and e mailed us when he was on his way.
I would highly recommend Mark and will not hesitate to use him again.

Cleanstarr Carpet Cleaning is a great company. Mark explained everything about the process and gave me some wonderful tips to make it easier for me take care of accidental spots that might occur in the future. We had a sick dog and tried to clean the spots ourselves where she had accidents on the carpet. Plus the regular traffic areas showing dirt from everyone walking through the area made it extra tough. After Mark cleaned the carpet it looked like new again. I have dealt with several carpet cleaning companies in the past and could only say that I really liked one or two of them. I put Cleanstarr at the top of the heap… Highly recommend!

Mark did a great job on the house of a family member who hadn't had the carpets cleaned for awhile. By the time he was done the carpets looked much newer and the whole house smelled much better!

Mark did truly amazing job on our basement carpet that we were not sure would be salvageable. Not only did he get tough stains including pet stains out, he left it looking brand new. As a bonus he is a super nice and honest man. I highly recommend Mark!

6/6/24 - I hired Mark again this year to clean just the carpets on my main level. Mark is so honest and does exceptional work.
My carpets look and smell like new and I have two dogs and I foster dogs for rescue!!

Mark and his wife showed up right on time and were meticulous about ensuring all the carpets in my house were perfectly cleaned! The rate that was charged for the work that was done was very, very reasonable in my opinion. On top of that, Mark and Christina were super fun to chat with while they worked! I learned a lot from Christina. I will definitely be hiring them again the next time my carpets need to be cleaned.

Mark did a fantastic job cleaning our couch and carpets. Super friendly and polite plus top notch work/fair pricing. Treated dirty carpet in our porch and a dog urine stain on our couch and it all looks great! Would highly recommend!

Professional, Friendly, thorough, upfront prices, not pushy on other services, felt fine leaving him in my home all day without anyone else there. We did a walkthrough at the beginning with a UV light showing all spots that would benefit from
Urine remediation. (There were lots).

We have a 1400sqft home. About half of it is carpeted including the stairs. Total cost was around $550 which included the cost of taking care of the urine left by previous pet/homeowner owner.

Mark was a real professional. Worked hard throughout a hot day. Carpets, rugs, a sofa and chair looked wonderful when he was finished. Very pleasant and comfortable to work with. I will definitely have him back again!

I had a wonderful experience with this company. The owner is very professional and did an excellent job. The price is very fair and reasonable. Communication was also excellent. He cleaned some carpet, and you can see the before and after in the picture. He also cleaned tile and grout floor. The floors are like brand new again. Highly recommend!
