I recently had the pleasure of using Mark's Cleanstarr Carpet Cleaning services, and I couldn't be more satisfied. This was my first time hiring a carpet cleaner after installing new carpet 4 years ago. Mark was professional from start to finish. He communicated the pricing upfront so there were no surprises. He was thorough in his work and the quality was top notch. The carpets look and feel revitalized! Mark was absolutely fantastic. Scheduling was super easy, he inquired about the full layout of the house prior to scheduling as was able to give a quote that he actually ended up coming in under. He arrived promptly as scheduled and was very communicative prior. He scanned every inch of the carpet with a blacklight first to highlight any problem areas we may not have been aware of, and then gave a detailed measurement-based quote before beginning the work. He worked tirelessly all day and was very detail oriented. Our carpets look spotless and brand new, and our wood flooring looks incredible. You cannot go wrong going with Mark at Cleanstarr - all the other 5 star reviews you see are spot on. This is the guy to call!

I was getting my fathers condo ready to sell after my father passed recently that he lived in 30 years. I knew that there would be a chance I would have to replace the carpet due to all the stains and years of wear. I looked at most of the companies reviews and I read that Cleanstarr was close to a perfect 5 star in the reviews.. So I called Mark Wilson owner of the company and asked for an approximate charge and it was right on plus tax and no hidden charges. He text me the approximate time he would be here and he arrived on time. He spent almost 4 hours going over some really bad spots in the carpet continuously going over and over again as finishing up the cleaning through out the house. Most areas looked so much better but the carpet wasn't savable …Mark gave it 100 percent so I give him 5 stars for his effort and professionalism and friendliness. WMeehan

He arrived on time, explained the process thoroughly, and worked efficiently. My carpets look and smell amazing—like new again! Mark was really great. We have pets and Mark was able to show us where "accidents" had happened that we didn't even have knowledge of using a specific light spectrum flashlight that highlight body fluids.. He's a hard working, honest person who I would recommend to my family and friends without hesitation.

Mark cleaned my stairway carpet, an upholstered sofa, and 2 upholstered chairs. When finished, stains that a previous carpet cleaner had been unable to remove on my stairs were completely gone. I was so pleased. An ink mark on my sofa was gone. Everything was spotless. Mark was professional. I would highly recommend this service.

We most definitely recommend Cleanstarr Carpet Cleaning. I called on Monday and Mark set the appointment up for Wednesday. The price was great my carpet turned out beautiful I will not have anyone else clean our carpet.

Lucy and Maria did an amazing job with our move-out cleaning. The place might be the cleanest than I’ve ever seen. Took a bit longer than expected and a bit on the pricey side, but great work nonetheless.

I had a big dilemma with a move out. A well known cleaning company's crew failed to show up, which left me in a bind! I basically started at the top of the list and must have called 20 different cleaning services. I was able to contact LZ House Cleaning Services LLC right away, and this was on a Saturday, and secured their services for Monday, which still worked out okay. I was moving in a tenant on Wednesday! LZ House Cleaning showed up on time and they went straight to work! I have never seen someone work so hard! She was meticulous and thorough with cleaning every room! LZ House Cleaning saved me! I was so thankful for their amazing service and I moved my tenant in on time too!
