The team from Standard Water Control Systems that worked on our basement after it was flooded, were amazing! They were so friendly, knowledgeable, explained to me what they were going to do, worked quickly and thoroughly, and did awesome work! Out confidence in this company is a 10+!
Specifically, I worked with Ramon, Brian, Brent, and Connor, and could not be happier with the work they did, from start to finish! Would very highly recommend!

Thank you for the great job on the house! I watched them work and I liked the decisions they made dealing with the failing foundation. They didn’t make a mess out of everything they cleaned up really well. Everything they told me was discussed thoroughly and completed. The people that worked here were very friendly and very courteous. Very fast and hard-working! I’m really happy at this point! SO glad I didn’t DIY it!

I needed to have my water control system extended. The teams were very professional and respectful. The job was done in a timely manner and the communication was excellent. Brent did a beautiful job with the concrete.

There is a reason Standard Water comes so highly recommended. Everyone is wonderful to work with, including Todd the project manager, Heidi & Kelly in the office, and all the work crews. Brian the foreman and his crew were professional, hard working and went above and beyond to explain the project and talk through all the details. Brent and his crew who did the cement were equally impressive. Standard Water has hired some really great people, it was a relief to know my basement was in such skilled, capable hands. I highly recommend them.

My experience with standard water control systems was fantastic! Everyone from the schedulers, project manager to the drain tile and concrete installers was incredibly responsive, accommodating and professional. They were great at communicating throughout every step of the project and the quality of their work was impeccable right down to the cleanup. I would highly recommend this company to anyone with basement water problems.

Outstanding work done quickly and neatly!
Supervisor Brent explained the process and answered every question. I was very worried about dust. They draped everything and cleaned up afterward. No problems. Project was completed in two morning sessions: Day 1 for the plumbing. Day 2 for the cement work and cleanup. My yard was protected from damage using a long plywood walkway. This is a far less costly than trenching the outside foundation. Photos: Standard Water didn't remove my drywall. That was the result of previous water intrusion about to be fixed.

Had a whole drainage and sump pump system put in. Took only 2 days. They came out to take a look, and were very clear on what needed to be done. Gave me all the literature to understand what would be going on. Explained everything in detail to me and when they came out, and they worked well as a team. Experienced no dust or dirt in the rest of the house while they worked, both days. They cleaned up after themselves very well, both inside and out. Would have never known they drilled through a foot of concrete. I thought the job was reasonably priced compared to other companies I looked at. They showed me the final result and it turned out great. I am so happy that my daughter will have no more water/moisture in her basement. Amazing work on the drainage tile they installed. Very professional, and they know what they are doing. The foreman were very communicative and nice, it was a two day job, first day was demo and install, second day(half day) was concrete work. I only remember one of the foreman’s name, Brent, but both were great to work with. Highly recommended.

Nothing but a great experience. Had a New Drain Tile Installed & Foundation Stabilization Straps. From the sales rep taking extra time to explore all viable solutions & what worked best with our home/budget, to Heidi everytime I called with a question, nothing but professional, kind, and efficient. The construction crews were respectful of our home, belongings, and were able to get the job done without cutting out our framed walls. Saved us a ton of time & money, while giving us Peace of Mind that our basement is now well protected from water intrusion & stabilized. Highly Recommend Standard Water for any work you need done!

All the guys were awesome. Met Patrick, Ed the first day though there was a big crew of probably 6 or 7 guys. They drilled/hammered out footing for the drain tile and dual pump system. They were timely and efficient. Ed was super cool wish I could crack a beer and talk stories with him. Bet he's got a few good ones. Anyway the 21x27' basement they had done within the day, about 7 hours worth of hard work. They were considerate of my basement junk and covered everything in plastic to keep dirt, sand and dust to a minimum. Brent came in the second day to finish the system over with concrete and took him and another guy about 3 hours. Brent was super nice and answered any questions I had, and everything looks good!

The reviews do speak for themselves. Big shout out to Todd, was working with him in April just after buying our first house, booked in May, installed in June. He was quick and very responsive in answering anything about our project especially with the crazy rain we’ve been having lately! Ed’s crew did the demo and install, turned out great, and Brent and his crew did the cement and finishing, also great. Between the install and today, we’ve had a ton of rain, basement and garage has stayed dry. (Pictures were from a finished basement but had a different company do flood remediation since we got flooded before the drain tile, flood cut 2 feet).

I recently in the last two weeks had an egress window and sump pump/drain tile installed to my home. I was very pleased with the hard work the employees put in and care for my home. Alex's team did the egress window install and minimal invasive work as the window being replaced was a finished room in my basement. The Brent's/Bill's (I am terrible with names, I think it was Bill) team who did the sump pump/drain tile/concrete pouring all took care of the rest of my basement by putting up barriers and cutting only the amount needed off for installation on my walls. They even were able to encapsulate some of the debris into an old well area that been capped off for years that was wasted/unused space. Ramon's team finished up the last bit of work ensuring the encapsulated area still was able to drain incase water snuck in that space as well.

I would highly recommend this companies services as the whole crew was professional, answered any questions thoroughly, and even took extra precautions of personal valuables in the works space that was kind of limited.

They assessed the situation, explained the process clearly, and completed the job with minimal disruption. It's been a couple of weeks, and our basement has stayed dry, even after heavy rain. We hired Standard Water Control to intall a radon mitigation system in our house. After getting 3-4 quotes from different contractors, we felt Standard was the best fit for us. The salesman was very friendly and knowledgeable and wasn't pressuring us one way or another. Besides installing a radon mitigation system, they also sealed off our sump pump basin. The installer was just one guy who did an incredible job and was done in about 4 hours. He was friendly, courteous, and did a great job cleaning up afterwards. He also did a nice job explaining how the system works. The electrical part was done the next day by a subcontractor. Getting the electrical done only took an hour or two and the contractor did a nice job. The only negative was that he didn't clean up anything after he was done. There was a mess from drilling through our basement wall and running wires across the ceiling. Overall, we would definitely recommend Standard Water Control and use them again.

Standard Water Control performed an incredible job installing drain tile around the entire perimeter of my basement. They also went the extra mile to ensure the drain tile fully complemented the radon mitigation system they installed last year. Now my radon levels are consistently below 1 pCi/L!

Furthermore, Standard Water Control was very competitive on pricing, and Todd my project manager was very consultative and knowledgeable during the estimate process.

You get a certain level of professionalism and care when you hire a small family owned business. They did an excellent job. My teenage daughter even complimented them. Anyone with a teenager knows that compliments are rare.

They were very professional and respectful. With lots of perennials all around the house they were very careful not damage them. Very speedy as well and the after effects were wonderful. Clean windows!! Would definitely use them again.

the technicians were very professional and did a great job of cleaning the ducks and up after themselves. Everything was put back to its original spot. Only problem was arriving in the window of time allotted. Not a them problem, but short of technician's problem. Stanley Steemer needs to employee more personnel during peck seasons.
