José was outstanding! He went over everything in detail without being too laborious about it. I showed him areas that I thought needed extra care and attention, and he explained exactly what he was going to do. He worked very hard and was very thorough. I would ask for him by name again for sure!

Jose Torres came to clean pet stains from furniture & area rug at my sister’s high rise senior building. The silk upholstery is greatly improved & the area rug will be returned clean on two short weeks. He was a great guy; so friendly, made sure all of our questions were answered. Jaime did an amazing job cleaning my couch. He was friendly, professional, and very reasonably priced. He showed up on time, explained everything clearly, and the couch looks so much better than I expected. I would definitely recommend him and will be using him again!

I had tile cleaned in 4 bathrooms. Average results. The suction on his device was poor. My Hoover floor cleaner gets the tile fairly dry. My floor was very wet with shallow puddles of water when he finished. His 12” wide nozzle didn’t fit behind the toilets, so therefore they weren’t cleaned. I wiped behind one of the toilets with a paper towel. A photo is attached. The only reason I gave him a two is he pointed out color variation was due to grout wear. Otherwise it would be a 1.

Stanley Steamer did ask if the could try again and sent out another technician. Second technician did a great job! He did use different equipment. I even went ahead and sealed the grout.

I had my ductwork thoroughly cleaned by two professional technicians who really knew my system. I had my ductwork cleaned 6 years ago by a different company and I found they did not do half of what these techs did. They were courteous and took time to answer all my questions and explained how my system worked. They told me what was inside my ductwork and provided me with photos. They also cleaned up everything when the job was completed. I am so pleased with the representatives of the Stanley Steemer company.

Sweepee Cleaning was exactly what I was looking for! A family owned and operated business that takes the extra time to make the whole cleaning service experience an excellent one. 2 of the corporate cleaning companies I used in the past didn't come close to this. I will use again!

At first they seemed to be flexible to scheduling with us with a weeks notice to come out and clean our house. However, after we multiple callbacks and excuses given to try and push the scheduled time back to a different day, we ultimately ended up cancelling with them. As for the services performed, there weren't any and it was a headache to deal with them.

Jose always responds on time, is flexible with my different schedules, is very professional and pleasant and does a great job.
