Constraction reviews in Delano, Minnesota

The team did a great job installing brick on my house!

Jake was great at coordinating this effort. We hadn't fully decided on shape of our patio yet, and Jake was very patient with us. He helped with scopemof what they could or could not do, and was very accommodating on a change when they showed up to start. The guys were quick and efficient, and the patio looks great.

Crew was professional, polite and efficient. Excellent attention to detail, carefully filling gaps in mortar and expertly installing new caps on top of chimneys. Cleanup was thorough and project outcome was superb. Many thanks to Cascade Masonry!

We used Cascade Masonry to install a foundation for a new shop. The Cascade Masonry team did a great job! They showed up on time, worked hard, cleaned up, and completed the project quickly and as scheduled.

Cascade Masonry raised three garage doors on our truck shop in Roseville. Their bid was competitive, they finished the job quickly with zero headaches, and did a phenomenal job matching the existing brick. We highly recommend Graham and his crew for their quality work and will be using them in the future.

We have a very old brick farm house that was in desparate repair. Contacted Cascade Masonry for the repairs. They were very reasonable and the repairs are amazing!! The original brick was actually pulling away from the house structure. They were very skilled and made the house beautiful again. The workers were polite and seem to care about restoring this old home. Highly recommend them for your masonry needs.

Highly recommend! Cascade Masonry did an excellent job on our fireplace! They were great to work with, working with my schedule, always promptly returning calls and answering all my questions and concerns! The fireplace turned out beautiful! Thank you Cascade Masonry!

Kolar team did a FANTASTIC job framing our basement! They were efficient, conscientious, and took care with attention to detail! They are easy to work with and go above and beyond. Highly recommend!

We were pleased with Jake and his crew. We had them build a railing to enclose our wood deck. Jake initially provided a competitive bid and then followed that with great workmanship while completing our job when scheduled. I would highly recommend Kolar Construction.

Kolar Construction has completed three separate jobs for my wife and I. Most recently Jake and his crew completed a deck on our new construction including Trex decking, aluminum posts and spindles, and wrapped posts and fascia. The speed and craftsmanship of the build was outstanding. Previously, Jake removed popcorn ceiling/replaced with knockdown ceiling, replaced bathroom fan, and removed shower insert and replaced with subway tile. The first project Jake completed for us was converting a loft area in a townhome into a third bedroom. This project included framing a closet, wall, tying the new wall into the old wall, and framing in a new door. Jake's communication, attention to detail, and quality craftsmanship have made us very satisfied customers. We highly recommend Kolar Construction to complete your next build/remodel.

Jake was EXTREMELY communicative throughout the entirety of the process - from initial outreach through project completion. The quality of the work was awesome even with a change order after initial completion. We will be using Kolar again!

Where do I begin? Jake and his crew are amazing.

I hired Kolar Construction to work on my unfinished basement. Jake was very communicative in the beginning helping me understand everything from the unfamiliar words on the bid to what everything would cost.

After he was able to give me a bid online- I made a request for him to come out to my basement in person before I signed a contract- as I wanted to meet him and show him my ideas face to face before proceeding and he honored that request which sealed the deal for me.
I had called a few other companies for a bid and they never even responded to my calls. I knew right away that Jake being this responsive was rare in the industry and I really appreciated that.

Jake works very hard right along with his crew. His crew was extremely professional and the work is very clean, sturdy and well done! Everyone was clearly experienced and it showed. I couldn’t believe how fast they worked! They pretty much finished my basement in about six weeks. They cleaned up every time they worked and I barely had to experience any dust, dirt or mess. The construction dust was completely minimal.

I did not want to fully finish my basement (I skipped the trim and doors for now) and Jake was willing to work with me to allow me to finish the basement partially… He did not require that it was a full finish in order to work with his company.

There were a few items that I wanted to revisit during the project and Jake promptly addressed all my questions and took care of everything immediately.

The thing that stands out to me the most was that everyone who was on his crew or worked with him was really happy and seemed to truly enjoy their job. His crew infused joy into the very walls of my basement… Thank you so much Jake and crew I will definitely be coming back to you for any more work I need on my house.

Jake put on a beautiful screen porch for us. Price was reasonable and the work was fantastic, very high quality. His team was actually able to start early, worked quickly and cleaned up after themselves. Jake communicated with us each step of the way. We’re so happy with the final product and definitely recommend Kohler construction.

Jake was very responsive in sorting out details. They showed up ahead of schedule, which worked out nicely. The guys were good about keeping things clean. The finished product is great, my wife is very happy. I wanted to pay him in full the day they were finishing up ! I can see why they are scheduling out so far, that kind of work is in high demand ! I would absolutely recommend Jake and Kolar Construction for future projects.

We had Kolar Construction replace a deck on a duplex we own. I appreciated that Jake offered several suggestions for ways to both make the project more economical, and improve the design and function. He was very professional to work with, and we are really happy with the end result. We will use them for our next project.

Jake and his crew did an amazing job cutting our kitchen cabinets to size for new appliances and refinishing them! Everything looks perfect, the site was kept clean and the entire crew was very professional! Do not be afraid to hire Kolar Construction for your next project!

Jake and his great crew put a full sunroom on our house. The work they did was not only done with excellence, it was well scheduled and executed to get it done!

We are a couple months into experiencing our new space and it has fit every need, with great, solid construction.

I strongly recommend Kolar Construction and the Team to you for what you may need...

Top notch in customer service, quality and project completion. We have used Kolar for numerous projects in our home and each one has been a success. Jake is great at setting a timeline through the whole project and communicating the updates. The whole team is wonderful - the quality of work, cleaning up, being respectful of the home setting and putting up with our over friendly boxer.

Kolar Construction installed a new door and trim around a couple other doors for us. They were quick, professional, and left the space very clean afterwards. And the trim and door look fantastic. Can’t recommend them enough!
