Tom at Better Air was accomodating, explained things in detail and had great customer service when intalling our ERV system. It feels good to support this local company that cares about their customer base as friends and neighbors.

Better Air installed my furnace and air conditioner. They've also cleaned my vents and duct work twice. Their staff have also been courteous and professional.

Service was prompt and courteous. Oscar communicated the problem and his suggested solution clearly. I took his advice on an ecomonical solution, and it has worked. The problem is solved. I could not be happier with the service and Oscar's great remedy to what could have been an expensive repair.

Highly recommend Better Air. They showed up when they said they would and were professional. We were concerned about having technicians in our house during Covid but they had masks on and it felt very safe. My wife and I were very happy with the service and we'd use them again.

Better Air Inc installed new HVAC equipment and duct-work for a renovation. Tom Wright was very thorough in designing the alterations to function within the confines of an old house remodel. Their technicians were great guys, and the installation was completed in a workman like manner. I'd highly recommend.

Best service in the south metro. Our furnace went out just as it got very cold. I was told by several places they would not work on my brand of furnace and they tried to talk me into a very new expensive one. Better Air came to my house in a very short period of time and had the furnace working in about a half an hour, and told me that after that part was replaced, my furnace should easily work for another 5-10 years, and it is still working perfectly!
