Joey was on time, helped me understand the situation with my humidifier, cleaned up. Great experience. He was just back to eval my 18 year old AC. He explained what he was checking out and was clear explaining what he found and what to be aware of going forward (since the AC is a little old but still working).

They are honest, trustworthy and reasonably priced. The customer service you will receive will be outstanding. From the moment you call the office and talk to Jen, to the moment one of their skilled technicians completes the job, you are treated like family. Maybe it's a just smaller town thing—we don't get that level of service from anyone in Burnsville. Regardless, it’s just a refreshing change. My favorite tech is Gary. He has been taking care of my family forever. The general manager, Dan, is amazing as well. Give them a call. You won't be disappointed.
