John and the Flannery painting team were great for my interior painting project. Flannery was extremely professional and detail oriented - my father is probably the most picky/detail-oriented person I've ever met and he was even impressed by Flannery's level of service. They got the job done very quickly, and left the place in great shape, clean, and with no issues. I was also on a tight budget and Flannery was the best value for high quality service. I would highly recommend for any interior paint project!

John Flannery and his team were professional, good at keeping us posted prior to the project starting and during the project. Easy to work with and we were satisfied with the outcome.

After our initial project, John took his time to give us an estimate on a different job. He advised me what was necessary and what was NOT needed which I think is the mark of someone who you want to do business with.

I hired Flannery Painting to paint my kitchen cabinets. They were the standard oak cabinets found in many homes built in the early 2000s. To help me choose the right color, Flannery provided an interior designer at no additional charge. The color is white with a very subtle gray hue.
My experience with them was very positive. They removed all hardware, doors and drawer fronts. They painted the doors and drawer fronts in their shop, while another crew hand painted the boxes on site. They were always on time, cleaned up the work area everyday before they left, and completed the job on time. The finished job was flawless! I was and continue to be, after several years, completely satisfied. I must also mention, I was at work during the day while they were working. They were completely trustworthy and made sure my house was secure when they left each day. I strongly recommend Flannery Painting!

Flannery painters did an amazing job with painting our main level space. They were thorough with patching our walls, promptly arrived and started\completed the project. They worked efficiently!

The Flannery crew did a great job with our project. It was a 3-season porch staining and exterior trim around a large deck. They were prompt with estimating the work, and on time with their promised schedule. The work was done in a clean and professional manner, with a check-up at completion to insure our satisfaction. We would use Flannery again when the need comes up.

Had John and his crew to paint a large living room, kitchen, small bathroom and some hallways. They did an excellent job especially Considering the extensive drywall work they had to do. We had a tremendous amount of nail pops and to see the walls now you wouldn’t believe it. Kevin and Bobby helped John on this job and they couldn’t have been nicer or more professional. John also did another bathroom about 8 mos ago and the result was the same, Very well done. I would use John again for any of my painting projects.

John and his team did an amazing job on my interior paint job. They fixed all the nail pops and found nicks that I didn't even know that I had! They were timely, efficient and very detailed. The price was fair and worth every penny! They transformed my living room from okay to wow! I would definitely recommend him for any paint job that you have!

We were thrilled with the drywall repairs and painting done when we moved into our new home!! Will definitely be using Flannery Painting again in the future!

I cannot express how incredibly happy I am with the work of Flannery Painting. My basement was a mess - the original owners finished it themselves and cut many corners, including roll-on plaster texture for the ceilings instead of traditional popcorn.

In addition, there were many, many ceiling patches that were not ever sanded/blended, half installed surround sound wires hanging down and two water-stain issues from upstairs showers.

The team retextured the ceiling and it looks like new construction - everything blended beautifully and the water stains have disappeared. We tore out two doors, casing and trim and the team fixed and painted the new the sheetrock.

The patched and painted all the walls - they are smooth like butter!

Humberto and Marcos were amazing, punctual, polite, neat and considerate. They kept me posted during all phases of the project and completed work in 3.5 days, cleaning up as they moved along. It was a HUGE project and it exceeded all expectations.

Flannery Painting completed a project of painting the main floor which includes a vaulted space while we were replacing our floors. They did an amazing job repairing dings/dents/cracks and the crew was very nice. They also did a great job of covering furniture or other areas while prepping and painting. Turned out just beautiful!

Terrific job. Painters were here for 4-days July 7-10. Many large Sheetrock repairs needed before the painting actually started. The guys were prompt, courteous, answered questions, cleaned up and helped in moving furniture. I received 3-estimates and thought that John’s was very fair for the work performed. I also felt comfortable with John Flannery and trusted that his company would do a great job. Overall they met the criteria for a 5-star rating. I wouldn’t hesitate to contact John and crew for future projects. You shouldn’t hesitate to call him for an estimate.

Flannery Painting did an outstanding job on my home . Despite some unexpected issues that came up , John and his lead painter Marcelo gave me some options and stepped up to the plate. His crew completed an extensive job quickly but with top notch results . I am very picky and I was so impressed, I had them paint another place I was selling .

Once again, John responded quickly and got me on the schedule . Since it was important to me to get this place completed quickly so he sent in his other lead painter Rob who was available .He painted the whole place by himself and did an excellent job repairing and painting. A real professional !!!!

I had the opportunity to meet both lead painters (Marcelo and Rob) and John the owner several times . All I can say is they are incredibly friendly and professional . Top notch jobs !!!!!
