These are the guys you can trust! I had shingles replaced along with gutters, downspouts and gutter-guards after damage from a hailstorm. Iconic Construction took care of insurance negotiations, instillation and clean up. The whole crew was honest, trustworthy, helpful and friendly. I had never dealt with an insurance claim like that so was really nervous as what to do, or who to trust. Ryan was quick to reply to my concerns and dealt with the insurance company to get the job done right. Mike was also super helpful with answering any questions I had as well. I am grateful for how this whole process and job turned out!

Matt and the Iconic team went above and beyond for our siding and gutter installation! They were professional and great to work with! I was impressed with their quality of work, their attention to small details on our home renovation and how much they truly care about their customers! I would highly recommend them for future projects!

Hired Iconic for hail damage roof repair in mid-2023 after they ASSURED me THEIR own team would be doing the work (as versus sub-contracting to less qualified crews) - which, did not happen. They sent a very inexperienced crew who clearly valued speed over quality. Having worked for former contractors myself, I know the basics of roofing - see the pictures for a few examples I provided to Iconic. Iconic responded well, and quickly had the same crew come out and rip the roof off and start over. Same problem. Again they came out and ripped off the roof again - this time I insisted an experienced foreman FROM ICONIC be here to supervise them, which did happen, but he wasn’t here the entire time. The crew mistakenly put on the old brown gutter downspouts - not the new black ones to match the black roof. When I asked they replace them, they asked if they could spray-paint them instead. I insisted on replacement - and they replaced most of them, but a year later I found they spray painted the others when I wasn’t standing over them watching. The paint is now chipping off. Additionally, I’ve also found soft points in the roof, which concerns me that they didn’t address it when doing the work if it was like that at the time - or perhaps their shoddy job is causing water leakage? A homeowner shouldn’t have to be experienced in construction, muchless actively standing over the top of the crew to ensure they do a proper job. Needless to say, I’m extremely disappointed for being lied to (by Iconic regarding use of subcontractors), and by the workmanship being of such low quality that no reputable contractor would ever approve of such work. With chipped spray-paint on downspouts, and soft spots in the roof, I can’t wait to see what other easter-eggs I find in the months & years ahead.

My experience with Iconic was great from start to finish! Matt and the team helped me understand every part of the process, including communication with my insurance company. I was updated throughout the project with the schedule and any additional work that needed completion. We are so happy with the transformation, and would enthusiastically recommend them to anyone getting exterior work done.

Only if they had better manners on the road. I can’t trust a company that are a danger in the roads.

Tom did a great job on matching our maple flooring. I worked with him on the problem areas (our floor was raised 3/4 of an inch - so our appliances and doors needed special attention). Now everything looks great with no issues.

Tom and his crew removed our old flooring and replaced it with new wood. The entire team was professional, efficient and performed quality work. Once all was done, we found a board with a splinter and Tom was quick to respond and fix it for us. Very pleased with their work and customer service.

Tom and his team are super passionate about hardwood that is for sure. Went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. Excellent quality of work and very professional. Thank you guys for making it such a pain free experience. Definitely would recommend to do any floor!

What a professional team, all of them. They are on time, clean (very clean even vacuuming outside) and stick to the estimate. My husband had 27 boxes of flooring to haul up several stairs which Tom just pitched in and helped him. Boy were we thankful.

We had a bit of a challenging transition from one flooring to another which they got it to work and it looks fabulous. I had several bids from gruff know-it-all guys trying to make another buck ($100's) at every turn. Tom gave us a good bid and didn't have a bunch of add-ons. We were happy with Eagle Flooring from the first phone call all the way through the project. I would highly recommend Tom and his team.

We have had several painters over the years, but John Flannery and his crew were by far the best. Their attention to detail is unmatched. They were in our home for 2 1/2 days. Each day they arrived when they said they would and did a thorough cleanup at the end of each day. We highly recommend Flannery Painting!

Flannery Painting did an awesome job removing our popcorn ceilings and then painting. His team kept things picked up at the end of the day and vacuumed every day to keep the dust to a minimum. They also put an extra coat on the ceiling because they wanted everything to look perfect, without me having to give the feedback. They pride themselves on a good job, and I will definitely use them again.

I cannot say enough good things about Flannery Painting. My quote I received was extremely competitive with others in the area, however what set them above the rest was all the time and work they put into the prep. They repaired and patched every knick or ding in the wall before even staring. The crew was kind, quick, and very meticulous. The communication was always quick and very open the entire time. I think I made a joke at the end that I wanted to find something else they could paint for me in the future. All in all, this company was wonderful to work with and I’d give them 10000 stars if I could

John Flannery Painting did a wonderful job at my So.St.Paul home.
I had ceilings repaired and holes patched. No one would notice the repairs including the holes patched on a patterned wall.
The ceilings, kitchen, living room, hallways and bedroom show excellent workmanship. Humberto was a perfectionist especially on the ceilings.
The painters were prompt, polite and efficient. Everything was covered, taped and cleaned up at the end of each day.
I would recommend them to anyone in need of a painter

Great job at a fair cost. John Flannery the owner kept us informed and service was performed exactly as described at the agreed on cost. John’s lead painter did a great job. We had 1959 original oak kitchen cabinets that showed every bit of their age. We had them painted white and honestly it looks like a new kitchen .

John and the team did an awesome job. His team was friendly, polite, punctual and cleaned up everyday. They worked quickly and efficiently. The work they did to repair our walls was incredible and the end result was great. Most importantly, John listened to our concerns and followed through on them. If you know a lot about painting, you will not be disappointed with the work John and his team does. If you know nothing about a good paint job, then you really need to hire John.

John’s team did an outstanding job repairing my walls and painting with precision. They were timely, efficient, professional and very accommodating. We purchased a house with popcorn ceilings and some pretty rough walls. After removing the popcorn, we knew the job was bigger than we could handle. We reached out to Flannery for an estimate. They were very prompt and easy to work with, but pretty honest about the potential for less than perfect results. We decided to go ahead with the work and are super glad we did. The results were pretty perfect and we couldn’t be happier. They did the work within the timeframe and estimate they quoted and the work was great quality. I would recommend!

I have been using Flannery Painting since I moved to Eagan in 2017. I think most of my house has been repainted by Flannery at this point. We have always had excellent service. Quick estimates, great advice and never any surprise charges. Extremely professional before, during and after. Each painter has been very courteous and respectful. A+ on the finished work- always. When budgeting for home improvements it can be tough to decide to do it yourself or pay to have it professionally done but in the end it is faster and will look better so the investment is well worth it.
