Matt was courteous and efficient. Champion/Home Depot gave me a better bid than 2 other companies….and I didn’t need to sign a service contract like the other 2 wanted me to do.

We woke up to a flooded laundry room thanks to our water heater leaking. Not only was Champion able to get out and replace it same day but Matt B did a FANTASTIC job!! He was so friendly, thorough, and was able to walk me through the cost breakdown and ensure we were going to be code compliant. We will definitely be calling Champion next time we have an issue.

I have a 6 year old water heater and scheduled a service call, the plumbing tech, Ben came to the house and educated me on the service he would perform including the purpose of the anode rod in the water heater keeping the tank from corroding and leaking. He pulled it out and showed me that it was end of life and replaced it with a new and improved version. He was helpful and informative, I feel that this service extended the life on my water heater dramatically. Thanks Ben!

Kert and Jimmy with Champion Plumbing did a fantastic job installing our new electric hybrid heat pump water heater. They were creative with their solutions, prompt in arrival, and efficient in converting our home system from natural gas to electric. Kert answered all our questions and helped troubleshoot before and during the installation, and their work resulted in a quality installation in our old home. Champion's rates were competitive and they were able to fit us in within 1 week during a busy season. Highly recommend

I had to have a hot water heater replaced due to my old one wearing out on me. Kert, my technician, arrived on time and immediately went to work on the installation. Seriously I recommend Champion Plumbing and ADAM! He wasn't here to charge me for a water heater he didn't feel needed to be replaced. He showed me how to keep checking on it to make sure it wasnt going bad. He felt the issue was from my laundry sink and not the heater. I asked him to just do maintenance on the water heater since it hadn't been done. He recommend a product for the slow drain. I asked him how much to replace a garbage disposal. He took a quick peek at it as he was gonna walk out of my house. He said I think its just jammed and VOILA, what hadn't worked in 3 months now works! He gave me tips on how to get the rust off the blades.
Seriously this was amazing. He made my day. He was very knowledgeable, kind and I would not and will not ever hesitate to call Champion or Adam again. Thanks for making adulting not suck as bad today!

I contacted champion again to have Adam come to my house to replace my garbage disposal. It was due time for it to be done. I had such a great experience the first time with champion when they installed my water heater many years ago. And after Adam coming to my house recently and helping me, I decided to needed him to come back.
This company is great. Their team members are so knowledgeable and friendly and so helpful with recommendations. I was not let down yet again by this company and I have already recommended others I know if they need something done, that champion plumbing is who they need to call. Thanks again!

Gavyn at Champion Plumbing was on time, professional, explained everything clearly, answered all questions, and was great to work with! My hot water heater started leaking yesterday and Champion was able to replace it the next day.

Injust had my water heater replaced earlier this week. Austin showed up right on time, was polite, did great work, and made the whole experience easy. And their price was great! I would gladly use Champion again, and happily recommend them to anyone in the area

I have used Champion twice now and they do excellent work. They got out to us quickly and did a quality job. First time was for a sink leak and pipe replacement next was for a replacement of our old pipe and sink install. Billy was our plumber this most recent time he was so patient, informative and helpful. He gave us great tips on our faucet that was a manufacturer warranty part to save us money. Fantastic customer service.

Gavyn installed a new hot water heater for us today, he was in and out in less than two hours, explained everything he was going to do, and all the features of the unit when he was completed. Would highly recommend Champion Plumbing to anyone needing household plumbing work done!

Champion did a great job installing my water heater. They moved my washer and dryer out of the utility room. Removed the old unit and installed the new unit making sure everything was cleaned up before they left. I will use them again.

I can honestly say I am so incredibly grateful for Champion Plumbing, specifically Billy the tech who came out and replaced our broken water heater and Ashley, who took my initial phone call this morning!! Billy was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He explained to me what happened to my old water heater and all that needed to be done to replace it with a new one. There were no surprise expenses. He was up front with what needed to be done to replace it. I was pleased with the price of the new install and found it to be fair. The new water heater is working great!!! Billy was very careful with hauling out the old heater and the same care was given when carrying in the new one. I highly recommend Champion Plumbing! Their staff is amazing!!

Matt B did a great job installing our water heater. He was fast, efficient, and thoroughly went over all details with our new appliance. Their prices were very reasonable and upfront with the costs. I would highly recommend them!

Adam came out & did a diagnostic test on my water heater. He explained my options, along with providing quotes & answering all my questions. His time & ability to explain things helped me make the best decision. I ended up replacing the hot water heater. Adam came back for installation & did an amazing job. Very professional & explained the warranty & next steps from the city as a permit was pulled! I highly recommend Champion Plumbing. Oh- when I called for the first appointment, they came the same day!

We had a pipe break in our master bathroom on December 30, holiday season. Champion was excellent, they had Billy who was exceptional out the next day. He fixed the pipe and we had water for the holiday. Billy was great and Champion was great. I had used them 10 years ago for a water heater and the service and price was awesome.

My water heater recently broke down. Due to it's advanced age and poor condition, it needed to be replaced. Jimmy did an excellent job! He was also helpful and answered my questions. I highly recommend Champion and I will use them again for plumbing repairs.

Never want to have a water heater die but Champion came out the next morning (via Home Depot) and got us squared away! Gavyn was very professional and quick. The utility room was left cleaner than he found it! I’m sure I’ll be going back to Champion for future plumbing needs.

Kept installed new hot water heater for us. He was very knowledgeable and friendly and explained was he was going to do each step of the way. Explain cost and about how long it would take upfront. I world definitely recommend using Champion Plumbing again and request Kert for the work.
