These guys were great. Ezra was very friendly, professional, and answered all my questions. In the end, we didn't need to replace my garbage disposal because he got the current one unstuck. He did it so fast that he reduced our bill 50%. I hope he doesn't get in trouble for that -- he's a great employee and Ron the Sewer Rat will now get all my future drain calls, so they'll make it back!

Had water backing up through the main line drain. Our technician Jeff ran some checks and found it was a floor line issue and not the main line. Cleared the floor line and cleaned up the area. He was on time, very courteous and professional. Will use their services again. Thanks for the help.

We had them out today for service. They cleared the main drain and shower drain for us to remove branches. I called yesterday and they were able to get me in the next day. The technician, Gervé was efficient and thorough. You might want to know that the have a $250 call fee and a $40 cancellation fee (if less than a hour before appointment) the call fee goes towards your service.

Very prompt, efficient, and excellent service. My Technician, Tim, was very knowledgeable and descriptive of how the issues in my home should be addressed. They are a no pressure type of business, and handled all the work I requested from their inspection report. Highly recommend!

Jordan came out to fix our drain which we had worked on for four days prior. He was able to come out with a smile answered all our questions and once finished cleaned up everything and was very pleasant to work with! I would recommend Jordan to friends and family any day! We have used Ron the Sewer Rat more than once; if you own a home, its inevitable. Our technician today was no exception. They enter your home clean and tidy, organized and polite. He completed two clean outs and left the space cleaner than he found it. He walked me through his work before and after with photos. Their pricing is reasonable, their staff are trained and knowledgeable.

Had Ron the Sewer Rat to come out to do a mainline cleaning. Jordan was fantastic. Super friendly and professional, willing to explain everything and show on camera what he was seeing, things to pay attention to, possible future issues, etc. 10/10, would recommend Jordan and Ron the Sewer Rat anytime!

Just saying "Excellent service" doesn't do Ron the Sewer Rat justice... they were far better than even that. Our technician Jeff was professional, personable, and really explained every step of clearing out our kitchen sink drain. Beyond excellent service and results, will ALWAYS use this company for future issues!!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Brandt from Ron the Sewer Rat. We live in a 100+ year old condo with something of a nightmarish basement (pipes you can only access in the dark recesses of my neighbors dark, jam-packed storage unit), and he has helped us with 2 jobs now, neither of which have been pleasant or easy. He has always been so kind, professional, honest, and efficient. These guys are so reliable, even when the work is really gnarly. Soooo grateful!! You’ll never catch me calling anyone else, thanks for all your hard work!! :)

Whole experience was great! They were able to send a plumber immediately upon calling (they happened to be just finishing another job in the area) and quickly diagnose and repair a toilet tank issue for a fair price. Super appreciative of them squeezing us in right before Christmas.

Great service with Jeff today! We had a backed up kitchen sink that he was able to diagnose the issue and fix quickly. Friendly and informative on what he was doing, and always upfront about costs.

Was able to make a same-day appointment for basement drain cleaning. Tim arrived in the time allotted and was personable and professional throughout the process. After listening to my concerns, he was able to diagnose the problem and began cleaning out the impacted pipe. Very thorough in explaining what he was doing. Job well done!

Excellent. We had to get the sewer line checked on the house we are buying. Because of financing, everything had to happen very quickly. Our realtor was able to schedule quickly, Nick arrived on time on the correct day, then gave us a courtesy call with his findings, before submitting his report to his office. Wonderfully smooth movement throughout the process😄

Amazing company! I had two other drain cleaning company’s out that could not fix my sewer line issue and would not give a warranty. Nick with Ron The Sewer Rat came and solved our issue and gave a 6 month warranty in case there are other issues in that time frame before we put a liner in our sewer line. Highly recommend them.

Jordan came out to look at the plugged floor drain in our laundry area. We had another plumbing company come out in mid November when this happened previously, and they said they had solved the problem. After $371 for that service, we had the same problem recur yesterday so clearly they did not solve it. Jordan explained what was causing the plug and how we could prevent it. He was extremely thorough and very knowledgeable! Would highly recommend their service.

Honest, efficient and the BEST company in the Twin Cities for sewer cleaning. We had technician Nick out today and he was more than helpful in explaining the cleaning process & giving us recommendations. Super honest company (which is rare to find these days especially in this industry) and I would recommend them to anyone!

Erik was awesome! He had a difficult job to do, yet he accomplished the task! He was knowledgeable, gave explanations for each thing he had to do. I expected the cost to be higher, however I feel the charge was reasonable for the job at hand! I will definitely use this company again! Thanks, Erik!

Ron the Sewer Rat was great to work with. Price could not be beat, no surprise prices or add on fees, what they quoted is what we paid. I submitted a service request Monday night after hours and was called back within minutes to set up a time. They also added us to a priority list and were available sooner than originally scheduled.

We thought we needed our main drain snaked but turned out to only be a connecting pipe, very open and honest. Tech gave thoughts on other things we might consider for future but not at all pushy. He did a couple other fixes and adjustments to alleviate some minor issues while there.. Definitely didn’t feel taken advantage of like many of the large outfits make you feel. Nice all around experience, felt taken care of.

I spoke with someone yesterday to schedule a drain cleaning, and she scheduled me for their earliest available, tomorrow (Thursday). I got a call early this morning (Wednesday) that an appointment cancelled, and they could have a guy out to my house in about an hour. Gerve was here within the 30 min window they provided, he was able to diagnose the problem in just a few minutes, including video footage of my sewer connection, and he was finished with the work about an hour later. Transparent pricing, no messes left behind, and friendly, straight-forward service. Very satisfied with my service today.
