Haven did a great job for me. I wasn't for sure if my roof was going to be covered from the damage we had from a storm, but the managed to work with my insurance company and got it done! They also gave me an upgrade on the shingles from the ones that were on there previously. Outside of having to wait on the city to approve the permit, they got everything done in a timely manner and the roof looks good. Just had it completed, but thus far the roof is performing well with no issues. Kyle and Dave were both great to work with.

We had an emergency during our move to the new house when one of our movers fell through the ceiling AC vent (he is OK by the way). We were new to the city and didn’t know who to call for help while staring at this big hole in our living room ceiling. One of our neighbors told us to call Haven Builders and we are forever grateful that we did. Mike the owner of the company answered the call and the whole process was super smooth after that. We explained our situation and within a day we had his foreman at our house taking pictures and making plans for repair. Haven Builders dealt directly with the insurance company and had the ceiling repaired and repainted within 4 days. We, as the homeowners didn’t even have to lift a finger, everything was done on our behalf. Thank you Mike and the rest of the crew at Haven Builders, you have customers for life in us.

Haven Builders just completed a complete renovation of our first floor, mainly the kitchen. These projects can be difficult in a number of ways but they made it very easy on us managing the subcontractors as well. The finished product exceeded our expectations. Haven builders did our restoration project after some water damage. Derek was our project manager, he and his staff were a fantastic. We had our entire floor and part of our basement ceiling replaced. The crews were friendly, on time and easy to have working in our home. Jeremy from Haven Builders completed an Outstanding Steel Siding job.He was very professional paying attention to details as theyvarose during project. He went above and beyond making sure window wrapping, caulking, instalation and clean up was completed in a timely manner. I have remodeled many homes, used other companies in the past 36 years...I would highly recommend Jeremy as a project manager for my next project. His crew even completed extra work and time along with materials to complete all windows verses the 4 that were covered by insurance. Excellent communication, timing, materials delivery, along with keeping customer's request fulfilled.

I had a great experience working with Haven Builders! They were professional, timely and willing to go the extra mile. We had a water leak in our spare bathroom coming in from our exhaust fan from the roof. A gentleman named Jeo, was able to repair the area on the roof from where it was leaking and also fix the stained spot on our bathroom ceiling. Jeff was always easy to speak twith and had a very upbeat phone personality. He connected me to a great electrician who was smart , efficient and correct in his diagnosis and repair of my electrical issue. I would recommend Jeff to anyone who wanted great customer support and honest answers to your questions. ( I had used two different pool companies before finding Valet Pool Company and have had an inground pool for about 20 years). Not all pool companies are the same. Jeff and Valet Pool Companiy stands out from the rest.

We can’t thank Valet Pools enough for their help and guidance over the past 3 years. When we bought our house as first-time pool owners, we had no idea what we were getting into. Charlie and his team have been amazing to work with and helped us completely transform our outdated set-up into a daily enjoyment. We tried other companies previously and they did not compare to the service and level of satisfaction Valet Pools has provided us. Responsive, reliable and just overall awesome to work with.

The new owner who took over in the summer of 2023 is dreadful. He also owns Valet Pool. His demeanor is rude and unprofessional. Their pricing is excessively high, despite the misleading impression given by their longstanding history since 1968, the company changed ownership about a year ago.
We've been loyal customers of Custom Pools for over 30 years, appreciating Ginny and the team's honesty, reliability, and fair pricing. Unfortunately, the new owner's advice on pool filters was poor, with prices inflated to double what they should be. When I attempted to return the unused filters due to the exorbitant cost, the owner verbally attacked me in the store and continued his aggressive behavior in the parking lot, causing fear of potential violence.

Charlie and Jeff are awesome. Got us a pool in our timeframe and competitive price. As a small business owner I know what it takes and these guys “get it” Jeff was at my pool Saturday night at 9pm hooking up the WiFi controls
